I substituted their queso for the ranch that it's normally topped with, as Ranch just doesn't belong on a dish containing eggs! The queso was a good choice, but unfortunately the eggs were cooked way too long and the yolks were solid, rather than runny. I asked to have the dish remade, and they got it perfect! The cook even threw in a side of hash browns, which were excellent. (Hint: dribble some of their queso on the hash browns!) I ordered a single pancake on the side and it was huge! Their pancakes are excellent. Clarissa was my server and she did a fantastic job! She had no problem taking my order back to be redone, and she did a great job of checking up on me and keeping my coffee cup filled. The dining room and the restroom were both clean and inviting, and they had both the music and the air conditioning set at just the right levels. She helped the table behind us, in front of us, and even next to us but never once came up to us to even acknowledge us. She just stood there, fixing bottles, made eye contact with me and still chose to pay us no mind. We felt discriminated against considering the fact that she helped every other table but us. I asked for the manager and let her know how we sat there for 20 minutes before anyone greeted/acknowledged us and as an apology we got donuts. I paid attention to every single person who sat down after us and witnessed the difference of how they were being treated compared to us and it just validated how we felt, uncomfortable and awful. We will never go back and if you can take anything from this review, try somewhere else.
