This location struggles to balance the drive through with in-person orders. I popped in on a Monday morning. The drive through was probably 15 deep. I went in, and I was the only customer inside. Coffee came at a decent pace but I never got my breakfast order. The gal was making drive thru orders and just ... never made it. I finally just told them to keep it, I was swapping with a grab and go item. Disappointing. Worth the wait in the drive thru line if you have to go to this location, but honestly there are plenty of other spots nearby. read more

I had to respond to an urgent work email while driving, and decided to stop by this particular starbucks to capture their wifi. It was a particular rainy day so I had to grab a table inside to do my work. I went into the shop and ordered my coffee and sat down in at a table that did not have the social distancing sticker that prohibits you from siting at it. I looked around and while their furniture and tables are mostly back to their original spots, no one was inside sitting. This suggest that we can still maintain social distancing while enjoying coffee and that they do have the capability for inhouse seating while observing Covid-19 precautions. Then how come the guy asked me to leave? He stated the "lobby isn't open" and for me to take a table outside. Mind you I need to use my laptop and its raining outside. I complied without a fuss because I really needed to get my email out. I had to stand outside to use their wifi because all their furniture was wet. This experience has left an unsettling sense of dread in the pit of my stomach and had myself asking "why" through the weekend. 1. They're obviously open for business. 2. They have the capability to observe covid precautions as evidence of their socially distanced table and stickers. So why was the "lobby closed"? Is there such a thing? If so, then why have tables/chairs out socially distanced for patrons to use... then tell them to leave? Was it up to the floor manager to dictate when the "Lobby is open?" Perhaps they didn't want wet people inside? These questions remain a mystery because there is no consistency of what they show and what they say. I'm going to chalk this one up from an over zealous staff, trying to use their authoritative scheduling power in decision making. There was no logical reason for the lobby to be closed besides pure ambition. If there were ever a petition to close this starbucks for shenanigans, I would be some of the first to be on board. read more

It's actually quite comfy and home-like with a view of the coffee-bar (in case you get too comfortable). I was able to place my order, set up my laptop, and my drink was ready as I was about to sit down in the easy chair. Spectacular, on point service. Also, they have a drive through, which surprised me, because in my experience, when a store has a drive through, their counter service is slower. That is definitely not the case here. I have always had great service and delicious beverages at this location. Their team is really big on making recommendations which I personally appreciate. The position of their Drive-Thru allows easy access from Hwy 6 or Memorial. This location is the second furthest from my home but the closest to my new office so I'm sure I'll begin to frequent more often. They are quick and extremely accommodating. I rarely chill in a Starbucks but when I have its always been at this location. I just like the vibe. Everyone's doing their own thing. Lots of room/seating indoors and outdoors. At Starbucks we give you a finishing touch == we lick the caramel off your glass before we hand it to you. ..ahhh...gotta love Starbucks...decided to get a Caramel Macchiato today before work. All along I was being lectured by the Chief Health Inspector of Starbucks who was covered in tattoos from head to toe and had more piercings than I could count and other random holes all over him and full on facial hair and oversized beard covered with no net (oh come on now...you dont want to miss out on Gandalf's magical beard sprinkles do you?)
