I loved those little touches that gave the place some personality. The customer service was phenomenal! The young guys working there were so friendly and welcoming. And the coffee? AMAZING! I ordered a hot Vietnamese coffee with a bagel and cream cheese, and I really enjoyed both. Later, my friend joined me and ordered the avocado toast and turkey sandwich. The avocado toast was delicious, especially with the cream cheese! The turkey sandwich was about a 6/10 for me. Nothing spectacular. I also noticed that both dishes seemed to have everything bagel seasoning, which made the flavors feel a little repetitive. I also tried the mango green tea, which I'd give a 6/10. It had a strong floral, almost perfume-like taste that just wasn't my favorite. As far as the atmosphere, there was plenty of room when I visited, but the layout is a little tight. I could definitely see it being difficult to work comfortably if the place got busy. There were also a few distractions throughout the day, including someone repeatedly coming in and out, which was a little unusual. I will say, I think I'm naturally comparing this experience to another coffee shop I recently visited, and they were two completely different vibes! But that's the fun part of exploring new places. Every coffee shop has its own personality, and Cupo definitely has a vibe of its own. Overall, a solid 7/10! The menu could use a little more variety, and the space might not be my first choice for a full workday when it's busy, but the coffee, service, and overall atmosphere made it worth visiting.
