Drinks are good, food I don't really recommend it. I bought it a Bacon, Egg and cheese sandwich and this looks like Elf or Minion meal ‍ Too small for $3.25? But staff are great!! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Bacon Egg and cheese $3.25 for this? Commn bro! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Houston, Texas

I stopped by Dutch Bros to pick up an online order and decided to walk up to the pickup window instead of using the drive-thru. I felt like I waited way too long before anyone acknowledged me. There was an employee right by the window, and even if she wasn't the one helping customers, it would've been nice if she'd simply said, "We'll be right with you," or let someone know I was waiting. I stood there for a good 4-5 minutes before being acknowledged. The drink itself was OK. I ordered a custom freeze extra sweet, but it didn't really taste like it. Every now and then I'd get a burst of caramel, but I'm used to seeing it lined around the cup, and mine wasn't. When I got that caramel, the drink was 4 stars easy. When I didn't, it was OK, just not as flavorful, which was strange cause I got the horchata and some other syrups. I also ordered the largest size and...yeah, that was entirely too much. I'm shocked too my fat azz is the one saying that. Next time I'm sticking with a medium. Overall, I'd return, but this location isn't exactly convenient for me, so it'll probably just depends if I'm craving coffee while in the area. read more

I have started coming to this location here and there while in the area. This go around was the holiday cookie iced latte with skim milk. I'm glad I went with the skim since it doesn't feel so heavy like those made with half and half. The service is a hit first thing in the morning but by afternoon I feel has lost their luster. I've learned unless I order ahead I'll be stuck in line for awhile at this location. read more

Never again. 3rd time I try Dutch bro coffee.. just the long lines and the wait . Just to get to window and say they didn't get my mobile order. Asked me if I placed order at right location. Showed them my order on phone. Told them what I ordered. They come out with iced coffee after repeating my order to them. Letting them know it was a HOT COFFEE . But what the hell it was a free birthday reward.. WHY BOTHER I LEFT AND TOSSED TGE ICE COFFEE.. ill stick to Starbucks... but really do something about the long lines. read more

The employee was extremely helpful and friendly (the reason for the second star). How does this place stay open? I have tried as many different drinks as I can, hot, cold, and frozen, and I've yet to have a drink that tastes anything remotely like espresso because everything tastes like syrup and chemicals (I quickly learned they don't even have coffee). Employees have always been excellent - thumbs up for sure. But thumbs down on the beverages. read more

I waited 15 minutes in line nobody was moving. We had a word for it in the service cluster fill in the blank. read more

I never understood the hype around Dutch Bros and how it compares to other chain coffee shops but I was seriously mistaken. A Dutch Bros opened around the corner from me and I finally caved and gave it a try. For my first-ever visit to Dutch Bros, I can say I'm officially a fan! From the moment I pulled up, the staff was incredibly friendly and full of energy. She even took her time to give her personal recommendation and chat with me, which made the experience even better. I tried the Golden Eagle (a delicious caramel vanilla coffee drink) and got it frozen with a whipped cream topping and caramel drizzle on top. It was absolute perfection! The right amount of smooth, sweet, and indulgence. The menu is quite extensive. They offer many unique options from cold brews to energy drinks so there's something for everyone. On top of the amazing drinks, the service was top notch. It was quick yet welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about making customers' days better. I'll definitely be coming back for more especially since on my next visit, my drink is free because I downloaded the app! What a great way to keep your customers coming back again and again. read more

I have been wanting to try Dutch Bros for a while but they are pretty spread out all over Houston. There isn't one near me so since I was off I drove a little out of the way so that I could taste and see what the hype was about. I must say my coffee was delicious! I get the hype. I love the protein milk and sugar free options. It's great that you can fully customize your beverage. I saw that they had a few unique drinks on the menu including cereal flavor inspired toppings. I want to try a specialty drink next time. Service was fast and friendly. The young man who took my order was so kind and explained the menu to me. I noticed the pricing is cheaper than Starbucks and you get more oz so better bang for your buck if that's important to you. I didn't go inside, I went through the drive thru so I can't speak to the ambiance but I will say, I could hear the music playing through the window and they were jammin. The people who worked at this location seemed to be enjoying their day which is important. I'll definitely be back to try other menu items! read more

Wouldn't recommend lady at the counter told my order was boring and when I asked what she thinks I should get next time she said verbatim "I don't think you should come back" and then smiled and laughed at my face while other coworker behind her also smiled and that was march 38 20206 at around 8:56 am. Could improve on costumer service. read more

Coffee is good but waiting nearly 30 minutes for a coffee is just unreasonable. If the wait is that long, the people taking your order should let you know upfront. read more

Dutch Bros Texas - A Sweet Sip & a Dash of Concern Okay, y'all--let's talk about Dutch Bros! We hit the drive-thru and grabbed a Chai Latte and a Golden Eagle. While the chai was pretty standard (still good, don't get me wrong!), the Golden Eagle stole the show! It was like sipping on the leftover milk from a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch--sweet, cinnamony, and downright delicious. Service? Super friendly! The young lady outside was patient, kind, and made sure our order was right. Butttt... I did get a little concerned when I saw another worker walk outside, hand a coffee to the car behind us, then go back in and start making drinks. (Yikes or nah? Let me know what y'all think!) The line was long, but honestly, the walk-up line was EMPTY--so pro tip: if you're in a hurry, just park and walk up! ‍ The place looked clean, and I was excited to finally try it. Overall, worth it for that Golden Eagle alone. Would you try it? Or do you have a go-to Dutch Bros drink? Let me know! Like if you'd grab a Golden Eagle Comment if you have a Dutch Bros fave! read more

This was my first ever Dutch Bros experience. I love their extensive, fun menu with tons of options that you could get something different every time. I ordered ahead via the app and picking up was very simple. Service was friendly and the drink itself was good, albeit I wish there was a bit more pronounced coffee flavor (this could just be due to what I ordered). I will certainly be back. read more

They did it again. I was in line. I even told the guy taking orders I was waiting before the guy next to me showed up and he told me he has to alternate. They should just make one line if that is what is happening. I don't like Starbucks but maybe it's the better choice if I'm gonna wait for them to decide who they want to serve first. read more

I like Dutch Bros (shoutout to my sister for putting me on in Oklahoma) but EVERY TIME I come to this location, the system to scan for points is always down. I hate that because I'm missing out on the opportunity to build points-that's why I'm giving this location 3 stars. read more

Dutch Bro management. Get your people panchos and umbrellas. These girls are standing taking orders in the rain all day. Coffee is amazing as usual but get your staff what they need to work safely, efficiently and show them care. The morning staff here work their booties off - I come daily for my 4 shots over ice and see it. Everyone is super friendly, kind and hard working! read more

Terrible service. Ordered 6 drinks only got 5, had to ask for a receipt like 3 times and didn't get one.

Honestly there was nothing wrong with the customer service, everyone was super nice. The only priblem with this location is the quality of the drinks, I ordered a blended golden eagle with oat milk and usually it's really yummy, sweet and creamy but this time it tasted like old watery espresso with little to no flavoring. I went back to get it remade but it still came out vaguely the same. Again, the workers are sweet but the quality needs a lot of work! Sorry :( read more

Drink quality and wait times have really plummeted since opening. Ordered a large golden eagle and it tastes like hot milk. Very disappointed. They used to be so good. Last 2 trips have been disappointing. read more

Ordered on the app. Pickup said 8:50 it was 9:15 so i asked where my drink is after 25 mins and ordering prior to coming to get in advance the whole point of online(which doesn't matter at dutch bros ordering online). Dont order online or download app no point. read more

This location was absolutely horrible. Attitude from the counter, didn't ask specifics and made it wrong. The other woman with tattoos was efficient and kind, but the other one at the counter 12/18 needs more training. Will go a little out of my way for the other near by location. read more

I have been a fan of the Dutch Bros on Barker Cypress for quite some time and was happy to see the location on 290 near 34th open. I stopped by on a weekend afternoon to check things out. I'm not really a big coffee or juice drinker so i never crave dutch bros or any other speciality drink place. my sister however loves these types of places so when we saw the signs for dutch bros we immediately took the nearest exit to make our way to the store. we looked over the menu and then made our way into the drive through line. there was a male employee outside near the line taking/placing orders through a company ipad. when it was finally my turn to order i got the drink my sister wanted and nothing else. the male outside, placing orders from the drive through area provided the absolute best customer service i have ever received from a drive through /fast food chain. i mentioned to him that i only drink sodas or water and he mentioned that dutch bros carries a soda i might enjoy, (it has X,Y, Z flavors) in the drink and he suggests i try it. i decide to give the drink a chance and it was absolutely wonderful, it surpassed all of my expectations. the name of the employee helping me through my purchase was a male named Mattie, Matty, or Maddie (not sure of correct spelling) . this employee is absolutely stellar at his job and deserves recognition for the dedication and professionalism he provides with customers especially new ones. I would 1000% return to this location especially because of mattie and their high quality customer service read more
