I was shocked when she told me because of course I looked at photos on Yelp and expected to pay maybe $7-$8 for a regular, but when you walk in, prices are nowhere to be found and my total was $9.73 . I usually make them at home but sometimes, I just want to grab and go. Pretty sure there was more granola and banana than actual açaí lol. Also, just a helpful tip, please have nutritional facts listed somewhere. I go to order in person and it took around 10 minutes for them to actually take my order there was only one lady working and she didn't even speak English. I was strolling through the park and was pleasantly surprised to see a smoothie truck in the little farmers market that's there on Saturdays. I was worried it would be too sweet as a lot of smoothies are. They have a menu in front of the truck. They have some good selections and it was hard picking one. I ended up with one that tasted just like a piña colada but a healthier version. It was perfectly refreshing without being overly sweet. I also got to tried the strawberry banana which was also good. I've been in twice since opening, and both times were amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and CEO on my most recent visit, and they were absolutely delightful! The staff was extremely helpful on each visit, too. The menu is small, but there's so much you can do with it. I'm in love with the tropical flavors, and for their grand opening, they allowed for one free boost per drink - and a double stamp on their lunch card to get another step closer to a free smoothie. Conveniently located next door to the 24 Hour Fitness, this is my new favorite local smoothie spot! read more

I pass this place on my way home everyday, so I decided to give it a try. Upon arrival the place was very clean and had a good amount of seating. I proceeded to order a regular sized bowl with a few fruit toppings. Unfortunately, they were out of pineapples, so I requested cherries instead. The plump dark cherries that are advertised in photos are the opposite of what I received. Instead, what I was served were maraschino cherries soaked in high glucose corn syrup. I felt as if I was a child ordering a Shirley temple at the soda shop with parents. I was disappointed that they were out of pineapple, but even more so that I was served maraschino cherries. read more

The lady charged me for seamoss and she didn't check to see if they even had seamoss in stock before charging me. She goes to the back to find out they don't have any. She can't get contact with the owner to do the refund. I told her I can just call my bank and dispute it and she keeps saying she has to wait on the owner. One word!! TERRIBLE. My boyfriend and I are on this health journey and we decided we would stop here enroute to our destination. Well, we ordered 2 items which weren't worth the price. My boyfriend ordered the Caribbean bowl and he received a smoothie. When he went back inside to tell them he didn't order the smoothie, he wanted the bowl, they told him it was his mistake and he should've been more specific. They said they wouldn't exchange or refund the item because it was his mistake. On the menu it has two items with the same name. So they would not give him an exchange nor would they give a refund. It wouldn't have been bad, had the items we ordered were good. They tasted FAKE. You can tell no real fruit is used in these items. It's definitely misleading. Also, What business has two items with the same name?? Doesn't make sense. I am/we are highly disappointed in the service as well as the "healthy" smoothie and Acai bowl served. What a joke!! I wish Yelp provided a way to give 0 stars bc that is what this place deserves. read more

Horrible experience. Finally decided to try smoothie strong instead of going to my regular stop which is juiceland. After placing my online order I head to the store and I noticed an associate turning people away. It seems the store was flooding with water. The associate told me the store was closed, however I told her I placed my online order and was already charged, she was shocked and didn't know what to do. She made comment to me that she was new and they had left her in the store by herself. Horrible management to leave a staff alone who is new, untrained, experience a closure due to water leaking. As of now my charge of $21.40 has still not been refunded. Again the associate who was very kind, didn't even know how to process a refund. No way in heck I would ever try this place again. Just the fact that management sucks and does their associates wrong, no wonder why they treat clients horribly. Update: this place continues to suck. I called again since I haven't received my refund. The manager doesn't speak English. The young clerk who spoke to me told me I need to quit crying over $20.00 and it's my fault for not asking for an owner. I hope they go out of business. So 3 stars because it wasn't terrible service but it still was a very average experience. 1st, I placed my order online and when I came in they had not received it or had any confirmation on their end that I placed an order. I had been charged and had a confirmation page. They were nice enough to take the order and make it immediately but this should not be an issue. 2nd, none of the staff were wearing masks. 3rd, the medium açaí bowl is literally SO small. looks like something salsa comes in for to-go meals. 4th, none of the fruits were placed on top. No bananas, strawberries, or blueberries. They were allegedly blended in but I wasn't watching.
