I've been reading reviews about the attitude of some workers and I completely agree. I think there does need to be some retraining. No smiles, no suggestions, no "hi welcome in". Just stares. Also, we were the only people in the store, with two workers there. They didn't start our bowls for a good minute. The worker bagged our food and then proceeded to ask if we wanted it to go or for here. Like obviously you want us to have it to go, but cool. Drove 20 minutes just to come here, because I know it's good. But I would much rather go somewhere closer that's not as good BUT has excellent service.
