The young lady in the drive through was handling two lines alone, and was as friendly as and cheerful as she could be. It's been all h time to have customer service like this. The wait time is too long. The drinks are not that great. So don't fall for the crowed. Just because you see too many cars in the drive true does not mean your missing out on something. When you order Lemonade, they fill up the cup with full of ice (Max out on ice) so they can save up on on the syrup and ripping customer off and making a big profits. I ordered Medium Lemonade, waited for ever at the end here I am getting a medium ice with full of ice. This is not about $4.85 but the principle. This my only go to Dutch since it's the closest to me, a 30 min drive and today after work I put in an a mobile order and told me it should be done by 7:18... I showed up around 7:20 the guy told me kindly to wait for a bit and I acknowledge and waited on the side of the window, as time goes by I noticed everyone else were going in and out getting their orders and also noticed another drink already made just hanging around next to their cashier pad, and not once did I hear my name get called out or even at least a "Hey sir" to at least catch my attention idk maybe it's New Year's Eve almost and I'm sure not everyone's having great holidays but either am I and I also just got out of work drive 30 min just to wait for another almost 30 min. They always have super friendly topics of discussion to ease the tension and awkwardness. If this is too much for you then they have a window you can order from but you have to stand around until they make your order due to nowhere to sit. Drinks 5/5: I always get a version of the Annihilator: hot, cold, cold brew, nitro cold brew, regular, with whip cream, with foam, without any toppings etc. The Eagle is good but more on the sweet side. The bakery goods are ok I gave them away and received no complaints. Price 5/5: $$$ They are pricey but use the super easy people friendly app and you'll collect rewards along the way. I got a free birthday drink 4 days after my birthday which was super sweet of them. They're pricey but they take care of us. Vibe 5/5: They are dog lovers, young, happy spirited, and extremely professional. The music is mostly pop and it makes the long but fast moving drive thru line less stressful. My wife and I come here fairly frequently when it's not terribly busy. Wait is usually a bit much, but that's ok. Today we came and it was packed, so I parked and came to the window. Second in line. After 17 minutes, our two drinks were still not ready. I stopped an employee and asked if their process is that the people who order on foot at the window still have their order out at the very back of all the vehicles waiting in line. She confirmed this is correct. As someone who's mother owned a similar successful business for over 20 years, this is a very odd and inconvenient organization strategy. It would make more sense to have separate "lines" for orders between those that walk up vs those waiting in the car. In short, I could have just waited in line in the car, instead of outside in the heat. Would be nice if this was addressed moving forward. It has now been 20 minutes since ordering, I was second in line. No coffee. Was just told it's on the way... read more

This my third visit to this location, which I had never had Dutch Bros before I spotted this location next to my bank. My very first visit, I had no idea how to order, but I described what I wanted and the broista was amazing and super, genuinely friendly. The second visit was on a late Friday night. I had just finished Christmas shopping nearby and spent some time crying afterward because it was my first time shopping alone since losing my husband. I got myself together and went for a coffee. The young lady was so sweet, and although I was cheery and forcing a smile, I think she could tell I was having a hard time. She took my order, then said with a smile, something like, "this one's on the house". She has no idea how much I needed the kindness. I left a tip at the window. The only thing I would complain about is wait time but it's due to demand not employees, so I completely understand, which is why I nearly always tip. But today I went in for my weekly DB drink, and was given ridiculousness. I ordered a small Cocomo with soft top, cold, no ice, (I had dental work done last week so my teeth are a bit more sensitive than usual) and I was given a half filled cup. The soft top rose a bit along the sides while I was driving but you can clearly see I did not take a sip. Am I being punished for requesting no ice? I just paid over $6 for this ridiculousness. I did not tell them at the moment because I was in such a rush to get somewhere but if I had the time I would have requested them to fix this. I am very disappointed in my favorite coffee shop. I guess if you ask for no ice make sure to state that you want the cup filled completely. read more

My first experience with Dutch Bros coffee was on a trip to California in the Sacramento area. I was all too happy to find that the chain is making its way into the Houston market. While this location is still a bit of a drive from where I live, it was well worth it. The line seems to always be wrapped around the building and for good measure. Good customer service can be hard to find these days but that seems to be the norm at Dutch Bros and this location was no exception to that. Friendly faces all around from the folks who take your order in line to the folks who hand you your cup of deliciousness. My drink of choice here is the iced Cocomo. It's an indulgent treat but I won't tell anyone. Your secret is safe with me. So enjoy a Dutch Bros coffee today and thank me later. read more
