I wanted a pick me up after running errands. This location was nearby so I ordered online. I had reward points so got a nice discount on my order. Pick up was easy. The barista was very nice and said my order would be right out. They have the baristas outside helping customers and keeping the orders flowing. I wanted to order a seasonal drink but by the time I decided I went ahead and ordered a medium Golden Eagle iced coffee. It was delicious read more

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting a Dutch Brothers in Montgomery, Texas for the first time today. The service was spectacular as was the kind and professional manner. I wish more businesses had. It was truly a delight and not only that, but since it was my first time they bought my coffee thank you very much and I highly recommend Dutch Brothers. Their coffee was fabulous. I ordered two caramelized iced coffees with extra espresso shots and extra caramel, and it was absolutely divine and like I said, they took wonderful care of me and made sure that the drinks were made special to my liking. Keep up the great work!! I will definitely come back and highly recommend you to others. read more

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience today (May 27). I purchased two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches for $7.50, and it feels highly disrespectful to charge that much for what I received. First of all, the sandwiches are itty-bitty--literally the size of my palm (and mind you, I am only 4'11"). This wouldn't even fill a three-year-old child's stomach. To make matters worse, the quality was completely unacceptable. Both the bread slices and the bacon were completely raw. And seriously only a single piece of bacon on it?! I should've gone to Starbucks!! at least I'm getting more from my buck In this economy, businesses should care about putting value back into their customers, but Dutch Bros is failing completely on their food. If you are going to charge these prices, you need to make your sandwiches bigger and actually cook them. read more

I ordered the caramelizer in zero sugar, and it was delicious. It was my drink choice for the free medium drink however they put a lot of ice in it so it's like I got a small. Anyway, I'll be back to try other drinks there in zero sugar flavor. read more

Incredibly disappointed. Arrived into the drive thru line at 9:50pm and witness the car in front of me get their order taken. The broista then approaches my car and rudely informs me they are no longer taking orders while they are still open for another 10 minutes. This isn't the first time this has happened at the same location. Ruining the experience and encourages me to visit other locations. read more

My fiancé & I came here earlier this Sunday morning at 9:45am while waiting for Dick's sporting goods to open. They had a really long drive through line, but also had multiple employees working the drive through line as well. We just ordered directly at the store and they got our order out relatively quickly, all things considered. As for the drinks, I enjoyed their strawberry smoothie and my fiancé liked her beverage as well. It also looked like they have quite a few other options to pick & choose from too. read more

Absolutely refreshing for my drive home. I was pleasantly surprised two drinks didn't break my bank. Service was excellent!!! The young lady in the drive through was handling two lines alone, and was as friendly as and cheerful as she could be. It's been all h time to have customer service like this. I forgot her name, but did grab a picture. She needs a raise! Also the young lad at the pick up window was amazing. Asked how my day was, and had a quick conversation while waiting for my order. Very pleasant. My orders with substitutions were made correctly. The ambiance was busy, as expected. I'll start looking for more Dutch Bros in the future. read more

The wait time is too long. The drinks are not that great. So don't fall for the crowed. Just because you see too many cars in the drive true does not mean your missing out on something. When you order Lemonade, they fill up the cup with full of ice (Max out on ice) so they can save up on on the syrup and ripping customer off and making a big profits. I ordered Medium Lemonade, waited for ever at the end here I am getting a medium ice with full of ice. This is not about $4.85 but the principle. The store was in Laguna Mission Viejo California. read more

Bathroom: Didn't use. Dining: There is none. Customer Service 5/5: They come to your window and take your order. They always have super friendly topics of discussion to ease the tension and awkwardness. If this is too much for you then they have a window you can order from but you have to stand around until they make your order due to nowhere to sit. Drinks 5/5: I always get a version of the Annihilator: hot, cold, cold brew, nitro cold brew, regular, with whip cream, with foam, without any toppings etc. The Eagle is good but more on the sweet side. The bakery goods are ok I gave them away and received no complaints. Price 5/5: $$$ They are pricey but use the super easy people friendly app and you'll collect rewards along the way. I got a free birthday drink 4 days after my birthday which was super sweet of them. They're pricey but they take care of us. Vibe 5/5: They are dog lovers, young, happy spirited, and extremely professional. The music is mostly pop and it makes the long but fast moving drive thru line less stressful. Overall 20/20: No complaints. I go as often as I can. read more

This my only go to Dutch since it's the closest to me, a 30 min drive and today after work I put in an a mobile order and told me it should be done by 7:18... I showed up around 7:20 the guy told me kindly to wait for a bit and I acknowledge and waited on the side of the window, as time goes by I noticed everyone else were going in and out getting their orders and also noticed another drink already made just hanging around next to their cashier pad, and not once did I hear my name get called out or even at least a "Hey sir" to at least catch my attention idk maybe it's New Year's Eve almost and I'm sure not everyone's having great holidays but either am I and I also just got out of work drive 30 min just to wait for another almost 30 min. I love this place, I honestly prefer this than Starbucks and Starbucks is not even 3 minutes from me. It's weird bcs I noticed when I come to Dutch bros every week the woman workers perform better than the men's, I hope your team haves better days and show a better performance. Happy holidays... read more

Just went to DBC for the first time ever and they are the best!!!! One important feature for me is great customer service send they have it there!!!! I ordered the Golden Eagle and I wanted it blended but the young lady disappeared for a moment so I didn't get to ask for it blended. Fast forward - another young lady came back with my order except it was on ice not blended. Soo I asked the young lady if I could have it blended and she returned in less than a minute with a new, blended Eagle. I tried to pay for my order and the young lady Just walked away and bid me a good day. Soo I was like, "but wait I didn't pay," and she was like, "it's ok. Enjoy your day!" Thanks Dutch Bro's! Customer service was great!..so much so I told them what I like & they made suggestions. I enjoyed the suggested drink.

My wife and I come here fairly frequently when it's not terribly busy. Wait is usually a bit much, but that's ok. Today we came and it was packed, so I parked and came to the window. Second in line. After 17 minutes, our two drinks were still not ready. I stopped an employee and asked if their process is that the people who order on foot at the window still have their order out at the very back of all the vehicles waiting in line. She confirmed this is correct. As someone who's mother owned a similar successful business for over 20 years, this is a very odd and inconvenient organization strategy. It would make more sense to have separate "lines" for orders between those that walk up vs those waiting in the car. In short, I could have just waited in line in the car, instead of outside in the heat. Would be nice if this was addressed moving forward. It has now been 20 minutes since ordering, I was second in line. No coffee. Was just told it's on the way... read more

I've tried 4 different drinks here. Cold brew and nitro are both so-so. Another drink was just sugar milk. Fourth try was the 9-1-1. The espresso tasted sour. Overall just not a place for coffee people in my opinion. I'll try a tea sometime and update the review. I gave it the second star bc the employees are friendly. Note: I've only tried iced drinks. Nothing hot or blended. read more

This was my 2nd visit here for some cold brew. Shout out to the young lady that came to the car to take my order. She had a very pleasant personality and a big smile for such an early morning and I really appreciate her kind of customer service! I tried the Anhilator. Would for sure recommend! Mediocre coffee. Starbucks actually tastes better than this. But that's not what bothers me the most about this place. It's the extremely slow service. There's absolutely no reason I should be waiting nearly 20 min for my drink when there are only 2 cars ahead of me. And it's not just a single occurrence. It's the same slow service every single time I've went there no matter what time of the day. read more

This my third visit to this location, which I had never had Dutch Bros before I spotted this location next to my bank. My very first visit, I had no idea how to order, but I described what I wanted and the broista was amazing and super, genuinely friendly. The second visit was on a late Friday night. I had just finished Christmas shopping nearby and spent some time crying afterward because it was my first time shopping alone since losing my husband. I got myself together and went for a coffee. The young lady was so sweet, and although I was cheery and forcing a smile, I think she could tell I was having a hard time. She took my order, then said with a smile, something like, "this one's on the house". She has no idea how much I needed the kindness. I left a tip at the window. Today I ordered a sugar free Double Rainbow with the energy drink. It is so good. I will continue to drive to this location. The customer service is top notch and so respectful. Great vibes! Great coffee and other drinks. Love it. read more

I typically get DB once a week as a treat for myself and ask for an iced smalll or medium cocomo. Customer service & quality has never been an issue for me at this location. The only thing I would complain about is wait time but it's due to demand not employees, so I completely understand, which is why I nearly always tip. But today I went in for my weekly DB drink, and was given ridiculousness. I ordered a small Cocomo with soft top, cold, no ice, (I had dental work done last week so my teeth are a bit more sensitive than usual) and I was given a half filled cup. The soft top rose a bit along the sides while I was driving but you can clearly see I did not take a sip. Am I being punished for requesting no ice? I just paid over $6 for this ridiculousness. I did not tell them at the moment because I was in such a rush to get somewhere but if I had the time I would have requested them to fix this. I am very disappointed in my favorite coffee shop. I guess if you ask for no ice make sure to state that you want the cup filled completely. read more

My first experience with Dutch Bros coffee was on a trip to California in the Sacramento area. I was all too happy to find that the chain is making its way into the Houston market. While this location is still a bit of a drive from where I live, it was well worth it. The line seems to always be wrapped around the building and for good measure. Good customer service can be hard to find these days but that seems to be the norm at Dutch Bros and this location was no exception to that. Friendly faces all around from the folks who take your order in line to the folks who hand you your cup of deliciousness. My drink of choice here is the iced Cocomo. It's an indulgent treat but I won't tell anyone. Your secret is safe with me. So enjoy a Dutch Bros coffee today and thank me later. read more

We waited 40 minutes in the drive though watching a staff member talk to her friend the whole time, before we even had our order taken she went to her friend's car 3 times!
