I tried the flying biscuit and they let me substitute the grits for potatoes. I also got a cappuccino with oat milk which was nice and foamy. The biscuit comes with a generous side of butter and apple jam that tastes like an apple pie. The potatoes and biscuit were a little salty but otherwise delicious and filling. The food came out quickly and they checked on us regularly. This place is great it's got a very nice southern hospitality vibe and we always have a pleasant experience.

The mimosas were excellent-- we had the cinnamon and pear craft mimosa but I think next time I'll get a flight of mimosas so we can try several flavor combinations. Our server was super sweet and thanked us for our patience since we had waited quite a while for a table, but it was honestly worth the wait because we enjoyed our brunch very much. The potatoes had a strange consistency to them.
