Walking in the area and decided to stop in at Oso Coffee. Very friendly staff, ordered an espresso chai latte and it was phenomenal! The inside is somewhat small but a very homey and coffee shop vibe and ambiance would definitely come back when in the area

Today was my first day stopping by, I ordered the cream cheese chorizo kolache and Horchata latte, the kolache at first bite was just bread and was I got to the center it was mostly cream cheese with very little chorizoThe end bites were also just bread. The horchata latte tasted more coffee like with light hints of horchata, the beverage is already pre made with whole milk so there aren't and milk substitutes available for this drink However service was fast and it's a nice place to just relax or get some work done.

Great food and CUTE spot! Open early enough for a pre-work breakfast date will definitely be back

Good place for Mexican drinks, coffee, matcha, and pastry items. Great space to sit down or to catch up with friends or work. They have a big parking lot. Good service. I highly recommend it would come back.

In my Houston coffee adventure I find myself at Oso coffee which is a super cozy coffee shop in the eado area .. on navigation for the true Houstonians, and it did not disappoint I got the strawberry matcha and a kolache not pictured because it got devoured in seconds on it being one of the best I've ever had. The staff was super friendly and amazing I even added 2 shots of espresso into my matcha strawberry. I will definitely be back to try more especially that mocha drink with abuelita chocolate.

Friendly staff, cute little shop, good coffee and sprinkle chocolate donuts make this place a hit! We came in on a Sunday morning and the place was packed with happy, caffeinated individuals. I ordered the horchata latte and while deliciously cinnamon-y, it was too sweet for me. But I did enjoy it! My son got the chocolate iced donut with sprinkles and he absolutely loved it, no surprise. The other Mexican baked sweets looked yummy too, Across the street, there were tents set up with different shops and live music. Great place to enjoy a nice weather week in Houston!

Tried this coffee shop on a weekday morning. Its outside looks like a cute little house with a porch and has some indoor and outdoor seating! I tried the iced horchata latte, which was delightful - sweet, obvious horchata flavor. I tried the weenie-egg breakfast taco for about $4 (forgot exactly how much, but that's a normal price) which was delicious too. They also sell pastries including donuts and conchas, but I didn't try those. They offer a fuller food menu menu Fri-Sun. Would recommend this spot as a place to relax, unwind, socialize opposed to study, as there isn't much seating or space to spread out and do work. Would definitely come back to this gem!

Horchata Latte and a caramel cappuccino

We were out in Second Ward and found a new coffee shop to try out. First of all parking. Street in the front or a huge lot to the side was available. It's not a finished parking lot so if you have a nice car, keep out. Such a comfortable place on the inside. Unique and lively decorations everywhere. Coffee was spot on. The horchata latte was tasty as was my caramel cappuccino. Taco wasn't anything to write home about but also was clearly homemade all the way. I really liked the ambience of the place. It wasn't sterile and white and clean like all of the other new places. It literally felt like the home it was built in. It had authenticity in its bones which is something Houston is starting to lack in some of the newer places.

I love the unique flavors and approach to coffee. Who doesn't want a donut or pan with their drink? Perfect. 10/10

Get the sabroso!! It won't disappoint!! Literally a latte topped with a cute and colorful concha (a pastry)!! Super photo worthy!! Coffee is great by the way, not overly sweet and good expresso flavor. Staff is very friendly and will make you feel welcome. There are two common space to sit and work but quarters are a bit close just fyi. I will be back to this place for sure!! Happy Yelping!

Checked out Oso Coffee Co. today and the staff was welcoming as soon I stepped in very helpful with what to order as well. What I ordered : - Iced Horchata Latte This is their most popular drink and I definitely recommend! I tried the horchata as a sample and it was perfect so good. If you are hesitant about the sweetness or unsure just ask for a sample of the horchata, it's homemade not powder. They also have a run club every Thursday at 6:30pm. If you haven't yet check them out!

Mocha lattes, chocolate donut and the breakfast bagel.

The place is small but well thought out to not feel crowded. I recommend the Mocha latte which is created with mexican chocolate, giving it a unique yummy taste..sip slowly to make it last!

This place was a delightful find. Small, but very welcoming. I ordered the Horchata Latte and it was delicious. The taco was adequate, but not sensational. Definitely coming back!!

When I stopped by on a weekday evening at 9pm it was packed. They had stations setup throughout the store to order different goods, which helped to alleviate the rush. Knafeh ($6) - They offered 2 types of knafeh, one with cheese and one with custard. I went with the one made with Nabulsi cheese and topped with shredded phyllo, and soaked in sugar syrup. It was warm, crispy and delicious! Karak tea ($5) - This milk tea drink was made with aromatic spices, primarily cardamom, cloves, ginger and cloves. I was happy to see they used whole milk instead of evaporated milk. The drink was incredibly rich and creamy and tasted great. Turkish delight ($18 / lb.) - This was extremely fresh, soft and chewy, made with cornstarch, sugar, nuts. Some of the varieties I tried had chocolate and/or fruits. The baklava here was fresh made with layers of phyllo dough, chopped nuts, and held together with some honey. The nut offerings here included, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and a few more. Overall I was impressed with everything they offered here with the exception of the nuts, which I thought were just ok. I'd definitely return if I was in the area.

Also got a bag of chocolates, which are weighed by the pound. The only qualm I have is that the chocolates are not labeled, so when you mix them all together, it truly is a bit of a Russian roulette on what you'll get. Everything was super yummy. Will definitely need to be back!

This is not a place you go to just have lunch or something. This place is an experience. Some adults might find joy in here (like I do), but my children definitely did, and that's worth it. They came here with the same excitement that they had for disneyland so I'm really happy about that. We all liked the harry potter experience and some different anime type experiences as well that my children liked. The foods and drinks are on theme and although it's not cheap, it's definitely not as much as Disneyland. We came on the weekends, but during lunchtime, and I can see how they might be really busy during the dinner rush. Sometimes you might need a timed entry to go in, but thankfully, we have not since we've been going. I will say that it's quite small and gets cramped really fast. I ended up paying for fast passes (they do release free fast passes, but those get scooped up quickly, and I was able to pay $3 per ticket on eventbrite to snag fast passes). Our pass was for 1pm and we were inside by 1:10pm. They do reserve the tables initially for the fast passes, at least when we came in at our time and it was great because I couldn't imagine being here without a table since I had a group of little ones with me! The staff were super friendly and worked as quickly as they could. There was a little bit of stress because of volume of orders and people, but they did the best they could and handled the traffic well. We got a variety of drinks and each enjoyed them-- I will say, all of the drinks are on the sweeter side, but definitely standard for kids. We literally got one of everything on the menu and I wasn't able to grab photos before the kids enjoyed them, but that's the whole point! The add ons can become pricey, but for the enjoyment of your little ones, it's definitely worth it! For food, we got the Derpy spam rice, ramen and grilled cheese. The kids all really enjoyed it and definitely wanted to come back for the next pop up themed cafe!

Inside you will also find French pastries, coffees and teas, gelato, milkshakes, sandwiches and macaroons. I felt the most interesting items were the French pastries as they are cute and tasty as well. Also, they plate the pastries nicely when you dine in as an added bonus. I tried the Chocolate Royale and the Ruby. Chocolate Royale - a petit chocolate mouse slice with flat chocolate panels along the sides. It is delicate and tasty. If you're a chocolate lover, this is definitely up your alley. Ruby - visually this looks like a strawberry Hershey kiss, with red powder on the exterior and a top piece of foil to resemble foil on the wrapper of a hershey kiss. Inside, it's filled with a strawberry cream and has a chocolate base. I just wish there was more chocolate in this one. They have plenty of seating inside as well as along the sidewalk. Inside you have the more fancy tables, whereas outside, they're more weather resistant and not as upscale in appearance. The soft drinks to drink along with your sweets are in a cold case along the hotel side of the space and you just take them to the register as you order. One of the most surprising things when you come here are the relatively affordable prices as you might expect them to be more for being a coffee shop attached to a 5-star hotel with a helipad.

What's nudged this place up to 5 stars for me is they have really improved their coffee game, specifically their quality of cappuccino's. Previously it seemed more of latte, but now to me its a legit Capp. Their choice of pastries hasn't changed, which gives you a good assortment of choices and they have added an additional barista or server which also is a nice touch for service. The only niggling items, parking can be tough, so you'll have to either walk a block or be quick to find a place close by.
