If you're a motorcycle rider or motorbike enthusiast, then this bar/cafe will speak to your soul. Located in the GOOF (Garden Oaks and Oak Forest neighborhoods), it serves up locally roasted Amaya Coffee, beer, cocktails, $3 Tacodeli breakfast tacos, and there's a lovely merch display that begs to sifted through. Seating is a plenty inside and out, there's wifi, a/c, hand sani on every table, masks; it's dog-friendly, people friendly - they even have a calendar of organized biker rides. And free ride lessons? What? You guys/goils are too awesome. All the love to your new biz, especially during these times. Hope the community rides on over for a taste.

Even with only a slight motorcycle love, I soooo enjoyed this place. So random, but so bad ass! Few espresso options, but it was really good. I got an extra hot oat flat white and my husband got an extra hot latte with a little sweetness. We both enjoyed it. To best describe this place, it's a custom/vintage motorcycle sales/parts shop that sells coffee and tacos and has great outdoor seating with games. Such a surprising place, but I loved the coffee, perusing the merchandise, and inspecting unique motorcycles.

This is an honest review from a local coffee shop frequenter. I've been to places that use the same exact roast (Amaya Roaster's Temporada) and similar machine set up. My go to base order is a flat white, and so I ordered one here at Wolfsmiths. In comparison to the other shops (Amaya, Catalina, Siphon) the taste was hollow and lacked the punch that comes with this roast. There was a lack of the typical chocolate notes, and instead was woodsy and bland. The milk wasn't warmed up enough resulting in a lukewarm cup. The Roaster, Amaya, and it's espresso blend is a product and I use it for my at home espresso machine (HX prosumer). The care that goes into this roast should continue into the output of the consumer facing cup. This is a fairly new shop and I hope this review can contribute to the improvement of the coffee program.

This place is dope! Came with friends to take a break and is a very cool environment if you like good coffee and motorcycle.

Very unusual and enjoyable place to meet for coffee. It's not a national chain so it has lots of personality. Great atmosphere.

Pretty disappointed. I've had better coffee prepared by a 15 yo suburban high school kid.

Seating is fine, but hard to manuver a stroller in there, but chair/space was a cute vibe. I ordered an iced latte, and I felt like 7+ dollars is steep for a mediocre latte. I wasn't througouhly imppressed. Their chocolate chip cookie was good though, perfectly salted on top and soft! Bathroom was clean, but they ddi not have a changing table which kind of stinks for a mom who needs to change a diaper!

They also have a spacious parking lot, which was convenient. Since I had my dog with me, I stepped inside briefly to confirm that the patio was open before settling in. I greeted the young woman at the counter and asked if patio seating was available. She responded, "Yes, because dogs are not allowed inside." That felt unnecessary. I was clearly asking about the patio for that exact reason. I was not attempting to sit indoors, and I understand health regulations. She then added that the Houston Health Department could walk in at any moment. Again, I was not trying to dine inside. I simply wanted to confirm patio access so I could enjoy a coffee outside. I asked if someone would be outside to take my order. She said no. So I asked if she could take my order right then so I could immediately head out to the patio. She agreed, but her tone and demeanor felt dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. At that point, I decided to leave. If the patio is dog friendly, there should be a smoother process for solo customers with pets. A simple, "Yes, the patio is open. Let me take your order now so you can head outside," would have made this quick and easy. Advisory: If you are visiting with a dog, I would recommend bringing another person with you. If you are alone, the ordering process may be awkward, as you cannot remain inside with your dog while placing your order. I would have happily spent money here, but the service made the visit feel more procedural than welcoming.

The listing for this exact location says "pets welcome," so I felt confident stopping by. However, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by two customers fawning over my dog. Before any staff member greeted me or even acknowledged me as a customer, someone from behind the far counter told me that dogs were not allowed inside. I mentioned that their Google listing says pets are welcome, and the response was that it applies to a different location. That would be fine if it were clear, but the listing I checked had this location's address directly underneath "pets welcome." That is confusing and misleading. What made it more frustrating was the lack of hospitality. There was no greeting, no attempt to clarify kindly, no "We're sorry for the confusion," and no effort to offer a solution like helping me quickly order to go. It felt dismissive. Clear and accurate information matters. If pets are not welcome at this location, the listing should reflect that. I drove out of my way based on that detail, and it ended up being a waste of time and gas. Because of that experience, I chose not to patronize the this location but may try another location one day.

My beloved Boomtown RIP…read more This pains me to write. Different is certainly not always better, especially when what you had was already working. I much prefer the saying if it ain't broke don't fix it. To the people who bought this place, I know your motto is "different is better," but please stop taking that so literally. You do not have to change every aspect of this place to make it different. The best thing about getting your everyday local coffee is seeing the same baristas you've seen over and over again, familiar faces who know you by name. This was one of those places where I'd hate to admit how much money I've spent here, and I did it happily. In just three weeks, our beloved spot, one I would willingly drive out of my way for, has gone so far downhill that I barely recognize it. From the eyesore taco warmer that practically knocks you in the face while you're ordering, replacing a space that once showcased lovely things like fresh flowers and local trinkets, to the disappearance of the wonderful local treats from Sinfull Bakery that kids genuinely enjoyed. At first I thought maybe you were just out, but after three weeks it became clear that expenses were being cut across the board and those items may never come back. And where do I even begin. The new oat milk is terrible. It completely changes the look and taste of the coffee and is immediately noticeable. I won't harp on the change of hours or the change in flavor of your coffee beans, but I feel it must be mentioned because, well, it's noticeable. And now the cleanliness. Spilled taco sauce all over the floor, and when your kid points it out, you know you're in trouble at that point. Dishes piled so high they're overflowing, dirty restrooms. And to be clear, this isn't the staff's fault, there is simply not enough staff to keep up with these things. Never ever in seven years of being a frequent visitor has it been this bad. I also noticed the new coffee packaging, and it's just another reminder that the heart and thoughtfulness that once defined this place are gone. At this rate I half expect robots handing me my latte in a few weeks so you can save a few more bucks. And getting rid of Toast. Even if Toast was an expensive platform to use, it was legitimately so convenient. And dang, if you're going to do away with it, don't replace it with the worst possible ordering system ever, one that doesn't even work. Do you know how many orders I wouldn't have placed if it weren't for Toast? Toast made those orders possible when I didn't have time to wait. Without it, I simply wouldn't have ordered. I understand times are tough for many businesses, but you all were booming. The new online ordering system doesn't work. You may as well do away with it altogether because this one just isn't it. Honestly, I am devastated. You knocked it out of the park in every area, cleanliness, service, food. I never had a single bad item on the menu. The coffee was beyond. When my family moved out of the city a year and a half ago, I still drove 35 minutes one way just to get your food and coffee, over an hour round trip again and again. I don't think you understand how this new direction has driven this place into the ground in a matter of three weeks. Sadly all good things must come to an end.
