I've been here a total of 3 times since moving here - I will definitely be a regular customer! Every Dutch Brothers I go to has amazing staff, and this one isn't any different. All three times my order has been correct and tastes so good ! I do have to say that 2/3 times, the service was incredibly slow. I don't know if I just caught them at a bad time, but one of the times I used the walk up window and the other time I used the drive thru and both times it was incredibly slow. But honestly my drink being made correctly is my main concern & they've killed it all 3 times ! read more

I went by to pick up a couple of drinks but after waiting in line where the sign says pick the shortest line I did and it was the outside lane. I waited and watched the lady come out and serve the cars in the other line and go between each lane until she went back inside. I'm not sure why she went inside but when the same woman came out she started assisting the other lane and continued to help the vehicles in that lane while I waited. I waited approximately 13 minutes and finally left. I can't believe that when at any other location I've never had this problem. What I don't understand is why they don't have a speaker system so this won't happen. I'm a loyal customer who goes to Dutch Bros weekly but I won't go back to this one. Ok.... Do you want to hear colors? This is the place for you. I've never gotten an incorrect order or a bad cup of coffee at this location. The employees at this location are cheerful and engaging. Mels the manager will happily make suggestion if you are bored with your typical order or just don't know what to get. Music and a friendly smile are what you get either walking up are through the drive through. The drive through is always smooth and organized and even if you are 5th in line they work hastily to get you rolling to your next destination. Don't pass this location. I was in the area waiting on a friend and saw this location. I had heard great things about their coffee and there was a line the entire time - they're pretty efficient so they get through the orders in a timely fashion. I was hesitant because of said line it was worth it. I got a hazelnut latte and for the price its good value. Chris the young man helping me with my order had a bright smile and made some suggestions based on what I was looking for. He was fun and friendly and super helpful. If I am ever in this area I am definitely stopping by again. If you've been considering coming over here if you are nearby its worth it. I recommend trying them out! read more

I have noticed that this location has changed, not so good, over the last few months. I wish I was being dramatic when I say that I waited over 30 minutes for one coffee today. I pulled into the drive through and the line was not even backed up to the drive-thru entrance. It started to rain after I ordered and understandably I would not want to be in the rain either for safety, so the girl taking orders went back inside. A truck pulled into the other lane way later than when I arrived and they ended up merging in front of me without having ordered. My coffee was already made and sat there while the truck in front of me had their 7 drinks ordered and made. By the time I got my 8$ coffee it was watered down, and I was wishing that I didn't even come. read more

My husband and I have been regulars at this Dutch Bros location for the past year since moving to the area. In the beginning, we absolutely loved it. The service was always excellent--super friendly staff, drinks consistently made correctly, and just an overall positive experience that kept us coming back several times a week. Unfortunately, over the last few months, things have taken a noticeable downturn. There's clearly been a lot of staff turnover, and while the original crew members are still wonderful, the newer employees don't seem to be properly trained. We've had multiple visits where our drinks were wrong--one time mine had to be remade five times--and the overall attitude from the newer staff has shifted from warm and welcoming to distracted and disengaged. Today's visit really pushed us to reconsider continuing to come here. I placed an order for two drinks and a food item. I confirmed the order both with the person who took it in the drive-thru lane and again at the window. The employee at the window even said, "Let me go get that food item for you." What that actually meant was she was going to get the manager, who we've interacted with several times before. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager insisted we never ordered the food item. I explained (again) that I confirmed it twice--once outside and once at the window. At that point, people inside started pointing fingers at each other, and the manager turned back to me and repeated, "You never ordered it. Would you mind paying for it?" I wouldn't have minded paying, but when I confirm my order twice and your team still gets it wrong, that's not on me. What was most disappointing wasn't the missing food--it was the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Being told I messed up when the error clearly came from within is not a great look, especially when you're dealing with a regular customer. With another Dutch Bros location just five minutes further down the road, today might have been the last visit to this one. I truly hope management takes this as constructive feedback--your loyal customers notice the difference. Shoutout to the male supervisor and Mia for constantly providing the best of the best. Never been to a Dutch Bros so decided to try it, and went through the Drive Thru and they have it setup similar to Chik-fil-a where there are attendants taking orders through the drive through. I had the pleasure of having Nat help me and my family decide on what drink would best suite us since we weren't familiar with the menu at all and she was so friendly and helpful through the whole process. Her energy was just contagious and it really left a great impression of Dutch Bros on us. As for our drinks, I got the Zero Sugar Strawberry Black Tea and it was great! Some zero sugar drinks have an odd aftertaste but I really enjoyed this drink, very refreshing. My fiancé got a Mango Smoothie and his brother got a chocolate shake with some additions. They both really enjoyed their drinks as well! The prices weren't bad at all either, for three drinks it was only ~$14 which is a heck of a lot better than Starbucks and Dutch Bros has a vast variety of drinks to choose from. Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you haven't yet! read more

Finally! Another location closer to this part of town. So excited that Dutch Bros is here! I was able to attend their soft opening and just like other Dutch Bros I've been to, they didn't do much to ensure my future repeat business! The order takers and baristas are always friendly, I think this is the standard for all Dutch Bros. Great customer service goes a long way in the saturated business that is coffee shops! This visit I tried, for the first time, the iced Caramelizer and it was excellent! Not overly sweet, but just good enough taste for the coffee and sweetness to complement each other well. If you aren't sure what to get, definitely ask the order taker what is their own favorite or go with the featured menu item! You can't go wrong! My family are regulars at this Dutch Bros, and it's always a highlight of our day. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and consistent--the drinks are always top-notch. They truly make every visit an experience to look forward to. While everyone there is fantastic, Mia P. stands out as our favorite barista (or Dutchista!). She knows our entire family by name, always engages us in friendly conversation, and consistently goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a barista. Whether it's 109 degrees or 29 degrees outside, Mia's dedication and positive attitude never waver. She's not just a hard worker but also an amazing team player. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised to see her running her own Dutch Bros franchise one day. This location, and especially Mia, keeps us coming back time and time again. Highly recommend! pS. Heard about this coffee place making its way into the Houston suburbs and decided to try it on our way out of town. As others said, expect to wait. While there are 2 lanes at the beginning, it still moved quite slow. We were in the drive through line for atleast 30 minutes on a Sunday morning. There was a lady going car to car taking everyone's orders and as you creep up to the handoff area of your drinks, you are expected to merge into one line. Some people do actually merge correctly, but others don't. Be sure to make sure you receive the correct order! Their coffee was about the same cost as Starbucks. We ordered 4 drinks and paid around $20. I ordered a dirty chai iced latte with almond milk and my spouse ordered something called Coco something or rather; since they don't put labels on the drinks when you order (like Starbucks), I have no clue what he actually ordered but it was made with oat milk. All in all, we came, we went, and we tried it. It was decent, but since we live no where near any other DB locations, I doubt we will return. read more

Dutch Bros is another popular coffee chain that has finally come to Cypress! Many people have been raving about this place, and it's also an excellent place to hang out with friends and family. They also have variety compared to Starbucks too. We thought it was only a drive-thru and wanted to wait until after the long drive-thru line died down; when we tried this place one day, we discovered that we could also park our cars anywhere and walk to the place to order from outside. The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending what to try, especially if it's your first time. Plus, they have pretty fast service too. I tried the golden eagle, which is a vanilla caramel coffee. It's almost the same as any other coffee shop, but the coffee is still great. As far as the drinks they have plenty of caffeine and non caffeine options. They also now have an app where you can collect dutch points towards a free drink. So be sure to download the app before you visit. This location just opened and I'm super excited to have it in the area. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Their KICKER is da bomb. I love how Kicker are breve type of coffee. Some other place are too watery, but this breve is legit heaven goodness. I give three stars because I can tell the Cold Brew I ordered tasted like a traditional hot drip brew with ice and watered-down coffee. 5 dollars for a 24oz "Cold Brew" is not worth coming back.
