So convenient and always hits the spot! A little on the pricey side for the bowls however if you have the app and use your points it can help plus most of what they're making is good for us, right. And delicious! The different textures of hazelnut, fruits, granola in my Go Coconuts Bowl was so satisfying that I'm glad I took some time to myself, parked, sat and enjoyed my bowl. I like that they give enough hazelnut so that I could have a bit fire each bite. Went through drive through which is the convenient part but they do have a few seats inside. Drive through is sort of hidden as well way in the back but if you just keep driving you won't miss it. Service is efficient and mostly friendly. This time around I didn't get napkins with my bowl and by the time I thought of it I was not trying to turn back around. Ambiance is your typical quick smoothie joint. It's nice, open and clean. I just wanted to leave a review to not only thank the two women working yesterday morning, but also brag about how clean the facility is and how tasty their smoothies are in addition to their very healthy selection of delicious snacks. Entering this location on Grant, you instantly notice how clean they keep it, which for me was very inviting for me personally. I am a neat freak, especially when it comes to my food, so it was nice to see they were handling everything from the scooped ingredients, blenders, snack display stands, countertops, cups and all the way down to the floors were clean and organized. The ladies also made super delicious smoothies for me and my family. We were feeling adventurous with flavors today, but we do not regret what we each chose. The ladies were super encouraging and knowledgeable about every ingredient and product we inquired about. My daughter even made a comment about how they really make a healthy smoothie taste so delightful. 10/10 on the flavors of each of our smoothies. Lastly, I want to mention they had a really great variety of healthy snacks. It was not hard for even the pickiest of family members to find something they like. Whenever we were in doubt of a particular snack, the ladies were there to give us information of flavor and health benefits. Needless to say, we left with some snacks to try later. Some snacks to mention are Alani protein bars, Ostrich jerky and some protein cookies in a variety of flavors (lol). I appreciate the selection of snacks found in this particular Smoothie King and will be back to try other snacks or energy drinks. Overall, I would give this place a high rating for all the reasons above that will definitely bring my family and I back for a smoothie and/or a snack. Lexy, the store manager saw that I was befuddled when I walked into her store at about 11:00 or so, asking for the GoHealth clinic. She replied with a smile - " They are at the next door over" and promptly escorted my there. After a less-than satisfactory visit at GoHealth, I returned to Smoothie King. I use a cane, have double-vision and have a cane; one of the SK associates saw me struggling with the door and jetted from behind the cash register to the door and, much to my delight, held it open for me. Eleigha introduced herself and welcomed me to the store. The store sparkled; not a smudge on the large windows; airy, sunny and comfy seating. Lexy welcomed me back and asked how the clinic appointment went; "Mediocre," I replied. I asked if she could make a banana/peanut butter/almond milk/almond/protein powder smoothie. "I'll see what we can do!" and preceded to prepare a delicious smoothie ( not too cold; that lessens the flavors ). While preparing my elixir ( Drat! I forgot the cinnamon! ), Lexy & Eleigha both chatted with me as they multi-tasked to serve other customers and keep the store humming. I've never gone through the drive thru, so I have no experience there, but I've always been impressed inside. The store is kept very clean and I've met the owner and several of the employees and they are super friendly and very helpful. Placed an order to be picked up where the special was buy one get one free. My husband picked it up and I saw that my account was charged for both smoothies. He went back in to have it resolved and the associate asked him to come back when the manager was available bc she didn't know how to give refunds. Inconvenient but totally ok. A week or so later I came up there, asked for the manager and explained the situation. Instead of the refund I ask to get the same type of smoothie I was charged for originally- a 20oz smoothie. It also was a Friday where 20oz smoothies are upgraded for free. The manager refused to upgrade my drink saying things like "I see what you're trying to do and we're not doing that" and "you're not going to get more than what you paid for", insinuating I was somehow taking advantage of their system. After wasting 5+ mins trying to explain that the only reason I was even in the store, 9 months pregnant between meetings was bc they mischarged me in the first place and even regardless of that, the special itself allows for 20oz= the cost of 32oz , a line started to form and, frustrated, I just asked for a refund and left. I went home (bc I had to make a meeting), placed the same exact order I had tried to place in store on my app, and paid the same amount she had refunded me in store, minus a dollar bc I had a reward (look at God). Later, when I picked up the order I requested to speak with the manager to explain to her how disappointed I was in her lack of empathy, unwillingness to listen. She seemed unbothered by what at this point had become a huge inconvenience for me and left it at that. Moral of the story- listen to your customers, empathize, and try your best to make it right instead of making excuses for why you can't/ won't be accommodating, especially if you/ your team made the mistake to begin with. Giving 3 stars bc the drinks are consistent and the service is typically ok. I hope this is just a lesson to learn for that particular manager. read more

I come at least 3x a week to order the same $10 plus smoothie for my daughter after training. I order the same thing every time. Today, they said I added chocolate to it, when I clearly know how to speak my order and she repeated it back and said nothing about chocolate when repeated. To told them they made it wrong and she told me that I had to pay another $10 to have it remade and that is how the owner says it must be done. They lost a customer over a drink, which is ridiculous.
