They are however Amazon equip and unless you're a body builder, definitely affordable lazy gal meal prep approved. Specifically, their rosemary chicken with lemon fingerling potatoes and green beans, a family meal that will run you $26.99. I repeat, a meal fit to feed an entire family, 6.7lbs of quality food, 5 or so thick chicken breasts with two sides for 26.99. Unlike the rest of the world, I'm excited to see the lack of proteinification on every aisle. I too am on a plan requiring an unearthly amount of protein abd good fiber and Ofcourse they offer plenty of options, but the store seems organized in a way to primary support protein from whole or whole ish foods and generally includes options with minimal additives as opposed to the addition of whey protein to literally everything. I can't say I feel financially responsible when shopping at Whole Foods, but I can say that I appreciate a few tried and true staples that they seem to exclusively carry, and for that, meal prep, and consistently great service, I'm thankful.
