There are many places for bubble tea all over Houston, but we always love coming to Sharetea. I love that you can control the sweetness level, which makes drinks even more customizable. Personally I always prefer the mango green tea or peach green tea, half sweet. Service is always fairly quick and workers are friendly!

New boba place at Willowbrook. We had the Classic Pearl Milk Tea with boba and the Coffee Milk Tea. The Classic was okay, but not really special. I couldn't really taste any tea flavor. The boba was super nice however, very tender with just the right firmness. The Coffee Milk Tea was so good! The coffee was strong and unique. At regular sweetness, it may have been just a tad bit too sweet for my taste. Customer service was fine. They were pretty busy on a Saturday night.

Made it to Share Teas grand opening weekend in Willowbrook! Sharing a spot and raising the traffic flow in the near dead AMC Willowbrook plaza and theater location!! Finally bringing some real boba to the neighborhood!! At your finger tips in NW houston! Place was super clean, staff were friendly, and the drinks....well I'll update in a few! But came here with my sister and super excited they are here! Looking for consistency but just so happy that they are expanding! If all goes well, we ordered their winter melon tea with creama - my winter-favorite! And the Oreo blended one with pearl! Def check them out this weekend to snag their opening weekend B2G1 free on drinks! Spend $15 or more to snag a raffle ticket for free prizes

This place has a warm and inviting feel when you walk in, but it's also super lively. There are games on the side and a fun order counter. The staff is super friendly and knows all about their drinks. I decided to try the golden retreiver with green tea. They also sell cool shirts and cute plushies!

Got the honey milk tea with boba and it was so good! This is a great place if you're vegan since their creamers are non dairy. They also offer alternative milks. Will be returning!

I really liked this location. It was clean and spacious inside. I like that they're open til 10 as most boba places outside of bellaire are not. They have caffeine free options as well as diary free. I ordered the Honey Milk Green Tea with 50% sugar and it was delicious. I could definitely taste the honey flavor. It was rich and creamy and not over bearing in sweetness. I find that some places don't get the sugar level right, but this one was spot on. Would def recommend this location as a try!

Sharetea has always been a favorite & I'm so glad that they opened up this newest location in the northwest Houston area! This location was clean, had amazing service and yummy tea that is consistent with previous locations I've been to! I got a hot Honey (black) Milk Tea with 50% sweetness & it was perfect!

What a great find though! I wish it was closer to us so I could come back more often! I ordered our drinks and food online so it was ready by the time we got there about 15 minutes later. There was a $1.99 processing fee though that I wasn't aware of until I saw the receipt. But maybe I just missed the fine print somewhere when ordering. The place seemed really cute and clean, and the customer service was great! They even had these adorable, mini claw games! POPCORN CHICKEN (GARLIC BUTTER SALT): Wow! I was not expecting the popcorn chicken to be that good or that large of a serving! It was more than tapioca places usually give, but it was also a little more expensive at $7.75. They have a few flavor options in addition to being a larger portion though, and included ranch in the box without an extra charge. I think one order shared between two people would be enough if you're also getting drinks. I highly recommend the garlic butter salt flavor btw. The chicken pieces were large, super moist, and bursting with flavor! I hope to come back to get it again one day. The menu in the store doesn't mention that the house coffees are Vietnamese iced coffees, but they do online. CREME BRÛLÉE HOUSE COFFEE: This was great! Strong Vietnamese coffee flavor, but also sweet from the creme brûlée topping! I personally liked this better than the pandan because the creme brûlée flavor was more noticeable and sweet. It was also thicker in consistency than the pandan when we tried to stir it in. PANDAN HOUSE COFFEE: This was good! My bf really liked it and he usually doesn't care for pandan. I thought it was more mild because the coffee flavor was stronger than it. I personally needed more sweetness, but definitely good for the strong coffee lovers. The coffee also had a good, strong Vietnamese iced coffee flavor. HONEY BOBA: The only thing I didn't care for was the boba. They were smaller than normal, somewhere between normal-sized and baby boba. They were also shaped irregularly, not perfect balls. Never experienced that before. The flavor was good and sweet, but it also started getting hard a lot faster than it should've. I'm assuming it wasn't fresh and was sitting out for a while. I would give them another chance though, just in case this was just a bad batch. This is a great place to get drinks and snacks! I hope they do well and the community appreciates the gem that it is!

To be fair, the staff was hustling hard--everyone looked like they were running on pure adrenaline trying to keep up, and they were still friendly despite the chaos. No complaints there; they're clearly doing their best. The place itself is tiny and feels cramped even when it's half-empty. Tables are squeezed together, and the ceiling (yikes) is absolutely caked with years of dust and cobwebs. I couldn't stop staring up at it while I waited, and it honestly made my skin crawl a little. Menu is huge and looks promising, but I just wanted a simple London fog (it's not even listed, but most coffee shops can make one). What I got tasted like faintly-earl-grey-flavored hot water with a splash of milk. I watched them make it--they literally just dropped a tea bag in a cup, poured hot water, added a quick shot of vanilla syrup, and handed it over. No steeping, no real effort. For almost $6, it was honestly insulting. I finished maybe a third of it out of politeness and bolted. Two stars instead of one because the employees were trying and the place has clearly been a neighborhood staple for a long time, but everything else felt tired and neglected. I won't be rushing back.

They had a seasonal menu for the fall, so I chose to order the iced Tiramisu latte with oat milk, and the cup was coated in tiramisu (?) syrup. Their new location is pretty far from me, so i thought I'd check out this place since it is where my favorite used to be. However! This was my first and last visit. As soon as i walked in, i smelled an overwhelming scent of smoke. I'm not sure if that came from the patrons or the space itself, but that alone was almost enough for me to walk right out of the door. But i stayed because i really wanted to give this place a chance. Like another reviewer, Elizabeth V., mentioned, there were 3 women around the counter who were not welcoming. Considering that you have to walk a distance to even get to the counter, being welcomed when you get there would have been nice! Anyway, the woman who took my order wasn't kind or helpful and when i asked for my drink iced (because the menu didn't specify if the drink was offered hot or iced) she said - kind of condescendingly - "it's already iced..." How would I know that if it's not listed on the menu? And why am I receiving snark for specifying how I'd like my order? Even though I was ordering in person, it felt like I was ordering at a drive thru - being rushed and questions discouraged by an apathetic employee who'd literally like to be anywhere else in the world at that moment. I knew I wouldn't stay at that point so I grabbed my matcha (which was just okay) and left. It's super disappointing to see that this is what occupies the space where my favorite coffee spot used to be. Maybe good service is worth the 45-min drive to their new location! Coming here certainly wasn't worth the headache of traffic, construction, a busy parking lot full of people cutting through to avoid the traffic on the street, and attitudes from the employees. If you like good coffees and teas but also like a kind and welcoming ambiance, please go elsewhere. I wish I wouldn't have believed the 5 star reviews I saw here.

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is calm, welcoming, and full of good energy. It's the kind of place where you can instantly relax, whether you're starting your morning or winding down after a busy day. The atmosphere is a perfect mix of modern and homey. The décor is simple yet stylish, the lighting is soft, and the music is never too loud. Every time I visit, it feels warm and comfortable, like a place made for good conversations and quiet moments. The staff always greet me with a smile and take the time to make each order right. They remember faces, favorite drinks, and even ask how your day is going, which makes every visit feel personal. Now, about the coffee, it's incredible! You can taste the difference in quality with every sip. The beans are fresh, and the drinks are smooth, rich, and never bitter. My personal favorites are the iced vanilla latte and the caramel macchiato. Both are balanced perfectly, not too sweet but full of flavor. On cooler days, I love getting their hot mocha or matcha latte. They also offer plenty of non-coffee options, which is great for anyone who just wants something cozy and refreshing. Their food menu is just as impressive. They have pastries, cakes, ice cream, and breakfast options that are always fresh and delicious. The croissants are buttery and flaky, and the muffins taste homemade. I tried their slice cakes once and have been hooked ever since -- especially the strawberry and chocolate ones. Everything pairs perfectly with their drinks, and it feels like the kind of treat you can actually enjoy guilt-free. The shop itself is a great space to hang out or get work done. There's free WiFi, comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light, making it ideal for studying or working remotely. I've spent several quiet mornings there with my laptop and coffee, and it's always peaceful and relaxing. Overall, Must Go Coffee checks all the boxes: amazing drinks, great food, friendly people, and a comforting atmosphere. It's not just another coffee shop, it feels like a community spot that genuinely values its customers. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. If you're in Houston and haven't tried it yet, I can't recommend it enough. Whether you're grabbing your morning coffee, catching up with friends, or looking for a peaceful place to relax, Must Go Coffee is the perfect spot. It's easily my favorite coffee shop in the city, and once you visit, I'm sure it'll become yours too.

I understood they were having power issues and were operating on a generator. Their tablet system appeared to be working, as I could see my order while placing it. I was making a large order for my coworkers and needed an itemized receipt. When I asked for one, I was told they couldn't provide it due to the power outage. I then asked if they could pull up my order on the tablet so I could take a photo of it, and I was told "yes, one second." However, after my order was ready and I followed up, the staff member seemed irritated and repeated that they couldn't provide a receipt because of the power issue. I clarified that I only needed to take a picture of the order on the screen, which I thought we had already agreed on. I also didn't realize that every add-on they offer comes with an extra charge. For example, when asked what kind of milk I wanted, it wasn't mentioned that 2% milk (which is typically the default) had an upcharge. Additionally, when a soft top was offered for an iced drink, it wasn't disclosed that it was a $1.50 extra charge. This was frustrating, as these add-ons were suggested by staff without clarifying the additional cost. While the issue was eventually resolved, I left feeling unhappy with the overall experience. I did return once afterward, but between the inconsistent beverages and the lack of transparency around pricing, I don't think I'll be coming back.

" tea is made actually with water so that explains why it's watery" she proceeded to hang up in my face and ignore any subsequent calls. you always reply , i'm not saying this to tear your business down, I work at an award winning coffee shop that's been featured in the Houston Chronicle and on KHOU 13, during my training I learned how to make all the drinks on our menu which is larger than your own and tasted them all. To imply I simply hadn't had one of the most common tea lattes is rude as you see I am a regular cafe goer. I have made hundreds of teas even london fogs with my own hands! Had complaints and remade drinks myself too. It is the way it was handled on the phone as someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years , it was very disrespectful. Your going back and forth with me while I share my experience doesn't change that, I know water is in tea that's uncalled for , that doesn't mean this one isn't watery, every barista has rushed and not steeped tea long enough once I wasn't even mad . As for the emptiness of my cup before i went to throw it away, I poured tea out of my cup into 2oz sample cups when I got to my job to ask my coworkers opinion on the drink and if it was made wrong or if I was wrong BEFORE i called. mind you we sell tea, just not blueberry danishes... As a coffee shop employee , I see myself as fueling my patrons for their days and I never disrespect them when they tell me I didn't fulfill my duty properly sorry for thinking you'd do the same You're going to be mad i left this review but when i called, before I thought to review, I started by saying exactly this " I got a drink earlier a London fog and I think it wasn't steeped long enough the tea flavor is just kind of weak its tasting like milk water and syrup, just so the future teas can be better " I always call when an establishment messes up my orders and say the same thing and I'm never met with hostility until you guys, today. I didn't say anything rude or tone deaf and I wasn't yelling in the slightest. I respect cafe employees very much as I am one for 5 years now and I understand the struggles of the job. On the phone, that was hurtful and I got my drink remade off the principle that I paid 27.95$ for my stuff and I couldn't even get a simple sorry. I got the reply I mentioned earlier which upset me because I went out of my way to come spend at your shop when I spend my days making tea anyways, that entitles me to say what I bought from you. Even if you just google London fog and look at the color then look at this you can see it's off. This is me telling the full story since you feel I left something out, I left out that a room full of 5 coffee professionals one of whom being the owner of my shop said the drink was nasty and a waste of money before I called you. AND I wasn't asking for any money back or a new drink when I called. sorry for leaving that out.
