I have witnessed on numerous occasions different staff being patient, kind, helpful, courteous, and appreciative of their job. It reminds me of the Chick fil la workers. Yesterday I decided to place an order and upon paying I noticed there was a coupon for BOGO and I wanted to use it. Not one time did the employee become disgruntled because I decided to add another smoothie. LUIS politely took my second order and even asked if there was anything else I would like to add. Then as I proceeded to pay there seem to be computer issues. Ethan immediately apologized and assisted with fixing the issue. I always customize my smoothie with substitutions and they always get them right. I promise you I could come here every day and would be pleased every time. I have arrived before and it was crowded they greeted every guest and took care of everyone in a timely fashion KUDOS to all of the staff.

I waited approximately 13 minutes and finally left. I can't believe that when at any other location I've never had this problem. What I don't understand is why they don't have a speaker system so this won't happen. I'm a loyal customer who goes to Dutch Bros weekly but I won't go back to this one. Terrible customer service and the lowest I can give them is a one star but it should be no stars.

Walking in you are greeted with the colorful graffiti on the walls, colorful ice cream, cool merch, and a mini claw machine in the corner, they do have music going as well. As far as flavors, the Ube is out of this world, creamy, sweet but savory and pairs great with the honey lavender or black sesame. Genuinely, the Ube is so good that my husband and I are desperately searching for an ice cream caterer to serve it at our wedding in Austin in August.. Sometimes they run out of certain flavors due to its popularity which... makes sense but they have the pints in the freezer for take home as an alternative! They also give 10% off for anyone following them on IG, students, first responders and maybe one more (I just don't remember) they also have other deals on certain days which is super cool, dangerous but super cool. Overall, I totally recommend Cheaters ice cream!
