The parking lot is shared with a few other businesses. The line starts at the further end and the register is closer to the door. There were so many flavors, I couldn't decide so I got two scoops there and bought 4 pints home. All of the flavors are FANTASTIC!! There are a few tables and chairs inside. read more

My husband and I LOVE it here. They're open considerably late and thank goodness we found this spot. Their flavors are so unique and delicious!!! The people who work there are so nice & patient (considering we asked to taste 6 different flavors, so good!) we found our favorite! Walking in you are greeted with the colorful graffiti on the walls, colorful ice cream, cool merch, and a mini claw machine in the corner, they do have music going as well. As far as flavors, the Ube is out of this world, creamy, sweet but savory and pairs great with the honey lavender or black sesame. Genuinely, the Ube is so good that my husband and I are desperately searching for an ice cream caterer to serve it at our wedding in Austin in August.. Sometimes they run out of certain flavors due to its popularity which... makes sense but they have the pints in the freezer for take home as an alternative! They also give 10% off for anyone following them on IG, students, first responders and maybe one more (I just don't remember) they also have other deals on certain days which is super cool, dangerous but super cool. Overall, I totally recommend Cheaters ice cream! read more

Wow this place exceeded my expectations! Very on par or if better than Sugar + Milk! It may not look as nice but the flavors were so strong! My fav was the Thai tea. Overall I recommend and would come back. Felt like there was a language barrier because I didn't get a cherry or chocolate sauce on the sundae? read more

I love their flavors here! It's a great changeup from the other ice cream shops ive been to in town! My biggest grip with this place is its so far out. One location in cypress, one in Tomball, and im not sure if the food/icecream truck is open anymore in town. Flavors are very diverse, I throughly enjoyed the mix of asian-inspired flavors like the earl Grey, miso PB, matcha, pandan, and the UBE. So good. Location was pretty sparse for a friday evening. Great interior but as noted from another reviewer im not sure how popular this place is compared to their competition. Regardless, I enjoy it! Wish yall had half scoops to enjoy two flavors at the same time. read more

This place is dangerous! It's next to Picklr, so if you are leaving when Picklr closes and just got a good cardio workout in .... Cheaters is still open! Hubs and I always get a flight to share - 3 flavors! Our faves are coffee, biscoff cookie butter, salted caramel, and banana pudding! Looking forward to trying more (or just sticking to the faves). read more

Creamy ice cream packed with flavor is the best! I also got a strawberry milkshake not pictured and it was wonderful. They did ask if I wanted whipped cream or not which was nice of them. Not a long wait, friendly service, and they have quite a bit of flavors to choose from. Inside there's a few tables to sit down and overall the place looks very clean and well kept. read more

Delicious ice cream with a wide variety. Many flavors to choose from. They are all pretty darn good! My favorite is the Ube and the vanilla bean. A huge shout out to "Raihan" he's usually always there as stated, and his customer service was the cherry on top of our frozen treat visit ! Highly recommend for sweet tooths. ‼ read more

I have been anticipating going here for so long and it was such a disappointment. I should've taken a note by how many people were not at this location on a Friday night... the flavor options were minimum and really not exciting like Baskin-Robbins. It seems like the options are blah. read more

Love a new ice cream shop in the area. We don't really have many in Cypress. It is right across the street from the Berry center next to Smoothie King. We liked the mango lassi. It is the perfect sweetness where you can eat spoonful after spoonful. The employees were pretty nice and easy to talk to. They are not shy about letting you sample flavors , which is nice. It's not like that everywhere. read more

Treat Tueaday in full effect. Stopped in for a scoop and was pleasantly surprised by the colorful decor and welcoming staff. Amy was so amazing and helpful and provided tasty recommendations. I tried 3 flavors before deciding on Black Cherry. Not many ice cream shops carry it, so I'm always happy when I stumble upon one. It was creamy, tart and sweet. I added waffle vibe bites for crunch. Can't wait to come back for another scoop. read more

I have ordered no less than 20 times from them. The quality is always consistently great and great customer service!

The Mango Lassi flavor is spot on, took me right back to an Indian restaurant. Banana Nutella is high on my list of all-time ice cream flavors. I've always enjoyed banana ice cream but it's so hard to find. Close behind that is the Black Cherry Bomb. Fantastic flavor and very creamy. I'll be back! read more

This ice cream shop is so cute and right along the main road surrounded by amazing eateries. After your done eating at Pincho Burgers and one of the other eateries, I ended my night with a sweet treat! I order a Cookie Monster Dough boy. I think that's the name. It's a Texas size scoop of ice cream, scooped into a voodoo donut with white sugar drizzled on top!!!! It's tasted amazing. This place has plenty of parking out front which is free and in a huge lot and plenty of seating inside!! Order one of their pints too!! All of their ice cream is made in house with total creativity from the creamery chefs. read more

I chose the butterscotch pecan ice cream with the cake cone and the pecan topping (in a separate cup). Did I mention I like pecans? The ice cream was fabulous, really good. A good sweet taste and creamy. The two employees there were very helpful with the sign in and very nice people. The inside of the place is designed colorfully. Something that children would enjoy. It has four tables with four bright red chairs each. We will definitely be coming back for more. read more

Went for a little treat around 9 pm. The ice cream was very good though a little mild in flavor (besides the coffee - it packed a punch and was so delicious). I got the mango and my boyfriend got coffee and the peanut butter one. It was also pretty cute and clean on the inside. The main reason it got a 3 was the whole staff didn't seem to want to be there. Though we got a few samples they seem annoyed the whole time. Not a bad bad experience but just kind of off setting. read more

Place is nice inside, tables were clean, and lots of space to sit. The workers were welcoming, I think one of them was new and in training. We were able to try some samples. For me, I cannot do dairy whatsoever, and I like that they have vegan options that are not just sorbet. It is hard to find a good ice cream place that makes good vegan flavors. I tried a taste of the Matcha Milk Tea and it was so creamy. I was torn between that one and the one I got, cookie butter. Both tasted amazing. I think their pricing is on point for quality and quantity. They have lots of other options. And the cherry on top is that they put a cherry on top! read more

My wife and I just visited this location recently and the ambiance is cool for a smaller space. The server was very nice and let us both try a sample before ordering. The menu is small so do not go in there thinking you are about to get a whole banana split but simplicity is key here. One, two or three scoops and the price is pretty reasonable. Now as for the actual ice cream it was not the best but it was good for the price. A decent ice cream for a quick fix but I would rather just stop by the corner store or buy a pint at the nearest supermarket. 3/5 read more

I don't even want to tell anyone how amazing the Ube ice cream is because they might run out of it. On top of that, the customer service is exceptional! This place was a total letdown. With a name like Cheaters, I expected a rich, decadent, flavorful assortment of fully loaded ice creams and mixings to choose from. This was the blandest ice cream I've ever tasted. Despite having a huge selection of flavors, almost all of them tasted the exact same. It was all mild sweet cream with barely a hint of the advertised flavors and ingredients. If you want ice cream with lots of mixed in ingredients, this is the worst place to go. I got the butter pecan and peanut butter s'mores flavors. The pecan pieces were tiny and scarce, I didn't even taste the graham cracker or chocolate in my s'mores scoop. It was just... Boring! I'd be better off buying a whole pint of B&J or Bluebell from the grocery store, and spending half as much money. The ONE thing I'll give this place is that their ice cream is EXTRA thick and creamy. So if you're into flavorless frozen sugar paste, you're coming to the right place. We won't be returning. I will say, the place has a neat look, even if it feels a little sterile. They're clearly going for a sort of beachside skate shop vibe. They've got hats, shirts, stickers, for sale in a little shop next to the cash register. They've got a nice big colorful mural on the wall next to their 4 or 5 tables, for all the Instagram people to take food selfies. The service was fine, I guess. The girl serving us wasn't rude or anything, but while she was taking our order, some other woman who was in plain clothes just walked in behind the counter and took a sample of ice cream for herself, ate it right there in front of us, and the left. Super weird and kinda unprofessional. Again, we won't be coming back. If we want an ice cream shop experience, we will stick to Baskin Robbins or Marble Slab. Boo Cheaters. read more

Stopped in for some ice cream with my SIL and kids. Walking in, it's cute! Design is pretty good to the eye. No one greeted us. The Hispanic girl serving us was extremely rude from the jump. we asked to sample a few ice creams. We started giving our order and once we let her finish the first few, she rudely wouldn't take the next part of the order until we removed the ones she scooped. Paid .69 for 6 gummy bears on top of the one scoop. Seems outrageous. She then followed us to the topping area where the attitude continued. Flavors were great but customer service was awful. It was worth a try but we will skip this option moving forward. read more
