My husband and I LOVE it here. They're open considerably late and thank goodness we found this spot. Their flavors are so unique and delicious!!! The people who work there are so nice & patient (considering we asked to taste 6 different flavors, so good!) we found our favorite! Walking in you are greeted with the colorful graffiti on the walls, colorful ice cream, cool merch, and a mini claw machine in the corner, they do have music going as well. As far as flavors, the Ube is out of this world, creamy, sweet but savory and pairs great with the honey lavender or black sesame. Genuinely, the Ube is so good that my husband and I are desperately searching for an ice cream caterer to serve it at our wedding in Austin in August.. Sometimes they run out of certain flavors due to its popularity which... makes sense but they have the pints in the freezer for take home as an alternative! They also give 10% off for anyone following them on IG, students, first responders and maybe one more (I just don't remember) they also have other deals on certain days which is super cool, dangerous but super cool. Wow this place exceeded my expectations! Very on par or if better than Sugar + Milk! It may not look as nice but the flavors were so strong! My fav was the Thai tea. I love their flavors here! It's a great changeup from the other ice cream shops ive been to in town! My biggest grip with this place is its so far out. One location in cypress, one in Tomball, and im not sure if the food/icecream truck is open anymore in town. Flavors are very diverse, I throughly enjoyed the mix of asian-inspired flavors like the earl Grey, miso PB, matcha, pandan, and the UBE. So good. Location was pretty sparse for a friday evening. Great interior but as noted from another reviewer im not sure how popular this place is compared to their competition. Regardless, I enjoy it! I chose the butterscotch pecan ice cream with the cake cone and the pecan topping (in a separate cup). Did I mention I like pecans? The ice cream was fabulous, really good. A good sweet taste and creamy. The two employees there were very helpful with the sign in and very nice people. The inside of the place is designed colorfully. Something that children would enjoy. Went for a little treat around 9 pm. The ice cream was very good though a little mild in flavor (besides the coffee - it packed a punch and was so delicious). I got the mango and my boyfriend got coffee and the peanut butter one. It was also pretty cute and clean on the inside. The main reason it got a 3 was the whole staff didn't seem to want to be there. For me, I cannot do dairy whatsoever, and I like that they have vegan options that are not just sorbet. It is hard to find a good ice cream place that makes good vegan flavors. I tried a taste of the Matcha Milk Tea and it was so creamy. I was torn between that one and the one I got, cookie butter. Both tasted amazing. My wife and I just visited this location recently and the ambiance is cool for a smaller space. The server was very nice and let us both try a sample before ordering. The menu is small so do not go in there thinking you are about to get a whole banana split but simplicity is key here. One, two or three scoops and the price is pretty reasonable. Now as for the actual ice cream it was not the best but it was good for the price. This place was a total letdown. With a name like Cheaters, I expected a rich, decadent, flavorful assortment of fully loaded ice creams and mixings to choose from. This was the blandest ice cream I've ever tasted. Despite having a huge selection of flavors, almost all of them tasted the exact same. It was all mild sweet cream with barely a hint of the advertised flavors and ingredients. If you want ice cream with lots of mixed in ingredients, this is the worst place to go. I got the butter pecan and peanut butter s'mores flavors. The pecan pieces were tiny and scarce, I didn't even taste the graham cracker or chocolate in my s'mores scoop. It was just... Boring! I'd be better off buying a whole pint of B&J or Bluebell from the grocery store, and spending half as much money. The ONE thing I'll give this place is that their ice cream is EXTRA thick and creamy. So if you're into flavorless frozen sugar paste, you're coming to the right place. We won't be returning. I will say, the place has a neat look, even if it feels a little sterile. They're clearly going for a sort of beachside skate shop vibe. They've got hats, shirts, stickers, for sale in a little shop next to the cash register. They've got a nice big colorful mural on the wall next to their 4 or 5 tables, for all the Instagram people to take food selfies. The service was fine, I guess. The girl serving us wasn't rude or anything, but while she was taking our order, some other woman who was in plain clothes just walked in behind the counter and took a sample of ice cream for herself, ate it right there in front of us, and the left. Super weird and kinda unprofessional. Again, we won't be coming back. If we want an ice cream shop experience, we will stick to Baskin Robbins or Marble Slab. Boo Cheaters. read more

Stopped in for some ice cream with my SIL and kids. Walking in, it's cute! Design is pretty good to the eye. No one greeted us. The Hispanic girl serving us was extremely rude from the jump. we asked to sample a few ice creams. We started giving our order and once we let her finish the first few, she rudely wouldn't take the next part of the order until we removed the ones she scooped. Paid .69 for 6 gummy bears on top of the one scoop. Seems outrageous. She then followed us to the topping area where the attitude continued. Flavors were great but customer service was awful.
