So happy, very friendly, and her team was working seamlessly to get orders out quickly. I do NOT recommend going to Connie's Custard-Cypress location. Whomever responds to reviews and rolls their eyes at customers' experiences and is overall combative about Connie's Custard in Cypress needs a lesson in receiving constructive criticism, or any criticism, without disparaging the customer. The staff are not friendly at the Cypress location. Something is wrong with the nuts and how they're stored. They don't taste right. And I have spoken to other customers regarding this location and we all have said we only go to the Jones road location now. It's absolutely worth the extra 20-30 minute drive.

We love Coldstone, but this isn't really the *best* location…read more We frequently order online and then pick up in the store. A majority of the time, they are either out of a certain ice cream or they completely forget something in our order, mainly the waffle cone. If you're ordering online, it is a MUST that you check your order before leaving. The last time I came in, someone apparently had picked up my order. The guy behind the counter said that "the order had been picked up already" and asked me to check my app. I told him that it wasn't a DoorDash order, the order was for me. He seemed kind of annoyed that he had to remake it - though he was training someone and seemed to already be annoyed by the man he was training when the trainee was just asking questions and trying to help. Attitude is the theme here for multiple employees for sure and that is the biggest downfall of this Coldstone.

When they say "Creamistry" they are not kidding…read more The ice cream was literally cream. As soon as it touched your tongue, it started to melt. There was no slushing it no waiting for it to melt. It just dissolves across your tongue and coat it with a loving grace. It's like the first time you had a really fudgy brownie. It just sticks to you. Yum! The added waffle was an extremely nice contrast! Crispy light airy fluffy on the inside outstanding. Well salted, and well season The only downside is the staff. They seem to not really give a bleep given their age. It's basically just rote memory for them and they don't engage or do they talk to you. But granted the proximity to schools. It's probably why they hire such young staff. They could teach some courses in customer relations thus the star being knocked off. I am a sucker for ice cream. That's why this gets a rock solid four stars.

Correct order & freshness is 50/50 here...its either spot on or way off the mark. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but in 6 months time, this location really changed!…read more I arrived to find only a handful of operational stalls (about 4-5), but reluctantly pulled up to one anyways. After reviewing the new menu (it's been awhile), I pressed the iconic red button and waited. Just when I thought the button was broken, a young worker popped up adjacent my car window, pulled out their phone, and claimed they could take my order. Although baffled, I wanted ice cream, so I began my order- a Sonic blast with...I was then interrupted, "we don't have that". I guess I looked confused because he continued "we don't have that here, we have like a drink textured ice cream". Although I know he was describing a milkshake, Sonic is known for customizable drinks, good ice, and a McFlurry, Blizzard style treat called a Sonic Blast. The employee didn't offer any explanations, suggestions, or even an apology. We just sat and stared at one another until I said "okay, never mind. Thank you", to which he replied "you don't want ANYTHING else?" twice in escalating volume. I know it's hot, and I can imagine that Sonic wages leave alot to be desired, but just a little bit of care would have gone a long way here. By that I mean, just an inkling of customer service. Because I was unable to order, I was unable to leave feedback per the receipt prompt. So this review is meant moreso as a warning and attempt to redact my previous review of this Sonic location. With another Sonic location a mere 6 minutes up the road, literally 1 exit up on 290 (apparently owned by the same franchisees), I don't have the highest hopes for this one, but I do wish them the best, and hope they prove me wrong!

You literally have to backup after reading the menu and make a wide sharp turn to pull up to the window. The first time I tried to go through the drive-thru I gave up, parked and went inside. Soooo yeah. Inside is super cute, lots of bright colors, clean tables and fun displays. Definitely geared towards kids and family. Highly recommend for a cute family outing or Mommy/Daddy and me time with your kiddo. Prices seem fare, portion is huge. I'd size down unless you really have a sweet tooth. We never finish it. Ordering is simple and the wait is minimal. The teenagers inside are nice and move quickly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because on both occasions there were out of a flavor on the menu and their drive-thru. I'm decisive in general so it's disappointing when I can't get what I carefully selected. Overall the experience was nice, my kid was entertained and we'll be back. I recommend going inside for the full experience.
