The tacos are ok. It just a longer wait for tacos I guess. She said it's a normal wait time of 15 mins. Since it's cooked fresh.

Midnight Cravingz absolutely lived up to the hype! I ordered the brookie to-go, but it smelled so…read moregood that I couldn't even wait until I got home to try it. One bite in and I knew I had made the right choice. The brookie was warm, rich, and perfectly gooey, and the ice cream on the side was the perfect addition. Together, they completely hit the spot. I'm still thinking about it days later! If you're a dessert lover, do yourself a favor and order the brookie. The next time I'm in Houston, Midnight Cravingz is definitely on my list of places to revisit.

Came here after the movies with my boyfriend and we split a Cookies and Dream. - Cookies and Dream (3/5): I love the combo of warm brownie with soft serve. Also the Oreo bits added a nice texture. But this desert was just WAY TOO SWEET. The vanilla sauce was more like a sugary frosting that ruined the whole dessert for me.I don't know if it's because I'm old and my sweet tooth isn't as strong, but I couldn't eat much of it even after scraping off part of the frosting. Service/ambiance: Overall I think this was such a fun late night spot. We came at around 11:30 and the place was filled with people, mostly groups of friends, and it gave such a lively atmosphere. There was also board games that you can borrow.

I don't come often because parking is always a nightmare, and tonight was no exception. When I showed them the app, the staff seemed confused on how to do a redemption. So they had to call the owner for help. The owner apparently told them not to honor the redemption because they were in the process of switching rewards program platforms, and what used to be a 50‑point reward was going to be a 300‑point reward. The staff said my points would transfer eventually, but I only will have 63 -- not enough under the new system. Hey, I'm no entrepreneur. But I am a customer who eats out all the time. And to me this is a textbook example of an owner who doesn't get customer service. I drove all the way there, dealt with the parking, and came specifically to redeem a reward that still showed as valid in their app. It's not my fault their system hadn't switched over yet. These cakeball and truffle treats are only the size of a donut hole. It's not one of their higher end desserts. The obvious right move would've been to honor the reward and give the customer the treat. But nope. They chose the stingy route instead. And with that one decision, they lost another customer. Congrats and enjoy your cakeballs.

Slightly different and much bigger in size than the Common Bond bistros I have seen…read more It has a full service bar with bar stools and everything. There are plenty tables and chairs for large groups. And sofas ( not in good condition at all... but sofas .. yes)... ya... big ones length wise. Pretty noisy actually. Good noise. Cheerful sharing while chilling over drinks and pastries - that kind of noise. Have been craving for fries lately and when I saw Common Bond, was very excited but they didn't carry the thick truffle fries which I was so fond of in the other Common Bond. Still, it was good fries and the staff was very friendly.... many high schoolers doing a summer job so they are super nice. They have a rewards program running - once registered, $spent is $earned in points which can be redeemed later. Staff was friendly and seemed like some of them were high schoolers or sort of, doing summer jobs so they were extra courteous and cautious - it was very much appreciated The fresh pastries were inviting and they had a big menu of other eats too. For me Common Bond and their specialty small dessert cakes went hand in hand. And this bakery did keep up that reputation- they had some sumptuous looking mini cakes. Definitely worth a visit.

You know, it gives gourmet without being pretentious. The bakery alone puts Common Bond in this category. If you can resist dessert order from the display case, I'm not sure you're human! The visuals and smells are always inviting, but the execution is not consistent. This time, in addition to my savory picks, It's been awhile so I thought I'd revisit my Common Bond review. This location is such a score for City Place. The only caffeine dealer apart from Starbucks walkable from the plaza, it's easy to see why patrons choose Common Bond.
