Personally I really enjoy the breakfast burritos here, simple yet delicious. The service is good, the workers are nice, and the food is great. This is probably our 10th time here, we love Aldanbertos and are reoccurring customers. We are avid mexican food/taco lovers, and this establishment seems more on the authentic side. We ordered the beef crunchy tacos and the carne asada quesadilla. We've also ordered the Carne Asada Fries before too (not pictured). One thing about this place, they don't ever short you on the meat, lettuce, cheese, etc., so you'll definitely get the best bang for your buck in terms of portion sizes. The only con I have so far is that their wait time can be way longer than most drive through/fast food spots. But tonight, their wait time was actually the fastest it's been; compared to when we came here in the days after opening. Overall, I'd rate this place an 8/10, we'll definitely keep coming back! read more

The burritos are awesome, I had the chile relleno and my husband got the carne asada. We both really enjoyed them. They have a salsa bar with free chips inside. We also ordered what we thought was chips and queso but it was just the chips with shredded cheese and a bunch of pico. I would never order this again. They are open 24 hours. It's counter service. Do not support this business! I had visited a few times in the past and enjoyed their burritos. Tonight I called to place a togo order over the phone and when I gave the worker my name he very rudely started accusing me of making a large to-go order in the past and not picking it up. I was completely taken aback as this had never happened, I said to him that I had never done that and my orders always consist of two burritos only. He continued to accuse me and told me if I wanted food that I can order at the restaurant and then proceeded to hang up on me. Will no longer give this company my business. read more

They are somehow associated with a location in San Diego we use to love. We were very excited when we found they were opening one not too far from us. We have been there a couple of times and love their food. They use to have some sort of spicy cheetos fries which was so good but I dont see it onnthe menu anymore. I love the salsa bar but theist time qe went it seemed ALL the salsas were a bit too spicy for my wife. Only thing I would suggest is we wished the music was not so loud. read more

Been coming here since I moved to Texas because this place was modeled after a place from my hometown and it's the only piece of home I had. I order the same thing I've ordered for years super nachos with side 2 tortillas on the side. This location decided to jack their prices up to $3 for a tortilla it cost $5 at the store for an 8 pack guess I'll just go buy my own from now on. Or just find a new location to go entirely. Food was AMAZING! The staff was very attentive and nice, and the environment was very bright clean and airy! Everything we ordered had flavor and was fresh! I was born and raised in San Diego, been here 5 years and this is the first place I've found that made me feel like I was eating Cali style real authentic Mexican food like a real taco shop! We got the crispy beef tacos and added sour cream we also got carne asada fries and added the pico de gallo from the salsa bar to both the fries and the tacos! Guess it's a regional thing but everything here is tacos on flour tortillas. Good but definitely left me wanting something more familiar from my home state. This place did not disappoint. There's many "bertos" style restaurants in Cali. All serve this style of food. This is a good example of what you can expect to find in califas. Great food. Good customer service. Unfortunately this Mexican restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly though. There was an odor as soon as we opened the door that smelled slightly like a sewer. We waited several minutes before anyone came to register to take our order. There was not a kids menu. I got the carnitas which was shredded and not very meaty.
