When they say "Creamistry" they are not kidding. The ice cream was literally cream. As soon as it touched your tongue, it started to melt. There was no slushing it no waiting for it to melt. It just dissolves across your tongue and coat it with a loving grace. It's like the first time you had a really fudgy brownie. It just sticks to you. Yum! The added waffle was an extremely nice contrast! Crispy light airy fluffy on the inside outstanding. Well salted, and well season The only downside is the staff. They seem to not really give a bleep given their age. It's basically just rote memory for them and they don't engage or do they talk to you. But granted the proximity to schools. It's probably why they hire such young staff. They could teach some courses in customer relations thus the star being knocked off. I am a sucker for ice cream. Absolutely insane price structure compared to size and quality of Product! I expect this at Disney land not a local in town creamery. I'm sitting in my car in shock that I just paid $23.00 including tip for a child's scope of melted ice cream. I legit could have gotten 4 pints from H.E.B or Twisty treat. Surprised to find this location in Cypress. If you're an ice cream fan, this place has lots of flavor choices. They make the ice cream in front of you using their nitro machines. They have dairy and non dairy bases. I was a little annoyed that you have to pay an extra 1.25 for a non dairy base. So if you're Vegan or have an allergy to dairy go somewhere else bc this place is pricey. The workers were friendly and environment seemed clean. I ordered the Thai tea flavor with cashew milk base and it was just way too thick. I didn't enjoy it. I felt like I was eating clay. My husband got matcha with regular dairy base and I tried a bite, it was a little better but still really thick. What a great addition to the Cypress area! This ice cream was much more delicious than I even thought it would be. It was very, very, creamy (If it wasn't obvious by the name) but the add ins mixed into the ice cream are so delicious. Definitely get them mixed in! I got the cookie butter flavor (speculoos) with almonds and brownie bites mixed in and it was so good. I cannot wait to go back and try more flavors! I especially want to try the brownie and waffle bowls. I also tried some of my son's chocolate with brownie bites and my daughter had a unicorn flavor with marshmallows that she was ecstatic about...because what little girl doesn't like unicorns?! I can't wait until they get their ice cream cakes and because I am sure they would be a hit at any event. The thing that I liked besides the ice cream was the fact that it was very clean. The modern design is so beautiful, it looks so sleek and clean. Paid $20 for 2 tiny scoops of ice cream! That's 1 scoop per person - my husband and I came here. They don't even let you do multiple flavors. Just crazy! This place has the dairy free options and you can definitely create the ice cream how you want but for the price, I would not go here. They do make the ice cream from scratch, the way you order it, but you don't even get to see the process since it happens so fast. This is the place to go if you want MANY options!! I am dairy free and I love that I can get any flavor I want in a vegan base! The ice cream is delicious and they have pre made flavors or you can create your own. The vegan bases also are plenty flavorful and I don't even miss the dairy! Also, bonus we went for their 1 year anniversary and it was buy one get one free. Only piece of advice, when we went the last person in our group got their order first, out of 7 of us! There was a temporary schedule on the door. It's Saturday and it says it opens at 2pm, I waited outside with my family for 8 minutes past 2. We tried opening the door & we got hit with the by an employee meaning to wait. It's inexcusable to wait even 5 minutes past the time you were supposed to be open. You open in the afternoon, how are you not ready and in this economy?! The employee cared more about turning on the tv and doing whatever instead of letting us in at the time it says it's open. Very disappointing to see they don't provide more than 1 flavor in the small size cup, and that each topping is $0.75 (I can't remember the exact pricing). Not fair for what you pay. When we arrived on Sunday it was busy! There was a line of people waiting for their to go ice cream, and all of the tables were taken. We reviewed the menu and were shocked when we were told the cup next to the register was large, and the price tag was about $10. I decided to get a regular matcha with mochi topping since I didn't know if I would enjoy it. It took quite some time to get our order called, but by the time we did, a table opened up. While we were eating, we overheard one of the employees saying that they were out of ice cream to their coworkers multiple times since they didn't want new customers coming in, although they still had about 3 hours until closing. Visit on a Friday in June about 4pm. No one was in the store during our visit except 3 employees. The ice cream was delicious, but the store was a mess. Crumbs everywhere, ice cream splatter on all machines, walls, baseboards. It as pretty gross and the lack of cleanliness really took away from the delicious ice cream. I wondered how long those waffle cone crumbles had been on the counter behind the brownie container and how long the syrup drips had been running down the bottles that were used to shape our waffle bowls. read more

Nice clean place, ordering is pretty easy, people are really nice, and flavors are pretty good! Probably need some training with staff, been here twice and so far all our orders have been made incorrectly and should probably scrap making fresh cones for the ice cream.
