The store had a lil makeover with a new painting perfect for taking pictures. Great new outside tables. Overall feels more spacious.

    amazing flavors !

Amazing staff, so nice and cleaning and restocking as soon as possible, we came while the rush happened and they were so helpful, definitely my favorite location !

I'm surprised the reviews are so pleasant here. I've been to this location about 4-5 times and neither of times have I had a pleasant experience. Going in today after eating at Pei Wei, the place was empty and there was no one at the register. In the past, there would be 1-2 employees, but neither of them ever greeted us. I love the chairs/tables they have inside, they're super cute. The fro-yo choices I chose were super runny, unlike how it's supposed to be. The area where the toppings were was a little messy, with toppings all on the counter, as well as on the floor. They have a restroom through the back door, but it's not labeled. No sample cups, unless requested. Definitely why I prefer Menchie's or Yogurtland. Anyway, by the time we got to the register, there was still no employee in sight. By the time she came out, she didn't greet us or was all that friendly. Overall, this location is just meh for me.

Woohoo...a self-serve frozen yogurt place close to me! I didn't even know there was one until I walked out of Barnes & Nobles. It's a pretty good location. Tutti Frutti (what a catchy name!) I usually go to Swirll or the Yogurt Spot, but now I think this will be the place to go for my tart frozen yogurt cravings! It has 16 flavors to choose from like Mango, Tutti Fruitti, Pomegranate (this one's good), Yellow Cake (eh!), Chocolate, Vanilla, Original Tart (yummy!), Peanut Butter, Raspberry, Coffee...etc. Check out the website! They have a variety of toppings as well like MOCHI, Captain Crunch Cereal, Mango Jelly, Rainbow Jelly, Fruits (Strawberries, Pineapple, Mango, Berries), Cheesecake bites, Brownie Bites, granola...the list goes on. I really recommend trying out the Mochi Balls. Too bad they don't have green tea frozen yogurt yet. Check it out!

I have been sold on the new frozen yogurt fad. First tried Freshberry which is good, but expensive and only comes in one size. So I was later happy to find Yogurt Spot, where you can control the amount of yogurt you get and put the perfect mix of toppings on yourself. Alas, the Yogurt Spot is too far away as we live in Northwest Houston. Luckily I found Tutti Frutti in NW Houston. Yum! Yogurt and toppings are 39 cents per oz You choose one of 2 sizes of cups. The large size is HUGE and even the small size would probably fit a good 8 oz of yogurt. Good marketing, I'd say. Then you choose your flavor - one of 16 (Chocolate, cookies and cream, cheesecake, peanut butter, green apple, pomegranate, mango, tutti frutti, yellow cake, Cafe latte, tart, strawberry banana, vanilla, strawberry, taro, raspberry). The chocolate, cookies and cream and yellow cake were good - tasted more like ice cream than yogurt. Most of the flavors are around 120 calories per 4 oz. Which is good, unless you add a whole bunch of toppings to it. They have no sugar added Vanilla and Strawberry Banana - which I didn't try - but only 80 or so calories. I got 2 cups - one for me, one for my son - came to less than 4 bucks. What a deal. And he got to put fruity pebbles on his..and I got my own. Perfect deal. We will be back...

As far as FroYo goes I have zero complaints for this place. They always have a good selection of flavors to choose from. Including a few sorbet. I'm impressed by how clean it always seems to be. And never an experience with a rude teenager or bored employee. Nothing but good frozen yogurt with a HUGE variety of toppings. Served with a smile. Highly recommend.

They dilute the frozen yogurt with water and then charge a fortune for a cup of frozen yogurt.

That alone made the experience feel thoughtful and welcoming. They are also open late, which I loved. I had already dined in the area, so this ended up being the perfect post dinner treat. I have been here before, but it had been a long time, and it was great to return and enjoy it again. The ambience was warm and inviting, and the overall environment made it easy to relax and enjoy the moment. I ordered a kid's cup, and it was honestly the perfect amount. Anything larger would have been too much for me, so the price point felt very fair for the portion and quality. I also tried the macaron and the tea. Both were fine but nothing standout for me. I have had better macarons and better tea elsewhere, and as someone who really appreciates good tea, it was decent but not something I would go back for specifically. That said, the gelato alone is absolutely worth returning for and even making a drive for. The space itself is very small and cozy, more of a boutique style spot. It is ideal for individuals, couples, or very small groups. Larger groups may prefer to enjoy their treats outdoors around the plaza and then move along, as this is more of a grab and go or short stay kind of place. Overall, I would definitely be back. The gelato is truly the star here and well worth it.

Consequently, Yelpers should not be surprised the…read moreparking is mostly in paid lots, just like in every major city in the US--Cocos does not deserve to lose a star for this as in some reviews that brought down their average. You may order online, in shop through a tablet, or with a person at the register. We used the register because we did not see the tablet and did not want to order ahead online. The ladies who helped us on our visit were very nice. You get a number and they call it when your made to order food is ready. We did not have to wait long. There was medium to low noisy ambiance. It was deserted when we arrived, but they have relatively loud background music. While we were eating it got pretty crowded. Mostly a lot of young people in the middle of the day on a Monday. The inside is small, seating both inside and outside are limited and close together. One lady was studying with her laptop, but there are no plugs. The breakfast sandwich is customizable. We got it on a croissant and with sausage. The eggs had a unique texture and the sandwich a unique flavor that we could not place, but both were very tasty. We also wanted a crepe, but we split the sandwich and it was sufficient. We also got a small mocha and a decaf, both were ok to good. We would definitely come back again and recommend that you give them a try for a crepe or sandwich. It is sad that a few Yelpers brought down their average to 3.8 stars due to petty and unjustified complaints such as having to pay for parking downtown. Other complaints are not the business' fault such as periodic homelessness--it is a downtown area in the US, other cities have far worse homelessness than Midtown Houston and we saw none on this visit. Additionally, complaints about takeout orders are mostly petty. Takeout is never as good as eating at the restaurant and so customers should adjust their expectations rather than dock the business stars. Nearly every recent Yelp review for this who ate at the restaurant gave 4-5 stars for food quality and customer service. Like most of the restaurants in this area it is a pretentious yuppy style place with specialized food. Although not usually our type of place (we like down to earth hole in the wall places with good food or taco truck type restaurants), Coco's is a solid 4 star restaurant for the type of place they are and they offered a 5 star experience on our visit. Again, recommend you give them a try if you are in the mood for crepes or sandwiches.

This was my first time coming here so my girlfriend and I ordered a fee items to get the full experience. We both ordered a beverage, i ordered a Vanilla Chai and she had the Caramel Cococcino. Both were very good. As for food, we ordered a Chicken Breakfast Sandwich(pictured), Cinnamon Roll Crepe (Pictured), Dulce De Leche Crepe with Almonds and Strawberries (pictured), and a strawberry cheesecake crepe (not pictured but looked like a normal crepe with powdered sugar). My favorites were the strawberry cheesecake and the cinnamon roll. My girlfriend's favorite was the Dulce De Leche and the strawberry cheesecake. Neither one of us cared for the breakfast sandwich too much, not sure if it was the wheat bread or the flavorless chicken. A couple of days ago we came back to try a couple of white mocha's and the breakfast sandwich again but with the Moroccan Sausage. We have determined-the breakfast sandwich will not be ordered anymore. But again the drinks were good. Overall, we will be back. The staff is nice, the drinks are good and so are the Crepes.
