They really need to fix their driveway for the drive thru. This location is not in a great spot but it is easy to get to being right off 249. They have always gotten our orders correct and the ice cream treats are always delicious. They just need to make improvements to the outside. read more

Facility was clean and employees were friendly, but the chocolate shake didn't quite look like it was . . . chocolate. More like a vanilla with a slight coloring in it. And enough already with the offering of whipped cream and stuff on the top with the big hole cut out of the cover you put on it - especially when all that fluff is declined. When you're ordering for a 4-year-old, you need the most secure lid available. Not like they were real busy, but I had to get the lid flipped out because I rolled my eyes at them when they handed it to me -- really? Do you think that's going to work? Yeah, they got it then. We had dinner there about an hour ago and let me tell you, this location never disappoints! The place is always sparkling clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. So much so, when the manager Rahi stopped at our table to ask how everything was, I commended him on the cleanliness of the restaurant and how we always receive great service there. I request extra candy in my blizzard and I never get it. We've tried a few times, although we only eat ice cream once a month. They add a few pieces on the top to give the appearance that there's extra candy, when they're supposed to add another scoop. This wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact that I have to pay extra for the extra scoop and never receive it. So I never eat mine because I don't like just ice cream. It's a waste. Not the best location. Every time I go to this location it's always a problem. They didn't cook the burger meat all the way. It was showing a lot of red when I ate a bite of it. I said no cheese they put cheese anyways. I had to start telling them to cook the fries and meat all the way. Now every time I tell them that. They had me wait on the side and It took them over 30 minutes to bring my food out. They had around five female and one male employee there, they had enough employees. There was no customer there I was the only one waiting for over 30 minutes. Then I go there today 10/27/22 around 9:15pm and tell them again can they please cook the food all the way. The fries, burger tastes, feel, and look old. I had to throw it away and waste money. The ketchup was all over the wrapping paper like they didn't care and put it on any kind of way. What's going on at this location? We got runny, melted blizzards with the lid on to cover up their mistake. When we called them out on what they'd done we were yelled at by the manager and lectured on what horrible people we were for saying anything about it. She literally threw a fit holding up the drive thru line so that she could berate us and lecture us on how we didn't care about anyone else's time or COVID because we were not happy with our melted and intentionally camoflauged blizzards that tasted awful. Never, ever had anything like this happen at a Dairy Queen before. We were lectured about religion, how we don't matter, and how they don't have to follow their own rules and policies if they are busy or during COVID. BUT, when we pointed out that the people in front of us all got better, different treatment she claimed that we cannot believe everything we see. Unbelievable treatment and service!!! This woman is beyone rude!!! Cross your fingers they get your order right the first time here because if not you're out of luck!! There are only a handful of places that I really detest going to, and this Dairy Queen is one of them. I like Dairy Queen in general, but I've been to this location 3 times, and each time has been awful. I have had terrible customer service, including someone who I figured was the owner or manager not even looking at me when ringing me up in the drive thru. In addition, I got a chocolate shake that was white and flavorless. The last time I checked a chocolate shake should be brown and taste like chocolate. After a late night dinner, I was craving ice cream. Unfortunately, my go to spot , Marble Slab, closed at 9. I figured I'll have to settle for McDonalds Ice cream (last resort). My hubby said there has to be a Dairy Queen nearby. We drove to the nearest Dairy Queen only to see the drive thru lights were off. I seared online and it stated Dairy Queen closes at 10:30 pm. I called the number and the associate said they closed at 10 pm. More cars entered the drive thru, so we were stuck. As we pulled into the drive thru window, my husband asked if it was possible to order an ice cream cone? The associate was so kind to say anything ice cream he can serve us. I ordered my usual, I cream cone and my husband ordered the snickers blizzard. Let me start off by saying I have been going to this DQ for years, and they have been great here. I remember that when I was a little kid we went out here once a week when it wasn't cold outside.
