Went through the drive-through just now and had already waited 17 minutes. I was on the phone with my sister so I knew exactly how long it had been. I ordered three drinks. I ordered two Coke zeros and a slushy, and I started seeing everybody parked get their food before me and then a massive order came out with food and they tried to bring it to me and I told them it wasn't for me, and I had only ordered three drinks. The girl was like ok and went to walk away. I stopped her to ask her if she could check on those drinks since it had been so long and she said she would. She came out with my drinks finally and said verbatim, " sorry these have been ready for a while. They must have forgot about you." I asked if she could go and ask the manager if I could have my drinks for half off since they had been sitting there for 20 minutes and were absolutely watered down at that point and she said she would go and ask. When she came back out, she said the manager said no. I think that it is just so appalling that they were going to make me pay full price for watered down drinks. I ended up just giving the drinks back and will be going to a different sonic from now on. Horrible customer service. read more

Came yesterday night and got 3 cheeseburger kids meals with fries. The burgers had no sauce no cheese and the burger was hard and old stale it was so bad my kids wouldn't eat it. The fries we're old and stale left over from earlier. The kids fry barely had any fries in the cups. I wasted $5 on each kids meal my kids wouldn't even eat it old stale food. Here's the kickers Burger kind is way better and if it accepted cards I would had went there. My burger was fresh and so were my cheese sticks but I paid for 8 and I got 5. If you're going to rip people off don't serve food. read more

Teresa's review was soooo thorough and reflective, I just want to add one thing..... Their "Famous Slush" drinks are a no-no. I worked at Sonic in high school. Yes, yes I was a car hop, stop snickering. The way the slushes are made ensured that I would not be drinking ANY more of those. A HUGE amount of sugar is mixed with water and frozen into the slush form. Then they simply added the flavoring, similar to snowcones, and stir. Hence, it's a flavored cup of frozen sugar!! These things have more grams of sugar than a 44oz. Coke! I don't even wanna think about what that would do to my kids and their energy level! On a good note, they serve full menu all day, which usually includes fresh tea! read more

Let me first start out by saying that when I stop at any sonic location, it's only to get drinks. I very rarely will order food or anything else. This is by far my favorite and the best sonic location to stop at. The staff are extremely nice and do a really good job. We only ordered drinks, but it took 20 minutes for them to come out, and when they finally came out, every drink came out like we ordered, but the person who took our order misheard us, and gave us medium fries, not a medium Sprite like we asked them to. We told the girl who brought our drink order to get the Sprite we ordered, and she reappeared a minute later with the Sprite we ordered, but it was a Route 44 Sprite, not a medium like we asked. The service here is really bad, and if you like waiting more than 20 minutes for your order, this is the location for you! I've been coming here regularly since I was a young kid. Quick lunch and cool cheap drinks. I've been having bad service at this location often around noon to 1pm. I always get incorrect orders. I went today and made a simple order just to have the guy freeze up and stop talking altogether. I'm sadly very disappointed in this location's customer service. Sonic is doing a promotion each day of the week and yesterday was the sonic blast option. I wanted to try to recees pieces blast, so I used the app (of which I use at least 2 times a month on average) to order the blast at the location by my house. The app said my location did not have it, so I went to the location they said would, Aldine Westfield. I drove an extra 5 -7 miles to try this blast. Well, upon arrival, the app would not work, it continued to spin and would not complete the order. I had to contact the workers inside at the stall. I explained the dilemma and the worker acknowledged that she knew about the promotion, but that she could not honor it, if it was not purchased through the app. I requested assistance from someone as to trouble-shooting. They did not offer assistance. I asked if someone would like to view the phone to take-a-way any concerns of dishonesty. The worker reported that her manager, Pamela would not assist. So i attempted trouble-shooting on my own. I unloaded the app and reloaded..etc., no success. The workers even acknowledge that there were concerns that day with the app. So i'm extremely irritated at the fact that i've driven out of my way to obtain a dessert (mind you, I haven't been out of the house for more than 3 weeks) and now, they do not want to honor the code. Only after asking for the manager's name, did the voice tone of the worker appear to be somewhat concerned. Customer service at this location is horrible and i'd advised all to not frequent this location. Others have informed me to avoid sonic and visit dairy queen. I may do that in the future. Very disappointed. ALSO the prior application for this promotion did not say that it had to be purchased through the app. I have screen shots. As of today, and after I contacted Sonic of which I have yet to receive a response... does the promotion, now say.. app promotions. Your customer relations are horrible. read more

Your fried foods are almost always going to turn out burnt. But, their sonic blasts are full of the kind of candy or flavoring you ask for. I feel like they put extra of whatever you order in them which is awesome!! read more

This place has such a wonderful variety of drinks. I try to get something different everytime but the Cherry Limeade still rocks! Happy Hour deals are the best. Milk shake flavors are so yummy... can't pick a favorite! Burgers are pretty decent too. read more
