I'm a sucker for good ice cream, I came here on a late weekday evening and it was empty. This place was clean and service was nice and quick. I was very surprised by all their signature options and the array of topping options. I enjoy more simple flavors so I got a French vanilla flavor with sprinkles, the ice cream was nice and creamy however not sure if the ice cream wasn't stored in a cool enough place but our ice cream melted a bit quicker than I would've liked. read more

Nothing beats a cold stone ice cream just before bed. Packed on a Good Friday night. But they had a lot of workers. Entered our phone number at check-out and got a $1 bogo. Chocolate Devotion is my kids favorite but since we got a Bogo I decided to get the Dubai chocolate. It tasterd great. I used to be able to destroy one of these, but I struggled tonight. This location is clean, has attentive employees, and a great menu. I ordered cookie dough in the "Love It" sized cup (the equivalent of a medium) with marshmallows mixed in. The flavor faintly resembled cookie dough, but mostly tasted like cake batter minus the dough chunks. It was very thick and reminded me more of a custard than ice cream. Very poor customer service. I recently called this store 3 times in the span of a week to receive and check on a catering quote for a company event for 120 people. I was told my information was being passed to the manager "Michael" on all 3 occasions. It has now been 2 weeks and "Michael" is still nowhere in sight. No callbacks, no emails, nothing Called again today and was told "I can text him again, but that's all I can do" Even though Cold Stone is our preferred choice, We will go Marble Slab since they are responsive. read more

I always forget how good Cold Stone Creamery is. The texture is kind of like an ice cream taffy. You get one topping with a Like It. I got the mint ice cream with a Heath bar. They have a reward program via their app but you can type in your phone number too. read more

Super kind teens and even though there was a line they assisted us all quickly. Listened if we had a request too like a different flavor of ice cream on top on another. The floors were clean and not sticky like some places and tables were clean too. We almost didn't come here because of the other negative reviews. A little patience goes a long way. :) read more

For an Uber Eats delivery, I ordered 4 "love it" sizes and received 4 "like it sized" (smaller than what I ordered and paid for. I guess they think they're really smart because they put a like a bowl inside of a love it bowl to make it look like they have me a love it size. Also did not receive 2 waffle cones I paid for. On 10/7 I decided I wanted Cold stone for dinner (don't judge me). The gentlemen there that night were so nice. My faveorite thing is the chocolate sprinkle waffle cone and they were out. In the past whoever was there would say they are out and I would come back another time. Not tonight, they offered to make it for me. Ordered a custom cake for my sisters birthday a week in advance and the cake came out just as I hoped for. The mix-ins I selected were wonderful and really gave the cake a delicious taste. (Honey, banana and pineapple tidbits) I ordered it in a 6inch small round and it was enough for 6 people. I would've taken pics, but we ate them too fast. I took my goddaughters here for their birthday, and the same with other Cold Stone locations, this one didn't disappoint. I got the delicious cake batter flavor, while they got chocolate fudge and Oreo. The place was clean, the selection was nice, the server was friendly and the ice cream was RICH. So good. We just sat in the truck and gulped them down. We were highly satisfied. Thank you. read more

My friend and I were in the mood for ice cream and chose Cold Stone because it was near and it was his favorite. I ordered the Founder's Favorite and he ordered the Oreo Overload. I placed my order online for a pickup right before closing; when I walked in there was a line (because their ice cream is that good) and was worried they were too busy to make my order. Luckily I did ask one of the employees about my order and to my surprise they had my order ready to go in the freezer! Customer service was great. Ice cream was great. The people who work here are absolute morons. the girl does not know how to portion sizes correctly. she tried to give me a like it portion in a gotta have it cup. Not to mention the line is half way out the door & their standing around moving slow as turtles cracking jokes. It's actual common sense to do your job while it's extremely busy, even if it's not. Thought it was going to be a good experience as we were greeted as soon as we entered, but got weird after that. Staff started to disappear into the back and left the newbie to help us. No offense to the new guy, as he tried to do his best, but obviously training was severely lacking! Apparently had no clue as to the ingredients in one of their long time posted selections (had purchased it before, in fact, which is why we ordered it in the first place) both on their door AND on the website. But whoever was supervising, and I use that term loosely, denied that the selection was even an option. Eventually accommodated and asked what ingredients we wanted, which I read to them from the website. But, wow! Where has customer service gone these days!?! read more

Location is clean. It's a bunch of immature teenagers working there every time I go. I understand that, but they need to be trained on the importance of customer service. I order the same thing each time I go and it's never the same. To little of the add-ins or too little ice cream. You're better off walking over to Kroger for a pint of Blue Bell. It's cheaper, less frustrating and it's the same every time. read more

I love cold stone's product, but do not expect to sit and enjoy the ice cream that you just purchased if it is close to closing time. My group and I had not even taken a bite out of our ice cream when we were informed we had to leave because they "literally close in 1 min..." I did not feel welcome, more over I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by being a customer. I am not sure if this is a isolated issue, or company policy but I am not okay with either of them. read more

I've been to this location three times since I discovered it was very close to where I'm temporarily residing. The ice cream is always fresh and taste great. The staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions. I do "Tasteful Tuesday" treats for staff during the month of December and I plan to purchase their cookie ice cream sandwiches for next week's treat. And oh yeah the store is always clean. read more

What's the purpose of ordering through app if you still have to wait for order. Ordered at 6:45 pick up time was 6:59. 7:05 and order not ready or being worked on. Terrible representation of the cold stone creamery brand in my opinion. Ordered several cups to go for a family of four. They were very over packed and spilling out the lid. By the time we got to the car we had melted ice cream pouring into our hands. My husband went back in to ask for a larger bowl and explained what happened. He was told he would have to pay for a larger bowl. Way to add insult to injury. Won't be returning to this location. read more

However, that is the pricing with a waffle cone. Their menu did not indicate the cost if you order the ice cream in a cup instead, nor did I ask. Luckily for me, Sundays are a great day to come when they have $10 sundaes, which includes 3 scoops of your choosing. I chose the dark chocolate chunk, strawberry matcha, and the vanilla strawberry blondie. This ended up being a very filling dessert after eating all the brownie chunks as well which come with the sundae. Service was friendly, and there was ample seating inside. They should consider adding seating outside though. Overall, it did not overtake my top spot in the Woodlands, but they are certainly a good option if you're in the area.

The ones with some kind of chocolate glaze were the favorite in my family (chocolate explosion and a seasonal holiday one). The cinnamon sugar was simple, but good as well. The only donut that was just ok was the strawberry iced donut. I wasn't bad, but the others were just much better. The employees were also helpful and pleasant to order from. They genuinely liked the donuts and I could tell from their engagement that they were happy to work there.

I took my shake on the go but think the vibes would be good for a group or family to sit and enjoy desserts.

The store was very clean having 5 table tops inside and a couple benches outside if you stayed to enjoy your treat on premises. I also saw connect 4 and corn hole outside for patrons to enjoy. Unasked for advice if your just in need of soft serve I'd say your missing out and perhaps forgo this shop, not because their soft serve is not good but your only getting half the experience. Froyo is a commodity, so what I look for in a frozen yogurt shop is interesting flavors, attractiveness of the store, and any policies that depart from other chains. I like sorbets, and this TCBY had four on offer when I went in, which is more than most. I got a ruby red grapefruit sorbet, which was quite delicious. Most self-serve places charge you for froyo by the ounce. TCBY charges by cup size, so you're best off if you want to really fill a cup. I usually don't want a whole lot so it's less ideal for me. The store is in an older strip mall and does have a weathered look inside and out. But it was clean, all the equipment seemed to be working and there was a nice selection of toppings. You should know that there is no public restroom. A good difference is that they also have ice cream, so you can satisfy a variety of cravings. Service was very good (the clerk helped me with the cup size charging). Overall it's a solid choice if you want something sweet in that area.
