TCBY is one of the biggest froyo chains in the country, but I hadn't been to one around here. Stopped into the TCBY in Panther Creek for an afternoon snack. Froyo is a commodity, so what I look for in a frozen yogurt shop is interesting flavors, attractiveness of the store, and any policies that depart from other chains. I like sorbets, and this TCBY had four on offer when I went in, which is more than most. I got a ruby red grapefruit sorbet, which was quite delicious. Most self-serve places charge you for froyo by the ounce. TCBY charges by cup size, so you're best off if you want to really fill a cup. I usually don't want a whole lot so it's less ideal for me. The store is in an older strip mall and does have a weathered look inside and out. But it was clean, all the equipment seemed to be working and there was a nice selection of toppings. You should know that there is no public restroom. A good difference is that they also have ice cream, so you can satisfy a variety of cravings. Service was very good (the clerk helped me with the cup size charging). Overall it's a solid choice if you want something sweet in that area. read more

i came here and had a terrible experience. none of the frozen yogurts were ready to be served except one flavor, the toppings were messy and the chocolate syrup was completely melted. There is also a hole in the floor near the frozen yogurts. We got 2 small cups and payed 17 dollars for a terrible experience. Would not recommend. read more

My family has always loved TCBY yogurt and would drive out of our way to go to the Panther Creek location in Tge Wiodlands , but NEVER AGAIN. I asked if there was new ownership,but the man at the counter said no. It appears they may have sold to a foreign owner. Most of the soft serve yogurt was out, so I had to get the frozen ice cream version. I was told the reason was the freezer was out. I asked for a two scoop cup in two different flavors. Each flavor scoop was less than a half scoop, but charged the price for two full scoops. You should have heard all the excuses the guy gave me about why they were not full scoops. I won't be back! The place looks awful - never seen it look so bad. This is not up to the TCBY Standards. TCBY corporate should know about this. read more

This place is wonderful! Delicious ever changing flavors with a plethora of toppings makes it so fun and the prices are super reasonable. Service has always been so sweet as well and they are so good about letting my son just get toppings! It's healthier than regular ice cream also. Highly recommend!! read more

Sometimes you just need some ice cream and TCBY was open and ready to serve guests once Texas opened up Phase 1. The employee working was funny and kind and discussed the health protocols surrounding gloves and cleaning. Husband ordered a cup of chocolate chip cookie dough and topped it with Reese's. I ordered a mint chocolate chunk milkshake, and while the flavor was great, the texture was thin and sadly all the chocolate pieces sunk to the bottom. read more

So good. Loved that there are still a few of these around. White chocolate mousse is incredible. But more importantly, as we were sitting out front and finishing up our yogurt, an older gentleman pulled up and very slowly made his way to the door. It was well after closing time and we all waited to see if the TCBY employee would allow him to still order. He graciously opened the door for him and patiently walked him through all of his options. Hubby and I having the best yogurt in town. They have a variety to choose from and change flavors daily. They have sorbet, low fat and sugar free plus specialty treats. I love their smoothies as well. They have a lot of toppings to add to your liking. This has always been my favorite yogurt place. There is seating inside and outside. Closing time is closing time. If you don't want to be open until your posted closing time; then change the closing time to be earlier. Closing 15 mins early when you tell people when they call that you close AT 9pm, is wrong. What a waste of time and gas. read more

My co-workers and I had an afternoon craving for some ice-cream and we all screamed for TCBY! The staff was friendly and quick to help put together our order for 6 people. They got everything correct on the first try and were speedy about it. The portions were generous, as well as the toppings. It looks like they had a good stock of ice cream cakes in stock, which I'll be back for. Prices seemed to be pretty good (weren't too concerned with checking them since the company was paying). Staff is friendly and portions are generous! With a small you can get two flavors and they give you A LOT. I'd even suggest sharing a small. This is one of the better yogurt places in The Woodlands. Also a lot of seating indoors and outdoors. read more

This location has been here for so many years and I always forget there is a location in Panther Creek. Today, Dad had a free 6oz for Father's Day. Of course ours was $4.21 for a small which is. expensive to me. The location could use an updating, but counter staff were very cordial. Overall, I wish Pinkberry had not closed. That place was delicious. I had half Italian Tart and the old standard White Chocolate Mousse from TCBY, which were good but, no comparison to Pinkberry's tart delicious flavors. read more

I remember TCBY as the place I never wanted to go as a kid, but my parents were on weight watchers so I didn't have any choice. Now I'm older, my parents are still on weight watchers, and I still have no option when my parents want to buy me dessert. But something has changed. TCBY has stepped up their game...a little. The white chocolate mousse is creamy and flavorful. I also had a slice of chocolate decadence cake that, while not fantastic, was better than I expected. However, my father ordered a malt that, to me, had almost no resemblance to an actual malt. It was more like a cup of melted chocolate yogurt without the faintest hint of malt flavoring. Went here and I got a shake and my friend got a shiver. We were told a shake is made from the yogurt in the freezers and a shiver is what is made from yogurt in the machines behind it but that they were the same consistency... we were assuming it would be comparable to a Dairy Queen Blizzard. What we got was comparable to chunky milk. We were severely disappointed with our product and the person serving us didn't seem to care. We will be sticking to Dairy Queen from now on. They have inconsistent pricing. They always charge my friend over a dollar less than me and we get the same thing! Not to mention they gave that same friend soured soft serve today!!! When we went back in there to exchange the yogurt the guy behind the counter tires the soft serve that she originally got and said it was fine while making a noise of disgust!!!
