I'm a sucker for froyo and I haven't had froyo in a really long time. We were in the area and decided to get some after a sushi lunch with my SIL and BIL and husband. When we came in, there was 2 others paying at the counter. When we came in, the owner started putting on gloves and was standing at the ice cream machines as the 4 of us looked at what flavors he had. The owner would give us samples of each flavor we wanted in mini cups before we got our large cups to start serving ourselves. I went with a strawberry, chocolate, coconut and cookies and cream flavors and topped with fruits chocolate chips and sprinkles! All the flavors were so delicious and I was super full after eating my entire cup! I would definitely come back or find one in the area I'm in! Terrible experience. I haven't been here in over a decade, and I know why now. A friend convinced me to go here, so I went. I'm basing my opinion off of comparison to establishments like Menchies, Tutti Frutti, Chiller Bee, and Yogurt Land. This was by far the worst frozen yogurt place out of all I have tried. The consistency wasn't there. The place was clean and organized, though I'll say, but the service was terrible, and the workers had attitude. I asked for a military discount and got an ugly look and ignored. Every time I finished touching a spoon or tongs at the service bar, the worker was watching us and immediately fixed the tongs after to fix the positioning, like OCD, which is fine, but wait a minute for us to leave first. Let me breathe. And then immediately after deciding to enjoy the frozen yogurt at a table inside, I didn't feel wanted there. Immediately after getting up to leave, the table was being cleaned as soon as I stepped away. Please wait till we pull out of the parking lot first. I respect cleanliness, but jeez. None of the flavors were rather appealing, and I didn't like this experience. I won't ever be returning or considering this place an option. The spoon shovels are also terrible. I'd just rather have a basic frozen yogurt plastic spoon. read more

Frozen yogurt is frozen yogurt really. They didn't have blueberries but my grands were happy with the place. The employees were extremely nice. I don't like pay by weight as it makes it very expensive. Very clean. read more

Knowing that I can't a decent cup of froyo in Europe, I make it my mission to indulge in this cool sweet treat when I am stateside. They have the standard selection of flavors...brownie, birthday cake, pistachio... and the usual set of toppings. I always go for two flavors, the poppers, maraschino cherries, and mochi (of course!) My two flavors almost always include birthday cake, haha! Overall, a nice, clean froyo establishment with great hours and service. read more

After a long day of back to school shopping you need a treat. Or whatever excuse you want to insert here feel free to insert away. We were plenty tried and had enjoyed our belly's full of pizza from around the corner and I had decided I wanted a cool treat before we headed home. I hadn't been here before but I'm glad we stopped in. Two of my boys got a waffle cup and I got one made fresh since they took the two that were already prepared. Mmm fresh off the press! The store was clean even for as late as we were there in the evening. And there were a few customers in the store already there when we came in. The employees explained how the experience works and we, my husband, the boys and I piled our cups high. Thankfully, they have dairy free options so my middle son and myself were able to enjoy the party too. read more

Very disappointed with this place. We walked in where the staff member proceeded to tell us she would dispense our yogurt. We asked to sample 2 of the flavors and she refused. So I ask, if you will dispense our yogurt why wouldn't you be able to dispense a sample. All other yogurt places are having their staff members dispense the samples. I am not one to pull the race card but I have to side with the people who were with me....I don't think I am the right color. read more

Happy to see an Orange Leaf come back into this area. Came here on Thursday night and it was dead quite. The place was bright which I liked due to the fact that the entire shopping strip is quite. The young lady working was very attentive and even though it was quite, she was still making sure the place was constantly being cleaned. Another plus! This location really was clean AND there wasn't any awful yogurt smells. All in all, the experience was great! The yogurt was good! Can't wait to go back! read more

My daughter's favorite treat has always been froyo and after some shopping we figured we stop by this place new to us rather than our usual. Coming in we were greeted, the place was spotless! I knew I was off a good start. As we walked to the machines, we walked passed the fruit and toppings buffet and simply looked tasty and well organized. Then, the employee was kind enough to offer free samples before we served ourselves, my kids couldn't wait but I actually DID try a couple ones. My daughter got the blueberry and tart filled with strawberries, blue berries, chocolate chips, peachy-o's gummies and chocolate syrup. My son went with the Resse's peanut butter froyo with a bit of vanilla and just went off with chocolate toppings. I was just happy with the tart, blueberry and pomegranate samples which were delicious! I knew my kids wouldn't finish theirs so I just ate their leftovers and boy were both really good! YUM! Closing at 9 pm is way too early, especially being that's the hours regardless of if it's the weekend or not. Great frozen yogurt with a good selection to choose from. I've tried the wedding cake and pistachio before. The pistachio is definitely my new favorite while my friend loved the chocolate brownie. There are many toppings to pick from. The only criticism is that the seating is limited at this location with no outdoor seating either. If you want a huge group to come to this location it may be better to take your frozen yogurt to go. Plan to come back from good frozen yogurt. read more

Me and my husband came here yesterday late at night and we were the only people in there, and the whole time one of the workers kept staring at us like we were going to run away with the frozen yogurt without paying. The whole experience was very degrading and after looking at all of the reviews It's pretty clear that they have a racial problem. I will not be returning to this place ever again. Have visited here several times and have had a great experience each time. It is very clean inside and I've observed the owner (maybe?) working hard from wiping up crumbs to being cashier to greeting customers with a smile and small talk. The yogurt has been great and there has been a good variety to choose from. I do wish they had marshmallows as a topping though! That's my favorite, but not all froyo places have them. read more

The Orange Leaf in our neighborhood closed several months ago, but this one has now opened in the Grand Parkway Marketplace. Very similar to the old location, but with fewer choices, I think there were only 12 vs. 16 in the old one. They have diversified their offerings to stand out--you can get your yogurt made into a smoothie or a shake, and they have froyo cake now. But in the end it is still froyo. The store is nice and clean, including the bathrooms. Orange Leaf has sorbets that other yogurt places don't have, so we have a soft spot for it. But it is good to have choices, and we are back to two again. read more

I've been to a million fro yo places and this is by far the BEST I've been to. The staff is SO SWEET, every single time I go there, they ask how I'm doing and always greet me and my family! And the fro yo... is so frickin good y'all it's so FRESH! The orange and pineapple is so damn good I can't even find the words to describe how amazing it is. Also they have little like sectional thingies to put in ur cup so ur flavors don't mix and that shi* is so convenient I swear but anyways if you're craving fro yo, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! This is my favorite sweet treat spot in the area(and there's quiet a few in the area to choose from)! The staff are ALWAYS super sweet, courteous, and kind. They always ask if we'd like to sample any flavors. The frozen yogurt flavors are rotated pretty regularly and the selection is HUGE. Theres something for everyone here including dairy-free options. The toppings bar is ALWAYS EXTREMELY clean, well stocked, and super fresh unlike other places with lots of options to choose from as well. There's also caramel, fudge, and marshmallow syrups to top your yogurt with if you choose to do so. This place is truly a gem and very well kept! Love!! read more
