Handel's ice cream I must say some of the best around the homemade flavors and ingredients is was makes it part from others that I have tried. so we tried the chocolate dipped Banana with sprinkles which wasn't ice-cream but a frozen treat and although simple but the chocolate as very delicious and everything blended so well together, we also tried the Oreo cookie sandwich and I never seen a Oreo cookie that big of a size before which was cool, the Oreo wasn't hard was a soft cookie shell and the vanilla ice cream that was in between was delicious the my little girl loved it. we also ordered the vanilla brownie it was awesome with nice size soft pieces of brownies complemented will with the vanilla ice cream. very delicious this place satisfied our sweet tooth. amazing I would definitely take the kiddos back here for a sweet treat. read more

Called ahead to make sure we arrived before close which is 10pm, arrived before 9:30pm. It was our first time so we weren't really sure how to proceed with ordering, the girls inside made the occasional eye contact with us, but no verbal communication on if we should order, how to proceed, nothing. We just awkwardly stood outside waiting to be attended maybe, and if not then possibly a "hey we're closing, we're not taking any more orders" or a "give us a moment, we'll be right with you". Super disappointing & a waste of time. I also work in the service industry so I understand pre closing is essential and you want to go home on time. But the lack of communication is what's upsetting. horrible experience. i arrived at 9:43 pm. this meant that there was still 17 minutes until closing. my friends that I was with ordered first, after having to wait 5 minutes at the window for someone to open it and take our orders. there were four girls inside cleaning and on their phones, and only two were truly helping customers. once we got to order, the server that we were met with gave us the most attitude, and slammed the window on us both times we ordered. I ordered an oreo milkshake, which is not hard to make, and i received a vanilla milkshake with zero oreos in it. I am very disappointed in the service i was met with today.
