Pros: the place is spotless and the young man working there was lovely. That's what the one star is for. Cons: and this is a huge problem. This was a pretty good chiller bee location. Service was good, it was clean, and all the froyo machines were working. They had a lot of different flavors. I liked sampling all the different kinds. Truly, the flavor variety was much better than other froyo places I've been to. The place was pretty clean. We arrived about an hour before closing, so the store was pretty empty. Overall, this is a good place to get your fro yo fix in the area. I liked the variety of flavors & toppings. I think there's a good balance of sweet & fruity flavors to choose from. I got Cookie Monster & Tahitian Vanilla Bean and really liked them both. The day we went there was a promotion for "two stamp Tuesday" so on their rewards punch card you get two stamps for every yogurt you buy. My only complaints are that the staff wasn't very friendly. They don't greet you when you walk in the door & didn't speak a word other than stating our total. Additionally, we took my nephew who has a dairy allergy. While I do really appreciate them having dairy free flavors at all so that he could enjoy some fro yo too, I wish they had just a few more options. Maybe make half the flavors dairy free & half regular? The only options they had in dairy free were mango & pineapple which I feel are very similar flavors. read more

A great frozen yogurt place near Lake Conroe! I have been multiple times and each time there are different flavors of frozen yogurt. They have a few (2-3) dairy free options which I love. There are loads of toppings to put on your frozen yogurt, and they are always refilled. It's quite cute inside. We don't usually stay to eat though, so I don't remember much. The only bad thing I would say about this place is its closing times, sometimes my friends and I want to go here, but it closes too early for us to go. read more

First time at chiller bees! The restaurant was clean, and no trash anywhere to be seen, however, the restroom was closed for renovations, so I couldn't wash my hands. The staff wasn't very welcoming, but that didn't hinder my experience. There were a variety of flavors that were all very delicious. However, some of them were out of order without any signs stating so. There was a wide variety of toppings ranging from fruits to cereals to candy and overall it was nice. The pricing was OK probably about seven dollars per cup depending on how heavy. Will be returning! read more

I love their Tart froyo and usually drive 16minutes to get vs. going to menchie's. However today when I visited, 2machines were down (which is four flavors that are unavailable). I poured cake batter flavor and it was all liquid. They did allow me to get a new cup but didn't put up a sign to warn others (I sat to eat so I was here for a while). The floor was slippery as well today. Overall disappointed since it usually does not disappoint. read more

Brought our two kiddos here for the first time today. There were no other people or families there so we didn't have to be too concerned about social distancing. If you are still trying to be diligent about that, I'd suggest going right when it opens like we did. They had lots of flavor options. It was very clean and they also had lots of topping selections. There was only one staff member there that we saw but she was nice. Definitely a good option for frozen yogurt in the Spring area and a family friendly environment read more

Rudest workers ever to help served by first visit will also be the last visit. My kids and I walked in no one was at the door to welcome or tell us how it goes. Then I went back to the counter to stand there for a few minutes someone finally came out I asked to order three cups she points and sat the cups are down there. Never once explaining that oh you get the cups fill them up and bring them to the register to weigh them. Fast forward my kids pick there things and I told them to have a seat as I pick mines. They begin to eat again because we have never been there we wouldn't know that you must first weigh because we were never told we were just told the cups are right there. The girl walks up to me and say you don't eat the ice cream until you bring it to the register and weigh it so that you can pay for it. I said excuse me she then points to my kids and says you don't eat the ice cream until you pay for it. I said there is a better way of saying things and you never explained how it worked and this is our first and last time here I told my kids to put some more ice cream in the cups to make the weight higher so I could pay for it. Hours on the door and online say close at 9:30, we come at 9:10 to the door locked and the girl shaking her head and motioning that they are closed. This is the second time we have tried to come here to find that these high school kids are closing up about a half hour prior to the times posted. Not good for business! The hours need to be updated (it says closes at 10:30 on here) I attempted to enter at 9:57 and the girl holds the door and looks at me like I'm stupid. So I say are you closed? When chiller bee first opened we loved it! But since then... there are more bad than good things to talk about. I'm not sure if this is a small business, but I'd like to see it succeed. Here are the things that would make the experience much much better. 1. Earlier hours.... Even just 11am (at least for the summer) 2. When you open at noon, please have the machines ready and all the yogurt actually frozen! 4 machines were still liquid today ( not to mention the out of order machine) and the young lady working the machines didn't have them all ready, or pushed in when she opened the doors. 3. The bathroom does not need a dang key ... and if you're going to put a sign saying we need a key... make sure there is someone there to give us the key. Pretty much every girl that works here stays in the back section as much as possible. The only time I ever see them is when I walk to the register and wait. The key to that bathroom is annoying!!! 4. Two punch Tuesday is a joke. I've had to remind every single cashier when they don't punch the card correctly, if your going to advertise for it... do it. Also.... No one asks if you even have a punch card?!? 5. Get some good workers! If I had this job in high school... (I'm assuming these are high school girls working here) i'd be pumped. They don't open till noon? Woohoo! But these girls are lackluster and their AirPods stay in, they don't speak to you at all, zero customer service! read more

Excellent Frozen yogurt! Friendly staff and very clean. The staff is constantly cleaning the condiment station and refilling the condiments. The condiments are all highly quality and premium brand. They have lot of different flavors and everyone we have had has been excellent. Salted Carmel was delicious and I have not found it anywhere else. Worth stopping in and having some. We stop by often.
