My fave snow cone stop. I'm here pretty often, as it's my grandchildren's fave snow cone place, too. Whenever they come to visit, it's a guaranteed trip over to Buzzles! So many flavors. Love that a flat-top option is available. Also love that they have a "frequent buyers" card (which has now been replaced by reward points via your cell phone number and Square). Buy more, get more! Buzzles can get pretty crowded, especially on hot days. They are open during the winter months, and you can either drive up immediately or wait for one car in front to get their order and then it's your turn. Workers are always very pleasant and give us exactly what we've ordered. Conveniently located for me with parking if you'd like to hop out of your car and walk up to the window to order. Picnic tables are available for you to enjoy if you don't want to drive off and eat your snow cone in the car. You know I'll be back! read more

Hi umm i sent a message but no one responded. I received a horrible snowcone today 8-14-2025. I ordered a large dome sugar free ice cream snowcone and the spoon I was giving was filthy. I didn't want to cause a scene so I didn't return back. I changed the spoon out and I noticed that the worker put tons of syrup in the cup to make an illusion of ice. The snow cone wasn't all the way filled up anyway to begin with. Also, the flavor tasted EXPIRED. It was a weird taste. I really would at least like a free snowcone or my money back. It was horrible! The photo is: Just an example of how much syrup was put in the cup. The cup had barely snow cone ice in it. I tossed some of the ice out because I was given a filthy spoon and had to use my own. read more

I will start off by saying that I love Buzzles' product. The shaved ice has great flavor and great texture. I do have a gripe with this place - and it relates to service. On several occasions, I have ventured to Buzzles in search of some shaved ice only to leave empty handed. For today's venture, I pulled up in line. There was one care ahead of me. I waited for close to 10 minutes. During that 10 minutes, I saw folks get out and walk around to the counter. Regardless, my schedule was tight and I could not afford to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to make my shaved ice --- even if the car moved at that point - which it didn't. So, I had to leave. I know the shaved ice is fresh, but unless I'm missing something -- there is a machine that shaves the ice -- and syrup is simply added. It should not take that long even with minimal staff. Oh well. Hopefully others have a more productive experience. read more

Mannnn! This place is amazing! Unusually hot up another location because they are closer to my house. But I seen the line was shorter than usual and decided to give them a try. I decided to go with the Spongebob flavor, it's a orange and pineapple mix, kinda like a cactus cooler soda. And it was a perfect flavor for a hot humid day. It wasn't overly sweet and was just the right amount of flavor to make you want to take another bite. I'll most certainly be back to try their many flavors they have. read more

What in the world could take them so long?? I arrived with lots of time to spare. My infant was sleeping in the car seat, and my husband wanted to go check out a store in the parking lot, so I got in line to get a snowball. There were about 6-7 cars ahead of me, so I expected a wait, but not 45 minutes! A worker did come out to greet me and take my order, and she was very nice and helpful with suggestions. I continued to wait (this was probably 20 minutes in), and in that time, my husband came back by and my kid woke up. We continued to wait for another 15-20 minutes, but by that time, I was still third in line. Cars would pull up and still wait ten minutes to get an order. Why take our orders early? Why would snowballs take this long? Were there issues with the machine? My very first job was at a snowball stand, and with some pretty privative machinery from 20 years ago, I could have gotten through the line of cars in half the time by myself. Eventually, I got out of line and tried to get a different worker's attention to tell them not to make my order, but he was walking out to take more orders from the people waiting in line! Why?! You have orders that aren't fulfilled yet! Anyway, this pregnant lady is rather disappointed in her lack of a snowball. I'm sure I'll try again at this location since it's close to my neighborhood, but PLEASE fix whatever issue was causing the wait! read more

This was our first time here, and they didn't disappoint at all! We were so excited that it was truly Hawaiian shaved ice, they had so many flavors, various options of toppings, and you can even add ice cream! Katelynn R. gave us the best service! She was so helpful showing us the different sizes we could choose from, she was so patient while all the kids were making their orders, and some of the kids changed their orders a couple of times too! I'm in an industry where customer service is extremely important, and I'm a stickler on my team on customer service. So when I'm given excellent & friendly service; I'm definitely acknowledge the person. We are definitely coming back! Thank you Katelynn R. Great place, I got the sugar free cherry flavor and it tasted good, drove 20 minutes to get here but it was worth it, although it does take a while to get the shaved ice, in my opinion it was worth the wait. 10/10 read more

So I had a craving for shaved ice and was in desperate need to find one close to my home and BOOM it came right up under me and I was thrilled! I ordered a small PineMango shaved ice with sweet cream and a good ol pickle, my DH ordered the small ninja turtle. It hit the spot and it was a good exerience and beleive we will be back during one of these steamy houston days! In all we paid less than $6.00 which was pretty neat to me... Next time I will try another wild flavor and that will be soon:) read more

If I could give them no stars I would I'm so angry drove 20 mins just to get here, when I arrived I literally made eye contact with the girl she literally watched me as I looked at the flavors and when I pulled forward to order I see her walk outside of the stand and when I get to the window I see this note. And it's just so frustrating because really how long does it take to make a snow cone, I tried to give her the benefit of doubt maybe she had to use the bathroom but I proceeded to wait 30 MINUTES and she never returned AFTER MAKING EYE CONTACT WITH ME LOOKING AT THE FLAVORS. I'm so over these places that hire these kids that don't want to work but WANTS TO GET PAID make it make sense please HORRIBLE!! read more

After an extremely stressful back at work, I decided to stop for a snowball. I'm currently addicted to mango madness with half cream and chamoy & cream topped of with Tajin. I didn't think the Chamoy would be good but I think I enjoy it better than the cream. Ask for extras Tajin or bring your own because they will just sprinkle on top and try to charge extra. The only complaint I have is they put way too much juice on the snowball and it turns into a slushee. read more

The snow cone flavor I tried was, banana cream pie, and it was a premium flavor. The snow cone was excellent, sweet, soft ice, and very flavorful. This location will have a wait time because there are 1-2 people working so be prepared for a wait time. From ordering to receiving my snow cone took a little more than 10 minutes, but they are made to order. The pricing of the snow cones is adequate, but the flavor makes it worth it for a delicious treat. I would definitely come back again to try another flavor. read more

I love going to buzzles because I really love the Cinderella flavored snow cone which is blue bubble gum and pink bubble gum. they also reward your loyalty with the stamp card and if you go before 2 p.m. you get double stamps so in no time you can build up free snow cones yay. read more

Usually I come and enjoy my experience, but today not so much. I didn't even leave the parking lot good and my snowcone is melted as if they had it sitting. It's a slushy that I didn't ask for nor wanted. Also had a problem with the customer service today... I ordered cream on all 3 of my snowcones then received my order and two are missing cream. When I asked about it all of a sudden it wasn't ordered and I felt as if I was lying about something I come and pay my 50 cents for all the time. Ended up having to swipe my card twice which is one of my biggest pet peeves given all the scamming taking place nowadays. I understand it's hot and right now is a difficult time, but I'll have to take my chances at Bahama Bucks down the road. Unless the ladies are in there working they get the job done. read more

Great customer service but something was off about the taste. The snow cone tasted like dirty water or something. I couldn't quite figure it out. I thought maybe it was just my flavors but I tried my husbands and it was even worse in his. I did drive thru so I wasn't able to complain ... The ice was soft but the taste was blahhhh. I love it!! This place is a barn! Cool! They have tons of flavors. They even have a drive thru window! They have picnic tables. Be careful there are ants crawling on the tables. This is the closest to Hawaiian shaved ice that I have tasted. The ice is super soft, I just wish they pack the ice in tighter. When you finally absorb the entire menu and pick out a flavor. Pick a size. You get to pick if you want it flat or a dome shape. I always pick dome shape. Prices are cheap! Staffs are so friendly. You can even ask for samples!! Me and my fiancé love buzzels, the flavors are amazing and you never run out of options because there are so many flavors. I've gotten the dill pickle,georgia peach,blueberry cream and banana. All of them were incredible, i would highly recommend it! Customer Service is always an A+ and ask them about there punch cards! :) Can't wait to go back and try a new flavor! read more

I got a regular half strawberry and watermelon with ice cream only no crème on top and gummy bears. The person inside made that one first so it sad and just started melting inside immediately. When she handed it to me, it was leaking and spilling out of the cup. There was cream on top. It spilled all over my cup holder. I wanted to ask for a new one but I was over waiting at that point. Overall not happy with today's product.

I strongly recommend Buzzles to anyone who wants some good shaved ice. However, make sure to get a fruit flavor and not an extremely artificial flavor. Orange is really good but flavors like vanilla will make you want to throw up. read more
