I absolutely love Bahama Bucks! This is a place I've brought my daughter to for years! Creating memories and share laughs! The snow cones we really enjoyed today! I had a Pina Colada with crème & Caribbean Soda with Coke vanilla and crème! It was pretty delicious! I do think adding crème on top too would make it more delicious! My daughter had a Oreo snow cone! She said it was a 10/10! The business is in a shared parking lot but plenty of parking. I didn't catch any problems with hours as I saw in previous comments. The ambiance was nice and chill. The only thing that was missing that's usually a staple for us everytime we go is the GAMES LOL! Today must not be a good day for this location. They were busy which I understand but don't lack quality for quantity. I ordered in the drive thru which took a while. That's fine, I know they were busy. I get to the window and she asked for my order again. This time got it incorrect. I asked for sour blue raspberry and pina colada. I got reg. That's okay, I just asked for sour sand on the side. My issue was not this one. It was my other order. I got a regular half strawberry and watermelon with ice cream only no crème on top and gummy bears. The person inside made that one first so it sad and just started melting inside immediately. When she handed it to me, it was leaking and spilling out of the cup. There was cream on top. It spilled all over my cup holder. I wanted to ask for a new one but I was over waiting at that point. I'm a HUGE Bahama Buck's fan. I've only ever been through the drive thru at this location, but I've never had any issues. My sno cone is always made perfectly & the staff is generally pretty nice. They also have a happy hour daily from 2-5 PM where all sodas are 1/2 off. That makes a regular size Dr Paradise less than $2 & it's more than enough to satisfy! read more

I hate to even rate the Louetta location one star. Let's just say, trying to be a loyal repeat customer hurts!! I don't even know how the hell it remains in business. My family and I literally get anxiety whenever we make the trip and it's not until that first bite--after you've paid that you realize you were again bamboozled!! You can literally hear the unshaven ice as you spoon through the "sno" cone. Tonight was the very last straw and we have been saying that off and on for years, hoping that we get the signature Bahama Buck's sno-cones that we were first introduced to. It's like never being able to achieve that first "high" again! We witnessed 2 vehicles drive off due to the extended wait in the drive through. We knew it was another "off" night! We had to repeat our order multiple times, which was another indication of failure to pay attention to details. Once we pulled up to the window, the young lady on the register didn't even acknowledge us!! When she finally looked around, she starts rambling off the orders that were before us. I told her she would have noticed they had pulled off had she acknowledged us timely! She advised that they were overwhelmed and the shavers were new. That's always the excuse! Someone came over and apologized and said the mic was mixed incorrectly, and that's why it tasted so bad. Here's the funny part, they charged me for the second sno cone I asked for, even though they admitted to making the first one incorrectly and trashing it. Do not recommend! On July 5th 2022 we had went to pick up our online order and received 2 different wrong orders. When we finally received our order, the order was incorrect. They had given us a big drink with the wrong flavor so we politely asked if we could swap out a small tigers blood and just get the difference back, they proceeded to tell us that we would have to be charged for the drink we wanted to swap and the drink that was incorrect. So we asked to speak with a manager so we could get a refund, the manager said she refunded us and walked off with a nasty attitude without giving us any proof of the refund. When we asked for proof the manager turned the computer around and said "HERE is your refund." While all of this is going on there is a young man who is working behind the counter eating his food over the counter where the toppings and drinks were located. read more

Upon ordering the cashier was new and didn't know what exactly he was charging and we ended missing items and well as getting wrong snow cones. The airhead snow cone was pretty good so I won't complain about flavors. This review is based solely on a drive-thru experience. I went around 3pm on a weekday and there wasn't a line in the drive-thru at all. I am not normally a person who likes a plethora of options and Bahama Buck's gives you just that. It's overwhelming to be honest. They have over 90 flavors to choose from and if you don't have your favorites that you normally stick with, it can be a lot to take in. I appreciate the lady who responded in the drive-thru because she was very patient with me. She gave me ideas based on popular demand and it helped me narrow down the choices. She didn't even know if there were other people behind me in line (there weren't) but I appreciate that she continued to assist me and not rush me into a decision. I decided on a pink lemonade, watermelon, blue raspberry bahama rama mama, which is the shaved ice with ice cream at the bottom of the cup. It was the most amazing treat to have on a 100 degree day. I probably won't get the blue raspberry next time because it definitely turned my lips super blue. I will be back and maybe I'll give some other flavors a try :) read more

I typically visit without any problems but yesterday I decided to take my sister and cousin to try it for the first time and I was totally disappointed with my experience. My children and I normally visit at least once a month since it's the only place to buy snowcones year round but this visit has made me lose faith in Bahama Bucks. To start all 4 of the shaved ice's had no juice in the center so we had to get the employee to add syrup to our snow cones. As I begin to eat mine I start smelling this very pungent odor that smelled like dirty mop water on the spoon. So I then smell the snowcone and it had the same foul odor as well, I wanted to turn my car around but I would've wasted more gas doing back to spring from humble than the snowcones were worth. I'm giving Bahama Buck's on 3403 Louetta Rd A, Spring, TX 77388 a 1 star because they put WATER in my snow cones when I asked for more flavor and they complain about it but when I stick my spoon inside I get ice without flavor. I can tell if it has flavor or not and it makes the snow cone maker mad when I ask for more flavor. I go there often but now I had bought my own machine that makes PRIME ICE like theirs, I just purchased my flavors from a company that sells 150 flavors and soon will be making my own as well as my friends that were going there as well. Great place! We had a couple Bahamas bucks in Temecula California that weren't drive thru. And are no longer in business. When we moved here I was happy to have found this one. Every time I come I've Always had great Friendly service. The workers are nice and whenever I bring my dog they'll offer free pup cups. read more

If you do not want to die from carbon monoxide poisoning, just turn your car off and sweat it out. HEART OF THE REVIEW: I came here recently and purchased a small paradise fruit. It was good, but you know the hard ass middle portion of the pineapple? I had that for all of my pineapple pieces. This turned out to be a huge waste of money, and also meant only half of the fruit was edible. Cool spot but not worth it. The high school kids and their antics make it "suspect" to bring your own little ones. I'm big on restrooms and these weren't very clean, trash full, stalls filthy, etc. I really think the HS dudes were a fault.
