Hubby and I stopped by for a quick munch. We ordered frito pie, 2 hotdog, and i had a mardi gras and hubby had the strawberry and creme. This place is fun and a cool place to hang out. They do need to hire more help, we came in, and there's only 1 lady working, and she was hauling some cool *** ! She rocked at getting the orders out as quickly as she could! I had NEVER had a shaved ice before, Buzzle's happens to be in the same shopping complex as my family's business, so I gave them a try. It was way more than I expected!!! First visit. This was average. I've been spoiled by Bucks sno. The ice wasn't as smooth and the flavors were not as strong. The dining area is cute and games are available. I wish there was more seating that wasn't really short or really tall. Service was average-not chipper but not rude. They did get the items made quickly. They received a one star because it is the lowest I could give. Absolutely worst customer service ever. I could have went to the store, bought ice, hand crushed it with a plastic knife, walked home and got my snow cone faster. We were the second car in line through the drive through. Between the couple in front of us (who ordered two snow cones) and then waiting for our three small snow cones we were in line for 33 minutes - which is absolutely ridiculous. I went with my parents and it was our first time here, we were greeted as soon as we entered but we were unsure of what to get so the lady offered us several samples and she gave us suggestions on what kind of flavors we should get. The customer service is above and beyond excellence here! There was only one person working when I was there and she was a super sweet lady. There was a drive thru but I sat inside and saw how well she attended to her customers. She greeted every single customer with a smile at the counter AND drive thru. Yes, speed was compromised since it was only her running the front and drive thru and she was really great with communicating to her customers in which order she's going to work on the tickets so that they weren't left not knowing what was going on and why the wait was long. Sat for an hour and saw lots of customers come by and all of them left satisfied like I did. She offered every customer a punch card and was very helpful with choosing flavors. Kudos to her for maintaining excellent service and treating all her customers the same when working the counter and drive thru at the same time! I will definitely come back and bring my whole family.
