I got the mango shaved ice and it was SO good! My hubby got the passion fruit--he said it didn't taste quite like passion fruit to him, but it was still really yummy! Such a perfect treat, especially in this Texas heat. We'll definitely be coming back often. So glad we found this spot! 10/10 recommend!

It's very filling, not really like a drink but more like a very good dessert that 2 people can even share. So much jelly in there that other drinks get jelly. And if you're just here to try and get with Barbi, then you're looking to "bang boo". But that's okay as long as you're female, or if you're male, you don't get too much Bambu, lest you end up with "Manbu" oobs.

But on a later visit, the customer service was disappointing. The employee taking our order was distracted and chatting with coworkers, and our order was entered incorrectly. When we politely pointed it out, there was no effort to fix the mistake or even acknowledge it--just pushback and a lack of professionalism. Another visit closer to closing time was even more frustrating. The floor had just been mopped with no warning sign, which is a safety concern. When we tried to order, we were told multiple items were already put away, and it felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there--even though it was still well before closing. Overall, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming at times, and the customer service doesn't match what you'd expect. It's disappointing because the drinks themselves are good, but the experience makes it hard to want to come back.
