Excellent food, poor service! My family and I came here in the hope of grabbing a refreshing dessert. At first we got out of the car to go to the walk- in window but due to the extreme heat opted out for the drive through option. We waited about 30 minutes in the line although there was only one car ahead of us. When we finally got to the order window we were shocked to see there is only one lady working there - just one. Although she was efficient it is unfair of the business to expect one person to both take orders and make them as well as walk and hand them to you while you're in your car. The snow cones and the malt were great. Both refreshing and delicious but not worth the long wait. I do not see my self or my family coming back due to the substandard experience. However, I do believe that if the place were to hire one or two more people they would be able to flourish. The food is there, the service isn't.

Pretty good overall. My family and I came to get some snow cones on a very hot day when we messed something refreshing. We were unsure of how the business works and if you're supposed to get outside of your car or stay in. We figured out that there is a drive through option and that is what we did. We waited in line for half and hour cluelessly. When it was our turn we figured out there is only ONE worker that has to do the job all by herself. Not only is she expected to make everything alone but she is only expected to walk out of the shop and hand you the food directly. The snow cones were good but not worth all the trouble.

Just found this place a couple of days ago. The ladies were very nice at the drive up window. We got 4 banana splits, the hot Cheetos & cheese, corn in the cup, blue raspberry sno cone and a lemonade sno cone. We will definitely come back. There are plenty of flavors to choose from. They are open from 11 am to 8 pm everyday!

I always lived nearby and decided to try it. I was extremely satisfied with the banana split. It's HUGE!!!! It took my husband two day and three sittings to finish it. I had the bbq sandwich and cherry snowcone. Very happy with it. Will definitely come back.

Even though it's getting colder in Houston, this was still a good treat to grab. Besides the young lady's (cashier) poor attitude and lack of enthusiasm, the taste of the snow cone made up for their customer service. My advice to this establishment though- be a lot more excited and helpful- especially towards your customers of color. I did not feel welcomed nor appreciated, and when inquiring about flavors the lady just looked at me confused after I asked her to taste a particular flavor. I drove from Yale St to this establishment, and was slightly dissatisfied with the customer service but satisfied with the snow cones.

And what better place than the shop I used to go to back in the 90's. Now I've never been to the woodlands location before. It's in that waterway district near the mall and so parking was sure to be a B. But this being thanksgiving week it actually wasn't half bad. The shop is smaller than the Richmond location. But that's just more goodness compressed into a TLP. There are no birthday specials alas. But they did have some free samples of tiramisu. It was good but I had to get my favorites. J's birthday cake and the Big O. The birthday cake is thicker like brownie than some of the other chocolate cakes. I can't describe the frosting this go around because my punk kid at all the frosting off it while my attention was focused on the Big O. But the cake part was moist. As for the Big O it was Ooooohhh. No When Harry Met Sally diner scene experience. But it was F'n awesome. Staff was super helpful and nice. Wanted to eat more but my blood sugar wouldn't tolerate it.

Tip-- they did share that they don't regularly disclose if something that nuts (peanuts or tree nuts) so if you have an allergy, make sure you tell them so they can help! There were a small set of tables to sit inside and enjoy your treats if you wanted to. We got a variety of things to share, tres leches (this is okay, a little sweet and pretty standard), tiramisu, pecan pie bar (delicious but crumbly/messy to eat), Oreo truffles and confetti truffles (my nieces and nephew absolutely loved these)! It was pretty pricey, but always happy to support local businesses!

Lacking in flavor and overpriced. $20 for a combo. Lemon chicken soup was not good I ended up not eating it. It had a thick consistency with shredded pieces of chicken. Baklava was good My mom said the chocolate cake was OK. She likes the lemon square also and said it was not too sweet. Overall the place was just ok. Nothing to run to. Greek food is my favorite and I've tried better places. I did notice that they had Pakistan good as well as Indian. If I do return, I may try the butter chicken next time.

They were out of croissants but I actually really enjoyed it on pita. The gyro sandwich was also really good. Fast and friendly service, really great prices! My sandwich was right around $8. Parking onsite. Nice interior dining space. It did seem like they were out of quite a few items on the menu but I think Hurricane Beryl might have contributed to that and is understandable. The lady we ordered with also gave us a complimentary pistachio baklava to try when we ordered their original baklava, which we thought was super nice. We will definitely go back and keep them in mind next time we need a custom cake!

I'd been to one in Houston before, but just for coffee, but I had a good experience there, so I was down to try their food. There were a ton of great sweet and savory options on the menu, so ordering was a challenge, but we ended up grabbing a pretty big combination of both types of sustenance. Savory: I ordered the breakfast burger and it was really great. Normally I feel like an egg takes away from the flavor of a burger, but that was not the case here. I'm really pleased with my choice here, despite the temptation to go with several alternatives. 5-stars. My wife ordered the soft scramble, and I'll give it this: it was most definitely the softest, most gentle collection of eggs I've ever eaten. But I think I like my rendition of scrambled eggs better. 4-stars. Sweet: Pistachio Croissant: All boxes checked. 5-stars. Snickerdoodle Cookie: I offer all of my praise for this delight. 5-stars. Gingerbread whoopie pie: It wasn't called a whoopie pie, but that's what it was. Like the snickerdoodle cookie, I'm mad I had to share this. 5-stars. Coco-nut cookie: We thought this was a chocolate coconut cookie, but it turns out it was chocolate and nuts. Knowing this information, we would have opted for one of the other, more delicious looking cookies. It was still fine though. 3.5-stars. Drinks: I ordered the dragon fruit berry concoction with my meal, and in a rare moment of weakness, I couldn't resist the maple pecan cold brew, despite ordering black coffee 99% of the time. I'm here to say I enjoyed both of them very much, but the latter did taste more like a milkshake than a coffee. 5-stars for both, but I would definitely order the dragonfruit thing again. Way to go, Common Bond. Here I thought you were just a coffee place this whole time, but your food is pretty, pretty good too.
