I was so suprised that this location had so many flavors and to top it off all my favorites. I came here with my girlfriends wanting a nice treat to beat the summer heat, they were low on some of our favorite fruits and the young lady wen onto the back and cut up our favorite ones in our request. It was the middle of the day and I was surprised that they did not have enough strawberries, mangoes, and berries out but to our luck she managed to make us happy customers. The place is kept clean, I can appreciate it since most fro yo places have a bad rep for having sticky floors but not this location. I don't know what y'all are talking about. The place is clean every time I've come. Anyway, I put this chain in-between Yogurtland and Menchies. Yogurtland has the best quality consistency and taste...then Tutti Fruitti (good yogurt consistency, little less flavor), then Menchies (just ok...sometimes icy). I'm really not surprise this place has so many 1 stars. 3 things that just made this the worst place. my husband and I went in last night and we were friendly and said hi to the lady who was working the front counter and she didn't say anything. probably the most WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen in my life. if you are reading this, girl, you need to go get yourself a job you somewhat like because you standing up there being paid to be nice and you ain't even pretending to be. but maybe your parents own the shop and you just workin there for them. who knows, lol. secondly, they were out of sample cups. they had a sign saying, "go to front counter for sample cups" and apparently they were out. so how do you expect to make any sells when nobody can try the yogurt. lastly, everything was all dull and plain and looked so nasty. This is a great place to hang out after dinner if you have people with kids over. Okay, I'm lying..I love tutti fruiti and will use any excuse to go here. Although kids and teens like this place, for the bright colors, I like the texture of the yogurt a lot and the ambiance is nice too..not too childish that you get sick, but fun and playful. I love that they have soy bean options so i don't always have to break out the lactaid pills, but I do anyways because I love the cake batter and cheese cake options. They have a huge variety of toppings to choose from, my favorites being cheesecake bites, almonds, chocolate covered raisins, and the lychee and blackberries and sprinkles. It can get busy quick and fill up the place fast, but the outside area is nice to sit at night. Just dont wait to eat it when you get home, you will end up with goop unless you live close by. read more

Expected a good variety of yogurt based on reviews...8 or so to choose...mango, strawberry kiwi, tropical sorbet, cheesecake, tart, cotton candy..no chocolate or vanilla (cause I'm basic.) granted two options were non dairy options. two of the machines said out of order so maybe there is normally more flavors. This place is a great self serve frozen yogurt shop. 14 flavors of yogurt and over 40 toppings available to choose from. Some flavors periodically match the season but they pretty much have the same flavors every time. Sampling cups are available so you can try they before you fill up your cup. Be careful though! the first time I went I filled my cup up with a million flavors and ended up with some expensive sludge! Some flavors you just do put together for example latte and mango. they have fun topping (including fresh fruit!) If you're taking children be sure to monitor them because they charge by weight and that will be one expensive cup of frozen yogurt if you let them go crazy as my nieces and nephews did the time I took them. Terrible. They ran out of tart yogurt. No blueberries and no mangos. Basically no fruit was available except for a little pineapple and some blackberries. You can't run out of this stuff. This was on New Years Day. Maybe they ran out of stuff.. But what a terrible start to the new year. Also check out the signs that have information about nutrition. Look for the mistakes. It's all corporate but you can see funny mistakes such as the "no space" as well as inconsistent capitalization of the word vitamin. Such amusement because these posters look so corporate (and very expensive to make). That was my first and last time going there. SERVICE SUCKS!!!! I should've known something when we went in and no customers were there. This was our first time trying it. So we walk in and there's nobody behind the counter. After a few minutes a young lady comes from the back. Didn't acknowledge our presence not even with a simple hello much less how can i help you or let me know if you have questions. So we got our yogurt the entire time the young lady was on her cell phone. After we ordered I asked for spoons since there were none out. Instead of hanging me some spoons she dumps a handful of spoons in a serving cup right in front of me. If my son wasn't with me i would have left that yogurt on the counter and walked out. Ummm....Where do I even start! When I walked in the dark establishment the girl at the register barely noticed that I had walked in. Ok, cool no big deal maybe they've just been slow, so she didn't want to turn on the lights and needed Ed something to pass the time. I go to get my yogurt and it was about 12 yogurt stations and maybe 5 were actually working . Since I made the out of the way drive, thinking it was a "normal" Tutti Frutti I went against my better judgement and just selected something (What I would normally get wasn't working) and that was a huge mistake. So toppings.... what toppings?!?! They had really nothing?! No fruit, barely any nuts, nothing that you would see at a "normal" Tutti Frutti. Since I had got the yogurt, and at this point I just wanted to leave on the counter and walk away, I put a sprinkle of the toppings on, paid, and went on about my business. When I got to my car the yogurt was disgusting and the toppings weren't fresh. I literally just wasted $9 because it wasn't something that I could even stomach. My sister always takes me to this place whenever I visit her. Besides having a name that's fun to say, the yogurt is actually pretty good. I'm more used to having it creamier though, but this is still about right. There aren't that many toppings, just the basic fresh fruit, candy, chocolate, and syrups. Tutti Frutti is one of the few fro-yo stores I go to however that offers mochi is a topping. Whenever I see this, I pile those little gummy balls onto my yogurt. It's always sooo good, and this place is no exception. The flavors are kind of hit or miss, but I still enjoy it. read more

This is one of two pretty much equivalent froyo places in the Klein Crossing shopping area. We often stop in after eating at one of the restaurants on that side of the road. Lots of good yogurt flavors and plenty of tasty toppings. When we want some convenient froyo we're there. read more

My wife and I go at least once a week. My favorites are the mango and the chocolate peanut butter.. just not at the same time. My wife likes the cake batter. Wish they brought back the watermelon! Super yummy, low fat delicious yogurt. This yogurt tastes like ice cream! They have awesome flavors and tons of toppings. You can keep it light or make it decadent. It's probably still lower then your avg dessert! The only downside is they recently changed my favorite flavor, yellow cake batter to a cheaper mix, and it is not anything like the other one, and has 1/4 of the flavor. Please change it back! My whole family went for the cake batter flavor!! Otherwise, owners are really nice and so are all servers. Good price too. Love the late hours as well. read more

This location seems very dirty and not as well managed compared to the 1960 location I normally go to. I got cake batter thinking it would be similar to my beloved yellow cake from 1960 and it tasted very "watered down" for lack of a better word. I can't comment on any other flavors, but the store itself and the cake batter flavor pale in comparison to the Champions location and their yellow cake flavor. read more

I like the original flavor best. It always ends up being more expensive than other yogurt shops though the amount I usually get is consistent. Also all toppings and fruits are cut too big. The variety is blah. They lose a whole star because the cashier was rude, acting like she someone farted in her face. Very cold, no eye contact, did not smile.
