It's the second time in a row that I've had to wait 20+ minutes for an online order after the specified pickup time. This time i checked in and told the young lady I was there for an online order, and they advised it was coming up. During that time I saw 4 people placing orders and they all received theirs before I did, and when my order was ready my name was not called until another lady saw me at the mobile pickup section. I believe mobile orders are not prioritized in the order they are received simply because people walk in and order which is rather unfair. Took 30 minutes to pick up an online order. When I arrived at the specified time, I asked, and I was told they were working on it. Three people came in, placed orders and received their orders while I still waited. I inquired again. They could not find the order for a minute, then said they were working on it. my sister got me a club on a sub from here yesterday. it was my first time trying firehouse subs and it was actually pretty good!! the ingredients tasted fresh, I liked that the turkey had a bit of a sweetness to it like glazed or caramelized. Then she rang it up wrong again. Had to get it refunded. Maybe take the headphones out if you're the person working the register. I love the way Firehouse treats veterans... but I also love that I always get a good sandwich that is fresh, hot, and loaded with great ingredients. The young man at the cash register was a little new and didn't know what the veteran program was about, but the manager stepped right up and made it right. Went to Firehouse Subs in December, didn't know that I had a birthday freebie as well as my husband so we used them. Then we came back 2 more times. Needless to say their sandwiches are so yummy. They give a fireman hat to the kids when they order a kids meal. Just one note though, when you get the fireman hats out can you take your glove off, one young man gave my 3 year old a hat and it was covered in oil and mayo, had to wipe it off in the car with a disinfectant wipe. The employees are very friendly though, and the store is very clean, there are a lot of seating choices, and a cool machine to get your drinks from. read more

This is the rudest, nastiest Firehouse Subs I've ever experienced. The woman who answered the phone had a terrible smart-ass attitude and was not helpful at all. She was rude, disrespectful and pissed me off to the point of wishing I got her name before hanging up so I can report her to corporate. I was only calling to see if they were open because on GrubHub app says they were closed. She got an attitude with me because their system is jacked up. She had the "I don't give a damn" tone in which she don't want to be bothered with doing her job. But I'm the customer! I was having a good day until this horrible experience. I'm just glad I wasn't in person After I hung up, I read some of the other comments others left on this location and realized that this is simply a ghetto spot with sorry employees and lazy management leading the charge. It's really sad because I really like Firehouse subs and never been treated like this. So now I'm just going to get service from another location. Solved. My advice to anyone reading this: you should never go here. There are other GREAT locations close by with people who treat you like you're supposed to be treated. Only go this location if you are willing to deal with bad service, nasty attitudes and don't care about your health! Because if management is willing to allow ANY employee to treat customers like trash, I will not be surprised if they treat your food the same way. read more

I like how when I first walked through the front door all of the workers immediately noticed me and welcomed my presence. I work in the area and one of my clients said that they had just eaten lunch at Firehouse subs. I mentioned that I had never been before and they said to try it, that it is way better than Subway. So after a 9 hour shift, hungry and tired, my daughter and I go to give it a try. We stood there for approximately 5 minutes never, not once being greeted or asking if we needed help. We actually had time to look over the whole menu and WERE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED. Instead, we got to over hear the 3 kids behind the counter discussing and giving each other advice on relationships. This place is a joke. We ordered and waited 15 minutes for them to come tell us they threw our ticket away and hadn't started our food which is unsurprising given the entire staff sat in the dining room talking on their cell phones after we ordered. When they finally brought out our order, it wasn't even correct and we'd given them our customer copy receipt so they could get it right. The food was terrible. How do you mess up a sandwich? I go to this place every now and then if I'm shopping at other stores near by. The place is always clean and the people always friendly. I've tried a few different subs, and they are just *okay*... They seem kind of small for the price, especially compared to what you can get at other places. When they get busy, you can also end up waiting a LONG time. It's a sandwich, you shouldn't really have to wait for it... What irked me is one time I swear a couple people that came in and ordered AFTER me actually got their sandwiches BEFORE I did... I didn't order anything special, just one of their regular subs... They do have that coke soda machine where you can choose your flavor. Though the last couple times it seems like half the flavors were out. And when you get stuck behind a little kid that can't make up their mind... ugh... read more
