The wrap was absolutely delicious! One of the best chicken Caesar wraps I've had. The Parmesan crisps in there add a delicious cheesy bite in wrap. It would've been even better if I had eaten it fresh, but still so delicious! The mango magic smoothie wasn't great, it tasted very artificially flavored which I don't like. To start off, one of my smoothies ordered had more than an inch of room left in the cup. So only got a portion of my smoothie. The sandwiches had almost no sauce, my side corn was absolutely disgusting. The corn had a slimey texture as well a side sweet potato order, you could not even chew through them. And lastly my smoothie always has only one flavor that you can taste. It almost as they only put a pinch of the other ingredients in if they do at all.The food quality has been a continuing issue with this location and I will no longer be going. This happened a couple weeks ago I came by to pick up a smoothie paid with cash and the cashier said she didn't have any coins so she shorted me on my change back as if it was my problem that I didn't give her the exact change. I got my Sunrise Sunset w/ turbinado sugar so it wouldn't be too sweet and it was perfecto sweet level. My husband's Paradise Point was still good and not overly sweet as is. I know from family experience that Food service is a special business and can be thankless at times. However Tropical Smoothie Cafe has this down to a science (most days). I USED to LOVEEEEE this place. I had this place rated five stars before. But the past FOUR times that I have ordered my drink without pineapple (minor allergy, makes my throat itchy and my lips breakout). They leave the pineapple! And just now I orders a detox island green w/o pineapple sub for carrots, and I got my husband the lean machine w/ spinach added. When I got my order they were labeled wrong, and clearly had added my carrots to his drink and left out the spinach. I've been by this area a few times and I never would have stopped in because I don't do smoothies very often, so I would have never known about the awesome salads and sandwiches and wraps available here if it weren't for the luck of over hearing a conversation about kale salads. We've been here several times now. Pretty good food and great smoothies. We really enjoy this place because pretty much every time we choose this place, we place a pick-up order online. It's super easy and always ready by the time we get there (about 10 mins). They are the only place we order from that the food is ready when they say it will be. It's always frustrating when you go somewhere and pick up your food at the time they tell you or even a few minutes later and you're stuck waiting another 10+ minutes. Only odd thing is I think they only have one size for their smoothies. No small, medium or large options. read more

May 2018: My daughter and I tried to get lunch here one day and immediately had to leave. We were both grossed out. They have air fresheners inside. I don't think they're a good idea in general as they have some nasty chemicals in them that triggers asthma and migraines, as well as trouble for those with COPD, making them an accessibility problem for some, but in a food place? Just gross. Food should smell like food and not like synthetic air "fresheners". They can change the taste of the food also. I get why places put them in bathrooms though I think there are better solutions for that too but in a food place is just poor management and not very well thought out. I'm giving two stars because we didn't actually try the food and can't judge them for that. read more
