The atmosphere is amazing. The speed of service is excellent. The staff is always friendly and nice. The smoothies are always delicious.

Smoothie king was on my mind after my Saturday morning workout. I ordered before leaving the gym and it was ready when I got there. I had a bounce back offer which I love. I got a 2.00 smoothie with a purchase. Of course I purchased a PB swizzle bowl and a blueberry lemonade smoothie. I need to get pumpkin before it goes away but find myself wanting fruity more than hearty. Next time. Thanks smoothie king for being great. read more

I'm very disappointed at the service that I had received today. And the fact that I can't even contact a manager or get HR information to report The issue that I had today is also very disappointing and very unprofessional. I'm mistakenly placed a Uber pick up order at a different location and when I came to this location and I asked if I could pick up my order here instead since it was already paid for the manger said no and that there was nothing they could do on their end.The store was empty. The employee had nothing to do. What would have cost them to make an order that was already paid for? The other location was a hour way from me. I ended up canceling the order thru uber and not getting the product or my money back. read more

I walked in today with my family thinking we were going to get smoothies to cheer my kids up as they just got their shots today. And the girl working the front counter was extremely rude. She had an attitude the whole time we were orderin. My order was an Angel Food smoothie and 2 spinach blended smoothies. I paid and proceeded to wait for our order. Well only 2 drinks came out. So when I was waiting, she asked, " are you waiting for something?" With an attitude. I responded, "yes, my Angel food smoothie." She then responds, " well I didn't know you were talking to me when you said that. So I didn't add it." Mind you, it's only us at the register the whole time I was ordering. I spent over 30 mins waiting and you didn't even make my order. I will not return to this location as I have never had an employee treat me this way and I come here all the time. read more

Great customer service buttttttt.... The only thing that bothered me were those fruit bugs that were flying around! They were landing on the fruit that was used to make the smoothies :/ and the fruit wasn't covered up. They should do something about that. I seen atleast 7-8 of those bugs flying around. This is my go-to spot whenever I finish my workout from the gym down the street. If I ever forget my protein, or shaker bottle, I always stop by here to get a quick snack. For the most part, service here is very quick and easy. Every time I come, I never really have to wait for more than 5 minutes to have my drink prepared. The employees here always seem a little out of it though, not very personable. More of a, 'Get the job done, and get ya outta here', kind of attitude which is fine with me but smile a little people! In the end, I've been content with my visits. They have a rewards program they don't really advertise very well, small little paper tent hidden in the corner. I went in needing them to make me a smoothie but with a powder packet that I brought in. I know this is a strange request but I recently had complete dental reconstruction and am trying to adhere to a really good diet that gives me lots of minerals. They wouldn't do it because the packet wasn't supplied by them. I know this is a unique situation but man why can't people have some flexibility. I can't lie, I too was avoiding this place because the old customer service was hit or miss. What a pleasant surprise to start the new school year with a friendly visit! I went in extremely early the other day and there were 2 ladies stocking items while the other worked the register. All of them were smiling and spoke as soon as I entered. Smoothie tastes good but the "manager" white girl with the short hair, I'm not sure if she's a manager but I'm guessing she is because she wasn't doing anything and her coworkers were doing the most. Anyway, she wouldn't give me even 1 minute to look at the menu before telling me that I could go to the drive thru if I was going to be looking. And kept asking me multiple times if I was ready and what I wanted. The dude at the register was obviously uncomfortable because he could see I was getting annoyed at her. Wow!! I have to commend this location for making a much needed positive change! My boyfriend and I used to frequent this location until they were constantly and consistently muddling our orders. But, for some reason, I decided to return here, after a year, and to my utter surprise!! I was greeted by a pleasant and professional young man, who promptly took my order, 32oz Green Tea Tango with banana (I switch between that and the Power Punch Plus w/Peanut Butter -- it's like a PB&J) and was asked if I would like any add-ins, which I declined. He pleasantly asked if I had the Rewards App...in the past, I would have to remind them, and then the internet would not work, so I wouldn't be able to scan my Rewards App, but this time, everything was working, app scanned and points earned!! The pleasant young man asked my name, and a few minutes later, my delicious smoothie was ready and handed to me with a smile and salutation to have a great day!! Indeed!! Thank you!! I love smoothie king, and I always get the same smoothie when I go. This was my first time at this location and the no drive thru was my first red flag, in a hurry after a workout I don't want the trouble of having to get out of my car. I walked in to only one employee which is totally normal for a morning shift so I get that, but if they don't know what they're doing, have someone else work with them, or don't schedule them that shift. She was very nice and polite but my smoothie was icy and more like a slush. All in all, not a fan of this location. If people are paying $7 plus for a smoothie it should be spot on. read more

It was $5 so I got a lot of bang for my buck. This store has advertisement that includes the changes this company is making in moving to more natural whole fruit smoothie which includes no sugar added smoothies. Don't give them your business! They don't value their customers! Service was slow and and average at best, the staff was unwelcoming and the manager is always rude! I've come on multiple occasions and each visit has ended the same, in regret! There is usually garbage on the floor and the store has a noticeable "musty" odor. The smoothies are bad considering the staff takes so long to make them. I heavily suggest finding another location for your smoothies! read more
