Forgot I left a review 4 yrs ago until I came here to write this one. They've been excellent until today. Had a $60 order delivered and they left out a sandwich. Ok it happens. Problem is when I called they basically said too bad we can't help you. They knew as soon as I gave my name why I was calling and asked ME how it should be handled. The only right answer was for them to deliver my missing sandwich as ordered at their cost for delivery. You made the mistake you fix it. Basically their excuse is that even though it was ordered through Jersey Mikes app, they can't authorize an additional delivery even though it was their mistake not mine or the delivery service. The only options I was offered was to come pick it up, pay for another delivery, or refund the price of the missing food. I took the refund and told them they won't get any more business from me. This is the THIRD time we have ordered from this location using their app and it is the THIRD time the order has been wrong. I haven't complained or made a review previously because I had good experiences with this location pre COVID. But this is ridiculous! When you spend $59 for sandwiches the minimum quality standards should exist. I don't know if the workers do not care or literally can not READ. They have messed our order up each time. Putting mayo on sandwiches that do. It have mayo listed. Then we order to sandwiches add bacon, paid for it... and did not get bacon. My sandwich bread was literally hard as a rock. This is the second time it was this hard. Last time, I asked for the rosemary bread and thought maybe it was hard because no one else was eating it. First time to visit. Undecided if we will return. We arrived at the store at approximately noon on Sunday, November 3.My wife ordered a turkey and provolone, number seven regular. I ordered a grilled pastrami Reuben. My wife's sandwich was almost complete when they came out and told me that the pastrami had not thawed yet so I would have to make another choice. I change my order to a tuna mini. A few seconds later they return to tell me the turn the salad had not been made yet but it would only take a short time. When we got there we were the second ones in line but by the time we left there was a line out almost out the door. When we got to the line, they were very friendly even before we told them it was our first time; very helpful and accommodating staff! We ordered the Supreme Club & the Classic Italian. I love this place but today I went to a different location than usual. He asked do you want your sandwich mike's way which is everything on it that they have I said yes. I took it to go and when I got to my house I saw it had no mayo. So apparently mike's way doesn't include mayo now even though mayo is kind of a staple for a sandwich luckily I had oil on it so it wasn't completely dry and I added mayo at home really annoying though. PATHETIC excuse of a Jersey Mike's. I made a to-go order and waited in my car for 15+ minutes before coming inside. When I walked in to pick up my order, they haven't even started yet (guy on grill with dark hair, dark eyes and beard had a shitty attitude about having to make my order.) Mind you there was only ONE other person, a woman, in the store waiting on her order too. As I wait for my food, someone comes in and complains that they got they gave them the wrong order. They gave the woman's order to someone else. The employees just shrugged about it. I just checked my sub (30 minutes later, as I finally get home) and it's WRONG. It's on white bread when I specifically asked for gluten free, I am severely allergic. Took my first bite and noticed right away... I'm already not feeling well. First time at this location. Don't think I'll be returning. I came in approximately at 8:30-8:45 Wednesday night (yesterday), Some young lady on the bigger side was the one who took my order. I could tell that she was upset about me coming in so late, there was no customer service and the quality of the food for the amount of time I had to wait was absurd. After I ordered I had to wait at least 4-6 minutes for her to even start my sub. I could hear snickering and loud exhales coming from the back as if it was such a burden to make me my food. Once I finally received my food it was not only the worst sub I've had but it was one of the very first times I have EVER had a problem with any Jersey Mike's. The young African American man that was topping my sub also had no sense of urgency for the amount of time I was forced to wait, clearly he has not been trained correctly. Their website says the support veterans and when you get to the register, they ask you for your ID and then say welllllll our owner "Miguel Guerrero" has told us to quit offering the discount to veterans. Been wanting a warm sandwich n Jersey Mike's is always the answer. It must have been a sign when I received coupons in the mail for their grand opening. Husband and I arrived to get our sandwich fix for the day and the line was to the door. People kept coming the whole time we were there. Plenty of workers moving tirelessly and very efficiently. Overall wait was about 10-15 min in line until we recd our food. I forgot to take a pic of my cheesesteak. But it was piping hot and delish. Husband got pastrami and roast beef and daughter got cold turkey. We all got regulars, which they say can feed 1-2 people. Says the giant can feed 2-4(?). With the coupons and 2 orders we spent $16 for 3 sandwiches and free chips and drink. Service was excellent from start to finish. Looked like they were prepped to hand Super Bowl "traffic". Service is always great! Subs are delish! I drive 20 minutes out of my way to get to this particular location; as they are sanitary, efficient and provide good customer service! Some of the locations near me (Vintage Park being one)...need to work on their employees being more sanitary with glove usage, etc. Watching someone use the same gloves after having handled money from another customer is completely unsanitary and makes me totally unnerved! We were craving a Philly Cheesesteak and called to order 20 minutes before closing, and the guys working there were so happy to take our orders - even though I am sure the kitchen was cleaned and ready for closing. Usually you get a hard time from younger folks that are ready to get off work for the night, but it was not the case here. When we arrived to pick up the sandwiches minutes before closing, the guys were super nice and struck up friendly conversation. Sometimes that's all it takes to get repeat customers! This sandwich shop is a little pricier than others, but you are guaranteed great food and great service so it is worth spending a few extra bucks.
