He shared with me he is working on getting the sauce bottled and put into HEB or other stores, love that for him. He also informed how he was from NYC and came here to start this business. When we told her again that everything was burnt, she acted surprised and gave us a sarcastic pouty face, even though I had already told her earlier. She said she would "talk to the lady," and when I asked who that was, she said it was the manager. A few minutes later she returned and told us -- word for word -- that "the lady doesn't care, my manager doesn't care." I have never in my life had a restaurant openly admit they don't care about serving burnt food or about their customers' experience. To make matters worse, when I checked the receipt afterward, we had been overcharged by $30. Between the burnt meals, the dismissive attitude, the lack of service, the bizarre unprofessional behavior, and a manager who apparently "doesn't care," this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Houston.
