I waited patiently for them to finally open and I setup a day to visit. I had no expectations but there was a lot of hype for their brand. I went thru the drive thru and got their tenders and fries, They were good but a little over hyped. Their fries had a distinctive taste I liked. I would visit again if in that area but I don't think I would drive there just for them.

I've been enjoying Bojangles chicken tenders and seasoned fries. The service is impeccable and this is close to my work so they've been helpful to get group orders in. I really appreciate it. I love the Bo special sauce and country gravy with my tenders. This has been our group order go to place now.

    Golden fried goodness! lol

Gosh I love this place! I had Bojangles last summer and visiting my old neighbor in Charleston, South Carolina. At the time I had tried the Cajun chicken biscuit, which was heavenly. Now that Bojangles has made it to Texas, I have stopped twice now at the Cypress location of Bojangles. This chicken is so flaky, tender, and flavorful! I have really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and the blueberry biscuits. For others who say it is too expensive it is competitively aligned with other chicken, fast food, such as Chick-fil-A, raising Cane's, and I'm sure many others. The staff has always been friendly both times I have ordered from drive-thru and had smiling faces which is always nice to see someone smile. I'm happy Bojangles is in the neighborhood & will be back for more!

Only the chicken tenders were good. The fries and potato rounds were both forgettable. Very pricy.

Only the chicken tenders with honey mustard were good. But the chicken sandwich, fries and potato rounds were all forgettable. Nothing special about their food, and it's too expensive. The service was good, but I can't see people returning since Popeyes, Cane's, and Chick-Fil-A all taste better and offer better return on value for the money.

Chi Bo's Chicken Sandwich Combowas delicious. Nice and crispy

Drive thru service was fast despite the long lines. The food was fresh and delicious. Good chicken tenders just wish they had bone in chicken. The sauces were good. Be sure to get the housemade ranch.

I ordered a 3 piece tender and look at them fries ... like what is that ?

They couldn't even acknowledge me. I didn't feel wanted - a bit of an inconvenience. Heading to Canes. The Ag appreciates customers.

Breakfast was terrible, couldn't even finish it. Also got the iced coffee and it was just as bad. Will not be returning.

The tenders pieces were huge and there was the perfect ratio of fries to Mac. Overall, I would give the Urban fries a 3.5/5. The chicken itself was a bit on the dryer side and some pieces were tough, but the coating was nice and crispy. Furthermore, the fries were pretty standard with some crisp and pretty thick. The best part was the Mac n cheese which was really creamy. I was a bit on the fence on if I like the flavor of the sauce they used though. The Bird Sauce was really sweet and reminded me of a honey mustard. I personally thought it was a bit too sweet but the more I ate it the less I was opposed to it. Also, the Nashville Hot didn't have any heat at all and I wish there was more overall flavor. I think I would come back to try a different flavor and maybe up the spice level. Service/Ambiance: Service was fine and there was quite a wait for the food (but that just means it's super fresh). The vibe inside reminded me of a fast food restaurant where you order and then never really talk to the staff again.

Not without strain ofcourse, I was just a little distracted with other pursuits and unwilling to make the drive to Humble. My first visit to the Spring location, I'm excited to announce that Chick Houz and I have reunited, and the meal was delicious. We ordered the family meal (the chicken special), both desserts :), and ofcourse a chicha morada. The whole chicken plus three sides was enough to feed four (and likely another), and while we were expecting maximum flavor from the chicken, the yucca fries were a beautiful, crispy, soft, comforting surprise. If I could, I'd eat them daily. That being said, I'd honestly reorder everything. If you've yet to give them a visit, know that they're worth droppin

The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating. The menu offers a solid variety without being overwhelming. Our food came out quickly, hot, and smelled amazing right from the start. I ordered the Lomo Saltado--tender beef sautéed with red onions and Roma tomatoes, served with white rice and crispy French fries, topped with a touch of cilantro. It was very flavorful and satisfying. I also had a cup of chicha, the traditional drink made from purple Peruvian corn, and it was nicely done. We also tried the Brasa Burrito, which was packed with pulled rotisserie chicken, queso fresco, green onions, cilantro aioli, and a bit of fried rice (chaufa-style), along with black beans, Mexican crema, crispy onions, romaine lettuce, and Roma tomatoes on the side, plus your choice of sauce. A unique and tasty combination. The rotisserie chicken itself was excellent--juicy and well-seasoned. We had a half chicken (all white meat) served with rice chaufa and French fries, which made for a hearty and delicious meal. Our server was attentive throughout, checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. While it wasn't as authentic as what I'm used to, it was still a very enjoyable meal--especially for Texas.

When I read that the Cypress Cane's location was open until 2am, 3am on weekends, I thought someone…read moremade a mistake. I guess that statement is partially true. These are their true hours. I'm the one that was mistaken. With a Caniac craving, I arrived past 9pm on a Sunday to the busiest Cane's I've ever see. The drive-thru line wrapped around the building. The parking lot remained full. The amount of vehicles circling the building hoping to find a spot caused mild traffic disturbances. Waze marked the lead in road as red for standstill traffic- okay, I'm kidding with that one, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Among all of this, the employees of Cane's stayed strong. Like a well oiled machine they powered through the endless line. They were efficient for sure, but I was most impressed by their care and customer service. This team is truly running like a well oiled machine. As far as the food, Cane's is Cane's. If you're new to this concept, you really only need to keep two things in mind. 1. They serve 4 main items, fried chicken tenders (yes, only tenders), crinkle fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. These 4 items are offered in a handful of variations and combinations. 2. No matter which combo tickles your pickle, enjoy it with Cane's sauce. In addition to a basic requirement for the chicken, it also pairs well with the fries, their Texas toast, and most any protein or savory bread you have lying around the house. Long story short, if you can handle the crowds, you've earned your chicken.

When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and I will say our server was very nice and welcoming. One thing we immediately noticed, though, was that the menu prices were crossed out and changed. The waitress explained that prices have been fluctuating, but it did feel a little unpolished and confusing seeing gouged-out pricing on multiple items. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla, and my wife got the South of the Border omelet. We also had the roasted potatoes, which ended up being a very small portion. My main issue was that several items listed (or expected) didn't come as described. The quesadilla was supposed to come with sour cream and pico, but they weren't served on the side. We were told the pico was inside the quesadilla, which wasn't noted on the menu. Additionally, both dishes had raw, unsautéed onions mixed into the scrambled eggs. That wasn't listed in the description, and I personally don't like raw onions, so it definitely affected the meal for me. I think ingredients like that should be clearly stated. The cheese sauce tasted like standard heated nacho cheese and was very runny, not what we expected from a breakfast dish. The sour cream also tasted off. Overall, while the service was friendly, the food and menu presentation didn't meet expectations. Unfortunately, we probably won't be returning.
