A True Taste of the Deep South Right Here in Texas! I was craving some real Southern comfort food and the brand new Bojangles delivered in the best way possible. This place brings authentic Deep South flavors and hospitality straight to Texas, and every single bite reminded me of home-cooked meals from down South. The signature chicken tenders were crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside, and seasoned to perfection, easily some of the best I've had anywhere. Paired with their seasoned dirty rice, their fluffy, buttery biscuits and perfectly seasoned french fries, it was a match made in heaven. I also had to try the famous Bo Berry biscuit, and it did not disappoint, warm, sweet, bursting with blueberries and that classic glaze that makes it impossible to stop at just one. Of course, no Southern meal is complete without a tall cup of sweet tea, and theirs was exactly what I hoped for: strong, refreshing, and perfectly sweetened like grandma made it. Bojangle's opened in Cypress, it had been about 15 years since I last tried it in Virginia so I figured it was time to give it another try. It was a good choice. My wife and I were sharing and she settled on the Steak Biscuit breakfast sandwich because she'd heard it tastes like the old Grandy's steak biscuit (I don't remember ever eating at Grandy's). We ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. The attendant was friendly and told us to pull up to the stop sign to wait for fresh food. The Steak Biscuit and Bo-Tato Rounds came out hot. I liked the biscuit, but the steak was too thin and got lost. My wife said, "It kind of tastes like Grandy's, but Grandy's was better," it has to have been 40 years since she's eaten there. I noticed that Houston had a Bojangles while being in town for the day, and remembered all the chicken clout that I'd been hearing about this place. So I tried it on a whim. I loved the chicken tenders. Legitimate chicken pieces, and not the chicken mash you see at other restaurants. They also surprisingly know how to season their chicken properly. Very crispy and flavorful. I tried the Bo sauce with it. That combination, I could get addicted to. It's like a slightly sweet horseradish sauce that was quite appealing. Their biscuit game is also on point. Evenly browned all the way around, and you taste that butter when you bite in. The fries and the sweet tea, they were decent enough. I waited patiently for them to finally open and I setup a day to visit. I had no expectations but there was a lot of hype for their brand. I went thru the drive thru and got their tenders and fries, They were good but a little over hyped. Their fries had a distinctive taste I liked. I would visit again if in that area but I don't think I would drive there just for them. read more

Gosh I love this place! I had Bojangles last summer and visiting my old neighbor in Charleston, South Carolina. At the time I had tried the Cajun chicken biscuit, which was heavenly. Now that Bojangles has made it to Texas, I have stopped twice now at the Cypress location of Bojangles. This chicken is so flaky, tender, and flavorful! I have really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and the blueberry biscuits. For others who say it is too expensive it is competitively aligned with other chicken, fast food, such as Chick-fil-A, raising Cane's, and I'm sure many others. The staff has always been friendly both times I have ordered from drive-thru and had smiling faces which is always nice to see someone smile. I'm happy Bojangles is in the neighborhood & will be back for more! read more

Only the chicken tenders with honey mustard were good. But the chicken sandwich, fries and potato rounds were all forgettable. Nothing special about their food, and it's too expensive. The service was good, but I can't see people returning since Popeyes, Cane's, and Chick-Fil-A all taste better and offer better return on value for the money. read more

Service was nice but this place is way too expensive for some tenders. I wasn't a fan of the bojangles sauce but I did like the jalepeno ranch. Their tenders remind me of KFC tenders, nothing special and really small. Their fries reminded me of popeyes. The tea was waaaay too sweet. I just think for the price, you can get better tenders elsewhere. read more

Everything was tasty but the portions were very small, I got a three piece tender and barely any fries . I didn't get greeted when I walked in it seems like there's no hospitality at all ,It isn't like any other bojangles I've been to in the south and east coast where everyone is so welcoming,(trust me I grew up eating bojangles in North Carolina I know how the ambience and service are ) definitely something they could work on! Great Flavor! The chicken was light (not oily). The spices and flavors were amazing. The breading was crispy in just the right way. This place is AWESOME!! A little more chicken for the money would be nice. Even the fries and sides were delicious. The service staff were friendly and a pleasure to talk to the couple minutes I spent in the drive-through. Ordered: 3-pc tenders, chicken sandwich, coleslaw, mac n' cheese. Total: $27.00 Chicken tenders were very flavorful, didn't need to be drowned in sauce to be good, however, the price was totally gouged: almost $8 for 3 tenders should be illegal. The chicken sandwich was comparable to McDonalds: dry patty, dry sandwich with sad pickles and even sadder lettuce. I will give them props for their signature sauce, which I found to be mainly a creamy, slightly sweet horseradish sauce dappled with spices throughout. 4 stars just for that sauce, minus stars because they charge .50 cents for all extra sauces. The coleslaw was coleslaw, nothing special about it, and the mac n' cheese was bland and unseasoned. Not sure I'll return anytime soon, (the Carolina's can keep their chicken) but was happy to try it out. read more

On my visit the food was hot and good. I've had Bojangles in other states so this was a little different as I'm used to bone-in chicken. And here in Texas, the only do tenders. My, only sad thing. Was they messed up my order and I had to go back. However, the Manager made it, right and apologized several times. read more

The customer service at this location sucks all I wanted was an egg and cheese biscuit and I got a biscuit with cheese no melted it was cold ass hell. It took them almost 30 minutes to remake the biscuit and once it was done one of the workers had my biscuit in her hand no gloves on she opened it up, looked at it. She then dropped it on the counter. She picked it up with her hands with no gloves on close it up hand it over to the supervisor with the bird wing eyelashes and she thought she was going to hand the biscuit to me. I requested a refund immediately .The supervisor with the bird wing eyelashes had a nasty attitude because I requested my money back which I didn't give 2 fks ! I wouldn't recommend my dog to purchase anything from this location until they learn some customer service etiquette and learn how to handle food much better and professionally. And I must put being more customer service, friendly and not have a funky attitude at the top of the list. read more
