The quality is amazing and customer service also amazing. The severs are extremely pleasant and watching them work behind the counter, you see the company values in everything they do. Extremely clean restaurant and restrooms. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. The owner and manager should be proud. read more

In-N-Out is one of those places that proves you don't need a massive menu to do things right. Simple, fresh, and consistently good every single time. The burgers taste like actual burgers--fresh, juicy, and made to order. The fries are cut right in front of you (which still feels like a little flex), and everything comes out hot and fast even when the place is packed. And of course, if you know about the not-so-secret menu, ordering "Animal Style" is basically a rite of passage. What really stands out though is the service. The staff is always friendly, the place is spotless, and the line somehow moves way faster than it looks like it should. It's one of the few fast food spots where you can tell the employees actually take pride in what they're doing. Great burgers, great service, and prices that somehow still feel reasonable in 2026. In-N-Out continues to prove that when you do the basics really well, you don't need anything fancy. read more

I caved and tried the in and out, held out for a while until a friend encouraged me to try this place when it was brand new to the area. I'm not going to lie. I was sold. This place was on point and delicious. The fries were great! And the burgers were delicious. Fast forward. I've came here quite a bit and it's just gotten worse every time. It almost seems as though the buns were stale before they grilled them and it makes the edges of the bun very hard. The burgers have a weird taste to them now. Whatever they did. Undo it. As for the staff. Always polite and welcoming! Never had one bad experience with the staff here. And the whole old school burger spot vibe is great! Going to take a break for a while but hopefully the food gets back to how it was. read more

A staple in the area. My go to is a double-single with cherry peppers. It's always super packed! Parking can be tight too.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Service overall was friendly and quick. This was my first time having in-n-out outside of California, so I opted to eat outside since the weather was great. All the exterior tables were clean and there were about 6 options to choose from with differing levels of shade. There were a handful of individuals and families peppers throughout. I was able to easily find a seat and enjoy my meal. The only thing I didn't super care for were the birds. As someone who eats outside often, the birds in that area seems to just be waiting for an opportunity to snatch scraps. I've never noticed that elsewhere, so if I were to return I'd opt for eating inside. In terms of food, in-n-out is always consistent. I ordered a double double animal style with chilies and and fries animal style, hold the cheese. I would have enjoyed the fries more with a bit more sauce, but since it's a free upgrade I won't complain too much. read more

We ate the in and out burger in Houston and it was very delicious! The drive thru service was fast. The burgers are 100% USDA chuck, never frozen and fries are cut on site from fresh potatoes. There are no heat lamps or microwaves like Five Guys. Indeed, from mastersinvest website it states, chains like McDonald's or Burger King use frozen patties from massive centralized suppliers for nationwide scale, often with preservatives and longer shelf lives, while Five Guys or Shake Shack source fresh but rely more on third-party distributors without full in-house grinding. In-N-Out's private ownership and limited menu enable this control, absorbing cost fluctuations to maintain quality over profits. read more

I had never been to an In-N-Out and finally got to go. I went with a regular cheeseburger and fries. My kids ordered a shake and they said they were so good. The drive thru line can get long but it moves pretty quickly. I loved the seasoning on the burger and especially the fries. So yummy and not ridiculous on price. read more

In-N-Out is a classic, especially coming from California, it always feels like a taste of home! Service at this location was amazing. The staff were super patient, even when we had to make a last-minute change to our order. Big shoutout to their professionalism and kindness. I had the Double-Double protein style with mustard, and it was delicious as always. In-N-Out's consistency never disappoints. Bonus: this location is usually less busy than the Katy one, which makes for a smoother experience. Definitely one of my go-to spots! Indoor seating is great filled with chatter. The line for ordering could have used a different route as it blocks the entrance, but overall clean. read more

Delicious, fast, and accurate. Got my special custom double meat order in and it's both aesthetic and has superb taste. The best bang for the buck fast food option in town, bar none, and you're getting a quality product thanks to their internal supply chain system (fresh beef being distributed internally). This restaurant interior was a bit dirty/ messy with some trash strewn around and left over by patrons after a heavy traffic period (dinner time) but everything else was as expected. read more

So thankful that In-N-Out made it to Texas. Finally a burger that I can love and reminisce about. In-N-Out can't be beat for consistency on their burgers. Every single time I get the same quality. Same amount of sauce and same great flavor. I like grilled onions so I ask for it animal style. A double double is always the best way to start. The fries are fresh and not salted which is perfect for me. I typically ally get a chocolate shake and they are amazing. Totally the best burger out there. Go get one today!! read more

Burger was good service was pleasant Fries were horribly stale and plain, tasted reheated and old. surprised to see their claim of "fresh daily" fries is still allowed. read more

I don't have many complaints about In-N-Out, but to me, the food is just okay. The burgers don't really stand out unless you customize them - and honestly, it can feel a little awkward having such an extensive order for just one burger. I'm talking mustard-fried, pickles, whole grilled onions, extra toasted buns... the customizations can get a little wild. The fries could definitely use some work. Surprisingly, some people love the basic fries, but I'm not one of them. Getting them animal style doesn't help either - the cheese hardens and clumps everything together. That said, the service is always great for a fast food spot. Plus, we love grabbing one of their hats for our little baby to wear - it's a fun little tradition! read more

I've had In-N-Out probably 4 - 5 times in my life and truthfully, they make pretty good burgers but that's just where it ends! So I wasn't super excited to have one this close to my home but I didn't mind it either. I'm so sick of primarily only getting new fast food options in Fairfield. I really don't understand it, with all the houses and money out here. Olive Garden has come and flourished, why they don't think a very nice steakhouse or seafood spot would be profitable is beyond me (I'm not comparing OG and fancy steakhouses, I simply mean sit down establishments). But rant over, back to In-N-Out. I came home for Christmas and saw they'd finally opened. As typical, someone outside took my order vs driving up to the actual menu board. They had some traffic but I went before the typical rush hour so the wait wasn't that bad. Lady was nice who took my order, I went with a double double animal style add whole grilled onion (DO IT if you like onions). It was big, hot and delicious and the worker at the window gave me more spread which came in handy. The burger needed mayo too which I didn't have, that's my only "complaint." Now as typical with In-N-Out, the fries aren't good and don't be hot longer than 30 seconds. I always get them animal style and if you don't stir them around two seconds after getting them, that's gonna be a clumpy mess on your hands. Idk why they, as a company, won't make changes to their fries, maybe cause we keep buying this mess. They will always lose a star for their fry sitch! Whole meal $10.50 no drink. read more

I hadn't been to In-N-Out since I left CA. The taste was consistently the same but they shrunk their buns and patties just like McDonalds did. So disappointing. Inside is the same and the staff is always professional. Why decrease the size of the product but not decrease the price. read more

In n out is affordable and great snack! I like to order Flying Dutchman over whole grilled onion and animal style fries well done. Sometimes will order protein style which means lettuce buns. They are equipped with employees and moderately staffed! They are so ready for us y'all!!! We normally like to dine in the car, since it comes in the box ready to eat. It makes it easy to have animal style fries for the road, know what I mean? The ambiance is what you would expect for a fast food establishment, and does not hurt your wallet. I didn't realize how long it had been and how it tasted 20 years ago. Yeah 20 years. See, I've had In-N-Out many many years ago when visiting Los Angeles. I was very young at the time and I guess then I didn't find it so fascinating. So 20 years later they open one up in Houston. I was pleased to get another chain in Houston but not so much to wait in those long lines that came with those early visits from the just opened and introduced chain in Houston. So a year later I'm finally trying it. Line wasn't so long but yet, longer than your average fast food burger spot. Nevertheless, I entered the line, got to the menu and did an instant drop jaw. The prices! OMG the prices were shocking. This place is like almost half the price of the other popular chains like McD and BK and especially WhataB. You also can see as you pass through the drive through, them working in the back cutting fresh onions, tomatoes, etc. The freshness is totally unbeatable in comparison to all the others. Every single bite is fresh, with excellent seasoning on that real beef. So let me get to the point. I don't think this chain has changed in the 20 years it had been since I tried them, I think that all the others have changed so much and cut corners so much that their original flavors from 20 years ago doesn't exist. In-N-Out is now by far the very best fast food burger joint left. There is nothing fast tasting about the food here. And they don't mess around with trying to sale other things like nuggets and strips and chicken sandwiches but instead focus on what they are good at... Burgers and Shakes. Plain and simple American made perfection here. Now armed with a fresh perspective and generational difference from food choices available now vs 20 years ago, This place is the official King of the fast food Burger in my opinion. In fact, that double double with mustard instead of the mayo sauce is much better than most popular burger joints in Houston period; and, a whole lot cheaper. I mean that big fresh made to order burger only ran me like $5.50. That's all. I ordered 3 of those with 3 shakes and an order of fries that fed 3 people for less than $26. That's incredible. That's really BadAss. My only issue here is that bottom bun has a bit of a edge thats too thick. But not worth dropping a star. This is definitely my new fav fast food type burger spot in Houston . Live BadAss and Prosper! read more

It's INCREDIBLY rare that I am graced with the opportunity to enjoy food at In-N-Out. But when I do, I usually go for the organization's crown jewel: the Double-Double. Tasting every bit the part of an eccentric California-style burger, this $6.17 expense holds up against the test of time, with its crunchy toasted bun, good quality meat and American cheese, fresh vegetables and their special sauce (which tastes a lot like 1000 island dressing). I'm not the biggest fan of their fries or their shakes, but regarding their burgers, In-N-Out will keep their Cali faithful happy and bring in new customers for years to come. read more

In-N-Out Burger - Grill onion cheeseburger and fries. Always looking forward for Joyce to take our order. She's always nice! She has great customer service. - Burgers Near Me - Cypress, Texas

No Bacon Cheeseburger, No mayo? Hasn't it been like 40 years since fast food places let you order what you want.

Does this new Cypress location live up to the hype? I'd say they're doing a great job! They have a formula-certain "In & Out"-isms that make their company unique and successful, just like Disney. Driving up, you kind of have to curve around the parking lot-I notice that familiar outdoor seating-the red and white umbrellas, so I think they're going to be on the right track! Once inside, that familiar greeting by a staff member, who's moving about the place, checking/cleaning tables, another sweeping, preparing for the typical fast-paced seating selections by customers. If you know, then you know that you give your order to a family member so that you can hold your table-like at any other In & Out...worked fine for us (smile). We order our usual, our fave: "the double-double with cheese, animal-style". My husband's from L.A. and grew up on their burgers done this way. You get the grilled onions and cheese, plus their special sauce, that's just as tasty and messy enough as the original, but without falling apart-certainly, that's what the little brown parchment wrap and little white sleeve are for! Delicious. The fries! Still sticking to the formula... from scratch, hot, subtly crisp on the outside, perfect on the inside. Top it off with a hand-blended, extra thick, homemade chocolate shake. Grab a small coke if you need something to have with your meal while the shake loosens a bit, or you will blow out your jaws just trying to get one sip. Rich. We were pleased. They've stuck to the formula. I closed my eyes, then squinted a bit-imagining that I was in California... and it worked. Applause. read more

I personally love the food but this time I went and ordered a number 1 which is a double double with fries and a drink and the guy there, Owen, only charged me for the burger and drink so I needed to order the fries separate and then he made me circle around the line again and wait even longer for my fries. Terrible experience, especially when the menu is so small to begin with I don't understand how you can get confused when someone orders a number 1 out of the 3 combos available. By the time I finally got my fries my burger was getting cold and my drink was melting. read more

As a SoCal boy, this hometown favorite does not disappoint. Great location, easy parking, plenty of inside and outside seating, friendly staff, and the best fast food burger. You are treated well because they take care of their staff. Innout = the best burger : cost ratio anywhere. Look for Bible verses on your cups and etc. Unlike those other burger options, (you know who you are), after leaving Innout you always feel good about your meal choice. Hometown bias for sure, but this is one of the best. Pro tip: ask for "Animal Style" on your burger FTW. read more

The hamburger patty was small and the food was cold. We got the Flying Dutchman and they forgot the onions.

Great service and food! Double doubles are the best with grilled onions shakes are great too

The best basic burger you'll ever have from a chain. What I like is the consistency of everything from flavor, texture and freshness. The customer service is also great because their employees are paid properly and always have a smile on their face. If I ever have an issue with the order they immediately correct it and don't leave you waiting. The venue is very clean as well. The only issue is that they need more parking. This is a place I keep finding myself returning to for the past 30 years no matter the location. read more
