First time visitors and it did not disappoint! The Staff was great, food was delicious, and environment clean. The woman at the front came back to our table to ask us how everything was and it was just overall great.
I loved this place! The cashier was very nice, attentive, and willing to give suggestions! I was between the avocado and mushroom burgers and ended up choosing the mushroom burger with fries. The fries were hot and crispy - stayed warm for a while which was a pleasant surprise. The burger was so juicy! It was a perfect balance of sweet and salty and I enjoyed it a lot. They even have their own trivia game on the TV that you can join. Perfect place for friends and family. I'll definitely be coming back to try their other burgers!
Service here is quick and friendly. You order at the counter, get a number, then have a seat at one of the tables. There aren't many tables available, so it's first come first serve. There are nice murals on the walls that go really well with the vibe of the place. We got the sweet home avocado and fire on the mountain. Both were yummy and super filling although I preferred the fire on the mountain more. Their fries are yummy--thin cut and super crispy. The truffle parmesan fries comes with a truffle aioli that (pro tip) pairs well with the burgers as well.
Why 5 stars? Because these burgers tasted just as good as they looked. --- --- --- Okay, that's not fair - I only had one burger. But it was so great that I can only assume that all of them are. I had a tough time choosing which one to order and eventually settled on the KTown. I loved every bite of it and wouldn't change a thing. The photos made these burgers look like they were the side of your head and not easy to actually take a bite out of. But it turns out that they are actually quite manageable. And delicious. Did I mention delicious? I also couldn't resist ordering the honey butter fries, which caused me to ask the very important question: why aren't honey butter fries a thing? These were also excellent and officially put every other fry serving restaurant in America on notice: but honey butter on top of dem thangs if you like money.
Delish as always!! I love the mural and the detail! The bun is perfectly crispy and the meat goes all the edge! Everything was so well thought out in regards to each burger. Fire on the mountain goes hard!
Despite the many excellent nearby options, Kowbell Burger is always a solid choice. The Kowbell cheeseburger is phenomenal and consistently good. It's a solid, hearty burger with great quality, and worth trying. Their fries are also tasty, and the service is friendly. Five stars.
The food was phenomenal!! My wife and I got two different burgers. One was the K-Town cowboy burger. The taste from kimchi jam was amazing added along with the amazing crunch from the bacon this burger I would definitely recommend. The 2nd burger was the fire on the mountain. The pickled jalapeños gave this burger a great heat and was great to eat. The service provided by the staff was top notch. The atmosphere of the restaurant was chill and made you feel welcome.
Food - 8/10 while it was a very good burger, it was the price for the burger that ended up taking 2 points for me. I don't think it was worth almost $13 by itself. It doesn't come with any sides either, those have to purchased separate. The fries were good but could have had more kimchi and more toppings in general but when I asked for more kimchi, they were more than happy to give me some more. Service - 10/10 I needed extra toppings for the fries and they were more than happy to oblidge. Ambiance - 9/10 It's a quirky interior but nothing over the top. I'd come back if they had a combo instead of having to purchase everything ala carte.
Excellent burgers! A bit pricey but so worth it. It was around $50 for 2 burgers, fries and 2 drinks. The buns were so fresh and the patty was cooked to perfection. I went for their classic burger with kimchi but got that on the side and my husband enjoyed their mushroom burger. Top notch for sure! Will definitely return!
I was craving a burger and I am soooo glad I came here!!!! There sweet potato fries with ketchup and there special tiger sauce were so so good!!! Then the burger I got the K-town Cowboy Burger and I added jalapeños was phenomenal!! I got extra Tiger sauce on the side and wow this meal was everything this pregnant mama wanted/needed!! Can't wait to take my husband back and try out more!! The service was great - employees were very attentive and nice! And the atmosphere was nice and clean. I was shocked I was the only one at first but then more people arrived towards the end of my visit. Definitely recommend trying :))

The burger here is so juicy and flavorful! I had the avocado bacon burger and it was delicious. The fries were different but good. It had honey. They had several different way you can get your fries.
I think this is my new favorite burger spot in Katy. Kimchi on a burger? I shout out YES! I sent my daughter to pickup a couple of burgers and some krazy fries. We ordered the honey butter fries and they were pretty good. Definitely was not the taste I was expecting. Yes, they had an option to add an egg to my kimchi burger (ie. the "Kowbell Classic")...so why not? This burger was big, filling and delicious. My daughter returned with our meals fairly quickly. This is a "must visit" in Katy. Next time I plan to try the "Fire on the mountain" burger.
Located in the Asia Town area in Katy, this was a must-try. The burgers were so delicious and juicy. The fries came out in a large bowl, which I shared, but I wish I had gotten my own because they were so good I just could not quit eating them, even when I probably should have. The staff are very nice, and the wall graphics make this a fun place. read more

Great burger, great customer service, space was really small but luckily it wasn't crazy busy and we got to enjoy our food. Parmesan truffle fries were so flavorful and freshly crispy 5/5, avocado burger was great too typical avocado burger 3.5/5. Although it was very pricey two burgers, one fries & 1 drink was $40 which is insane since everything came individually it was more pricey. read more

Kowbell was a pretty good burger spot in Katy Asian town. When you walk in, there is an electronic menu next to the cashier that showcases their specials. The Parmesan fries were nice and crispy but the dipping aioli sauce wasn't special. The k town cowboy was good and juicy with a little savory and sweet action and the bacon was crispy. The holy shiitake was also very good. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to the staff as they are happy to help. read more

I really enjoyed this burger spot in Katy Asian town! The portion is pretty good & love how there are options to build your own burger. They also have their own curated selections which were really good as well! I thought the fries were good but nothing mind blowing imo. I'd love to come back whenever I'm craving some burgers & am in the area! read more

My husband and I checked this place out to see what the new hotness was in town. We were greeted right after walking in, and they walked us through the menu. In the background, they had trivia playing, so the ambiance was a fun vibe. I am happy to report that everything we had was excellent. I had the shiitake burger, and he had the cowboy burger. Both were awesome! We also tried their super good buffalo fries. I recommend checking these guys out and supporting their local business. read more
Location is great. Service was friendly and fast. Vibe inside was nice. The food was hot and delicious. The lil wrangler size was enough burger for me. Ingredients were fresh and the combo was tasty. Kowbell Burger is probably one of the tastiest unique burger places I've ever been too. Inside, the restaurant has table benches to sit at and is clean. Employees here are friendly and give good recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place if you want an extremely good burger meal. FOOD REVIEW: - Kowbell Classic (5/5): definitely the star of the show. This burger packs so much flavor with the combination of kimchi, cheese, and the juicy patty. Finally a good burger joint! This place is cute inside. Not too much nor too little. The wall art is very creative and welcoming. I was immediately greeted and given some recommend choices. I had the Ktown Burger and a grilled cheese kids meal with fries. They have some good French fries! The grilled cheese wasn't average at all. The kimchi sauce on my burger was tangy and paired. Great with the thick bacon. This is going to be my new burger spot since Fuddruckers has start closing their doors. I love it when the patty looks like it's homemade instead of perfectly shaped from the freezer. Highly recommended! Also they gave great take out containers! Eco -friendly! read more

Hands down best new burger spot in Katy‼ Coming from a self-proclaimed burger enthusiast, the combination of Korean flavors here is just down right amazing. The K-Town and Holy Shiitake are literally the juiciest and savory inducing burgers I have ever eaten in the area. The menu also has a solid roster of other flavors and options to choose from ranging from a BYO to other signature burgers and fries that are equally addictive depending on your taste! My personal favorites: Burgers - K-Town - Holy Shiitake Fries - Honey Butter - Truffle Parm Sauces - Tiger - Truffle Aioli The owner is a very chill, humble and easy to approach person who takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. Employees are very nice, open and attentive. For a new burger joint starting out, the ambiance is great. Nothing too grandoise, nothing too simple, very casual. It is clean and sanitary. The KPOP music isn't too loud and is nice to listen to. The interior is comforting and the designs are unique and have a charm to them. This is my go-to burger spot for my friends and family to hang out, talk and to just eat damn good burgers! Kowbell is a hidden gem and a definitive must visit burger spot when in town! 9.5/10 read more
