Counter service- we got the smash burgers a double and triple. It had a really good crust but we both felt like too much cheese and I would t get the sauce next time. Very nice bun- super soft-Good curly fries and they do have a lunch menu- almost missed it until a nice gentleman pointed it out. You can order from the screen or with a person. I had a "hankerin'" for a burger, saw that this place was not too far from my new job, and figured I'd pop on in and see what was cookin'. My first time trying this chain was in Sugar Land and I wasn't too impressed, but I was game to see if I'd be swayed. I ordered an OMG! Cheeseburger, but it wound up being a Classic Cheeseburger, because I nixxed the OMG! Sauce. I am not keen on the "special sauces" that restaurants put on their sandwiches; I don't like mayo mixed with ketchup. I opted for the curly fries (tater tots would be a welcomled additon to the menu). The food came out in a fair amount of time and it was piping hot. I added mustard to the burger's fresh veggies and went to town. The burger was big and juicy, even though it was well-done (just like I like it). The flavor was quite subtle, but you get what you came for. I don't know what type of bun they use, but it was pretty good. Maybe they can put the type of bun in the description on their website? The cashier was nice and checked on me as she was taking care of other things around the restaurant. I'm going to have to bring some friends here to get their opinions. Good ambiance and plenary of seating Ordered a smash burger, fries, and a cookies and cream shake. Burger was a little small for the price but was actually really delicious! The burger was cooked very well and the sauce on it was very good! Other than that, the fries and shake were about average, but the fries had a pretty good seasoning on them. Service was a little slow. And the food was a bit pricy, around $19 before tip. Wasn't busy but still took about 10 minutes for my burger and fries and then another 6 minutes for my shake. Read some reviews about how the order takers seem to have trouble using the iPads to take your order and that still definitely seems to be the case. Overall, I might come back if I'm in the area, and the reviews seem pretty accurate for this location at about 3.4 stars. read more

OMG is such an experience. Their extensive halal menu leaves you wanting to sample it all. The go to dish to try is the OMG Fries- magical! Fresh crispy fries topped with OMG Sauce, kimchi, a fried egg, and their crispy chicken. Definitely a sharable dish, but the layers of flavors is a full party! The sandwiches are yummy too. Management instead of popping out multiple locations please invest some time into helping your workers understand the order system and customer service skills to rectify mistakes. The team is always confused when there are online orders and they often make the wrong thing. This isn't the first time it's happened to me here and all they do is just give you a blank stare. I understand that they are confused but it's up to the business owners to teach them how to accept Grubhub and online orders and make them correctly. I live in The Heights, so this was quite a drive but DEFINITELY worth it! I was a little skeptical about whether I would find anything I would like from a burger place considering I don't eat beef or pork. The staff there were very accommodating and patient with me when I was ordering I got the Nash Me Up Chick (medium). There was just so many seasonings (this is a good thing) and I wasn't disappointed. The sandwich wasn't "dry", as chicken sandwiches usually aren't. Decided to give the Nash Me Up Fries from OMG BURGER TX a try at their Katy location, and it was delicious! It's their fries topped with hot chicken, shredded cheese, chives, and omg sauce. I got it at their hot level. The chicken was cooked to perfection and had a kick. But thankfully not enough to make my mouth burn. The fries were nice and crispy, and the sauce and chives were fresh. I ordered the original with fries and a fountain drink at 12:11. The meal came out at 12:44, 30 minutes. What the *&^$% ? 30 minutes??? Order #: 104643. This place is definitely NOT a fast food burger joint. There was one person in front of me and 6 people total here. Ok, let's expect a great burger then. (Read on) For all you Coke lovers, they don't have it. They do have Dr.Pepper. They do have a couple tv's while you wait and wait and wait for your food. No sound. Lip sync it. Bra ha ha. I do see potential though, just not for this Yelper. I ate most of the burger, about half the order of fries, and wahoooooo that orange drink was outstanding (No it wasn't). My family and I have been twice now and it's been top notch every time. The burgers have the perfect amount of juice and service is always good. Everything is made fresh as you can see directly into the kitchen and watch them prepare a little hamburger heaven. Sweet potato fries, normal fries, and onion rings are good. The shakes look delicious but I have yet to indulge. Chicken tenders and kid nuggets were tasty. My favorite is the bacon cheeseburger and sweet potato fries but that's all I've tried. Horrible experience. I bought a Groupon which was supposed to be used at this location. Went in on Sunday and the guy behind the counter refused to allow me to use it. Kept insisting that the manager did not know how to use a Groupon. Now I have to go fight with Groupon and get my credit card company involved. I may he missing something here. I've heard great reviews about the place so I decided to try them out finally. I ordered take out and was warned that they were near closing (oops) so we needed to order fast and I needed to pick up ASAP. I rushed over there while placing my order. Although I knew we needed to rush I'd never been before so I had to ask and make a quick decision about what my options are when it Comes to a combo and substituting things in the burger and the options for sides I.e. various types of fries. The person on the phone basically said that I could have whatever I want just tell them everything I want it quickly. That sounds nice but for a new customer it threw me off because I guess I could build my own burger at home or open my own restaurant. I was coming to them to try one of their special combinations. In the end I just ordered a suggestion from them and I think sweet potatoes fries nothing too crazy. However for the burgers they were suggesting I made sure to have them name out all of the toppings in case there was something I knew for sure that I would not like such as onions and tomatoes I was very clear that I didn't want those. I got there and it seems as if they may have forgotten about my order I still have to wait another 15 minutes, other customers were still sitting in hanging out after eating and picking up food, so I'm wondering what the rush was. After being electronically over the phone I saw that some others picking up food we're paying there in person. I told him I was here ask about my drink and since I saw the fountain already cleaned up and dry I had to ask them after they quickly just handed me a cup if they want to fix my drink from any fountain they may have in the back or if I needed to choose out of this beverage fridge they had. So I drink they were like I mean whatever you want to do you can fix your own or you can get one from the cooler whatever you it's up to the drink you want I guess. For me that's cool I just needed to be introduced to that concept up front so that I'm not worried about later being concerned or charged or anything else about choosing the wrong drink option. When I finally got my food I rushed out to at least show them I had concern for the fact that they were closing and probably wanted to go home after being at work all day. I got to my Destiination and parked and decided to check my food and take a bite... what did I taste ONIONS. Yuck a mouth full of them. Opened up my long anticipated burger to see that it wasn't NO onions it looked to be EXTRA ONION it was full of them there was no way out! Like throw the whole thing away level. The fact that I asked for extra pickle and got 2 probably was the icing on the cake. I must admit that I was quite disgusted after feeling like I'd done best I could to be pleasant and appreciative of them and respectful of their time, when I'm sure they got off on time and went on to their happy lives but I didn't dinner that night because after the time I took waiting everything else was closed.
