I ordered delivery and the food was pretty just okay. Food was well packed, however. The Urban Fries weren't too bad, although two little slices of pickles does make the food feel stingy for some reason. The chicken tender prices are criminal here, especially at the delivery prices, and it's definitely not the best tenders I've had. I don't rate based on price, but it's at least worth a mention. The spice level was good, however, and what I've expected for Nashville hot. I enjoyed the cup of seasoned corn, although there was one unpleasant bite where it was just char, like just black burnt stuff. They need to clean their grill better! Lastly, the Texas toast you can definitely skip. It leaned on stale and I'd rather used to butter in my fridge. The sliver of sesame on one side was fun, however. read more

We came in to eat and were the only ones in there initially. After ordering it became very busy. It took 30 minutes to get our food and someone who came in AFTER us got his food before ours came out. We watched multiple people walk out because they were told it would take 35-45 minutes for an order of food to come out. Which is UNHEARD of for a fast food joint. When we ordered they asked if it was dine in or Togo which we told them dine in. They proceeded to pack up our food and practically rushed us out of the store. Delicious and well-seasoned chicken tenders! Service is really efficient and the workers are patient/will help you with recommendations or any questions! My favorite item here are the urban fries which has fries, mac and cheese, chicken, and pickles! The serving is pretty big and filling. Would recommend! read more

This location is very poorly ran. It seems like a lack of management. The cashier tries his best but there is no sense of urgency or customer service from the back staff. The women move slow and casual and I saw customers continuously get frustrated over wrong orders and wait times. The kitchen staff isn't reading the notes. The place wasn't even busy for it to this backed up. They either need better training or an additional worker. The location by Tiffany Treats is much better. read more

Ordered for delivery and food arrived hot and quick! Instead of a chicken Sandwich, I decided to try the Urban Fries, which is not my typical style of food. Selected Country (No Heat) and added grilled Jalapeños. It was good but not something I'd think to re-order. The chicken was great! Juicy, tender, and seasoned perfectly. Jalapeños had a good kick to them. I liked the Mac and cheese but found myself picking it out to eat it separately from the rest of the dish. The pickles were my favorite and I wish there were more! As a big fan of the location on Katy Frwy (even that is starting to get bad with quality / service.) I was excited about another one opening closer to home on 99 @ Morton Ranch. Tried this location2 weeks after grand opening for the first time and it was a disappointment (thinking it was a lack of training issue). Since opening the bad reading began to pile but, I was still in disbelief. Therefore, like an idiot (not taking other customer's word for it) I tried this location for the second time. As the old cliche goes "the customer(s) is typically somewhat right!" In this case it applies. The employees clearly don't give a crap about customer service nor the quality of food they are serving. A recipe for location closure for sure...‍ My experience this time was; I was the ONLY person placing an order, there were no other pending to-go orders (as the cook was walking and eating clearly in chill mode), and yet ALL of my food was COLD (they push out ALL STAGED FOOD!). The cook had no sense of urgency / pride as I watched him prepare my burger / fries (all staged)! All the condiments or food toppings looked disgusting as nothing was covered. Something at that moment was telling me to CANCEL my order and leave but, I didn't want to be "that guy who complains". Now I'm kicking myself because I paid $15.00 for garbage! Been to Urban bird off the Katy Fwy and the food is good over there (even though at time the tables smell like old dirty water.) so when they opened up this new one on 99 and Morton we had to try them out. Not only is it an Urban Bird but they also partnered with Chronic Chicken fries, which I have never heard of but their menu looks super good. Anyways my fellow Yelpers needless to say we tried the Buffalo Mac fries and the Tijuana fries and not only do they look amazing but they taste amazing too. The cashier who helped us was friendly, reminds me of Tyler the creator (its a compliment ) didnt catch his name but was friendly and had a good attitude. They need to improve on their customer service and getting orders out in a timely manner. I placed an order online and was not greeted when I walked in. I asked about my order and it took a minute to find out it wasn't ready. Then they didn't have the sweet potato fries which I asked for. I waited for about 10 minutes and wasn't offered a drink or anything for having to wait extra for my meal. My wife and I love urban bird, and decided to try this location while visiting famiy...a mistake we won't make again. The cashier, JJ was awful. We got to the counter where JJ was scrolling on his phone...he didn't greet us, he didn't ask for our order, he just stood there. I told him what we wanted, one Thai Fighter to go, he said nothing to us, just tapped the screen a few times before returning to his phone. I assumed it was time to pay and tapped my card against the reader. He said "not yet" and finally put his phone down for a moment to ring us up, just to pick it back up again when I went to pay. We got our food and left, and made it home before we realized he had given us the wrong food. By the time we got back it was busy, I waited in the line and told JJ that we had been given food we didn't order, to which he loudly responded "man, I repeated it..." Before throwing the food I brought back in the trash and telling the two women working with him that I needed the food I ordered, blaming me, saying again that he repeated my order twice, and acting like I was inconveniencing him, and everythone there by asking for the food I paid for. I told him I'd rather have a refund at this point, which he declined, telling me that the manager wasn't there and he couldn't refund me. He was very rude as he handed me my order, telling me to "be sure I check my order this time" which is fair, I should have checked before we left, and JJ shouldn't have been on his phone while I was ordering, maybe if he was actually paying attention he wouldn't have rung me up wrong. The food itself was alright, and the restaurant wasn't the cleanest either, not the best urban bird we've had. We don't recommend this location at all. read more

The cashier was rude and impatient. Kept interrupting us when we were deciding what to get. The tables were sticky and dirty.

First off there was this older lady working there with unbelievably long black hair loose in the kitchen. Yapping away loud as well. I wish I was a health/food inspector because that was bad. Here I am with the food and I'm hoping i don't see her long jet black hair in my food. BUT-- The chicken has always been fantastically amazing like wow I truly am so happy we have this on Morton. This made me sad though this employee had her long long hair down in the kitchen. I can't get over it read more

This place is awesome. The customer service is on point!!! Everyone was so courteous and patient with my questions. We have a lot of food allergies in this place was very accommodating. They use soy bean oil for their fryer, so it is safe for those with peanut/nut allergies.
