The truck itself is nice, and clean. Also has a little Led sign that says catch tacos not feelings super cute for an IG photo. Service was quick, friendly and informative. We ordered a few different tacos to try: The Quesabirria Taco~ Birria or chicken, cheese, limes, cilantro and pickled onions on a corn tortilla. This one was really good and it definitely has a bit of a kick. The meat is so flavorful you do not need to add any additional sauces. The Barbacoa Taco~ Beef Barbacoa, cilantro, onions and salsa verde on a corn tortilla. This one was in the top 2 for me. Yum!! That beef was cooked to perfection! The Texan Taco~ brisket, Monterey Jack cheese, corn, cilantro, pickled onions and creamy cilantro on a flour tortilla. My husband inhaled it. Lolol. I got a tiny bite and it was very good. All of the flavors worked together so well! The Shrimp Taco~ my absolute favorite! Fried Shrimp, Monterey Jack Cheese, Sour Cream and Cajun sauce on a flour tortilla. The shrimp was fire. Perfectly seasoned. I don't know what they put in that Cajun sauce but they need to bottle it so I can take it home!
