Pull off pieces and dip that into the broth so that it gets all soggy and delicious :-). They serve it with a small side of onion and lemon, and I squeeze the lemon juice into it and dump the onion into the hot broth. I like to finish the meal with the light Firni milk pudding sprinkled with chopped pistachios. While eating here, you could run next-door to the market if you need some Halal meat.
