I usually don't like crinkle cut because they're always so soft and soggy, but these are perfect. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They're also always perfectly seasoned. I have tried all the milkshakes too and the strawberry is my favorite. The chocolate is pretty good too, although I prefer strawberry. The waffle milkshake is ok. I feel like it was a bit messy to eat/drink, and I don't personally prefer vanilla flavors, but still good! The inside seating is very nice. There's a lot of areas you can choose between. There is also a lot of natural light coming in through the windows, which makes it very pleasant. There was only one time where the service felt a bit rude, but everyone has off days!
