I came in for a quick, small bite. The service was very friendly and quick. Plenty of seating inside and very clean. I ordered the pork belly bao and it was really good! The pork was yummy and buttery and it had perfect amount of sauces on it. I also got the thai green milk tea and was disappointed. I asked for light ice but it still tasted watered down. The flavor was kind of weird too. It didn't have that Thai tea flavor.

Was around the corner and paid way too much for tiny food, so came here after and so glad we did. The soft shell crab Bao was one of the best soft shell crab experiences of my life! You have to try this. The batter they used was unlike any other fried soft shell crab I've had- it was thick and crunchy to juxtapose the soft, pillowy, perfectly steamed bao on the outside. The tang of the pickled veg along with the sweet and spice of the sauce, it's the type of flavor profile you crave going across the entire spectrum with all different textures to boot. Also had a stellar cold cut banh mi, great quality and perfect crunch on outside to soft bread inside. Needless to say, left stuffed and happy

Being in Katy, this place is priced decent and the food is great. We came here and ordered a couple bao buns, spam slider, & popcorn chicken. The bao buns were delish! I will say that it's a bit on the salty side but the veggies and bun are a good mix. The popcorn chicken was yummy - if it had basil, it would be 10/10!! We will definitely be coming back.

We finally got to try this place and it was delicious! The standard foods were pretty basic but the bao was my favorite! It was extremely tasteful and full of flavor. It was very clean inside and we did not wait long for our food at all!

We were attempting to visit Proper Rose Garden during their closing weekend, but after an hour and a half of waiting, we were hungry and needed something fast. Enter Bao Bao Banh Mi -- our savior. This was such a great find! The food was affordable and the portions were plentiful. They had a VAST array of options, from Banh Mis to Baos. I personally enjoyed a grilled shrimp and lemongrass beef bao. 10/10 would recommend. The environment is cute and cozy too!

1st time customer, very disappointed in the quality of food received. Banh mi was rock hard and popcorn chicken was a box of fried batter. Where is the chicken?

Found this place by putting bulgogi fries ! And they had the best picture in the area lol I was not disappointed Bap Bao Banh Mi was a cute little shop in Katy Asian Market area . The menu was easy to read which I loved because I ask a lot of questions and didn't have to because all the details was there My husband and I decided to share the bulgogi fries, chicken sliders , and a sandwich All were delicious ! Bulgogi fries- 8.9 delicious but I did wish the fries were a bit thicker and a little bit more sauce. The hit the mark with the meat there was plenty of meat Chicken slider - 9.4 they were very flavorful! No complaints honestly Sandwich- 9.4 delicious i thought it was missing a little something but my husband love it and actually ordered another one to go lol. All in all a great find and I'll be back !

Food was great (but pricey)! Service was fast! Perfect spot for lunch or dinner due to its close proximity to Katy Asia Town for other desserts, close to Andrettis Karting and Claw City for fun and games! The ambiance is relaxed and the inside is quaint. Definitely recommend although it's a little expensive!

Okay, wow. This little joint is adorable, super cozy and every item we tasted was delicious. The popcorn chicken is so crispy and surprisingly not that spicy. We tasted the chicken katsu, pork belly & Bulgogi bao.. yum! The chicken katsu and bulgogi were definitely my favorite. Amazing flavors and textures. Lemongrass pork vermicelli was tasty and my sister devoured her bahn mi.. a must try. So much variety on the menu, you can't go wrong!

Service was great and food was good. We ordered the cold cut pork special, lemongrass pork, Hawaiian spam Bahn mi.

Service was good. Besides the sandwiches we got a soft shell crab bao, shrimp and pork spring rolls and fries. Probably won't order the fresh spring roll just because I prefer my own homemade sauce. But there was nothing wrong with the rolls.

Love this place and it's also in a great location. The service is always very nice and the name speaks for itself. Everything is good especially their chicken Katsu. They offer free water along with boba beverages.

I am thrilled that Bao Bao Banh Mi has opened a second location in Katy. I am particularly fond of their cold cut banh mi, where the meat is thinly sliced and generously portioned, accompanied by pate, butter, plenty of vegetables, and the shop's special sauce, creating an amazing flavor. The restaurant's space is spacious and impeccably clean.

Was super excited to see a place that serves both Bao & Banh Mi, 2 of my favorite things!! I got a pork belly bao, a lemon grass pork Banh mi, and finished it off with a coffee Thai milk tea. Was a little disappointed with the lack of meat on the Banh mi. It was mostly bread and vegetables. However, the flavors were great. The bao was delicious, but the pork belly was a little tough to chew. The milk tea was perfection. Banh Mi - 3/5 Coffee Thai Milk Tea - 5/5 Braised Pork Belly Bao - 4/5

Comfortable cushioned chairs/bench, it's actually not just for looks. Good amount of seating area, though, they could have added maybe 1 more. I got a Signature Black Tea Egg Waffle and House Blend Milk Tea with Yin-Yang Jelly. Though, the house blend milk tea was delicious, I specifically asked multiple of times if there's any tree-nuts, such as almond milk, because someone in my group has a severe tree-nut allergy. I have mentioned it many times, including what their egg waffle mix has (such as almond flours and what not). I was told the waffle was good to go but nothing about their yin-yang jelly. The young server was friendly but I don't think he realized the importance of someone not consuming tree-nuts if they have a tree-nut allergy. Luckily, we double checked with someone else after I questioned the drink and luckily the person who has a tree-nut allergy didn't try any of the drink. So, if you or someone in your group has a tree-nut allergy... possibly avoid this place or get a drink somewhere else. There's a big chance of cross-contamination even if the person who took your order knows the severity of it. Overall, it's a good bubble-tea IF AND ONLY IF THERE'S NO ONE IN YOUR GROUP WITH A TREE-NUT ALLERGY. Tea, at 20% sugar level was sweet enough and delicious without artificial taste. I can actually taste the tea and milk. Their Signature Black Tea Egg Waffle is cute in 3 shapes of cranes. The wing parts are nice and crispy but the center of the body is dry. There's no bounce to it. It's pretty thick and heavy. I would skip their cranes and just get drinks. Again, please beware if you or anyone has a tree-nut allergy.

The worker, whose name I believe is Eric, SNIFFED my drink through the straw and said that it's Sugarcane and gave it back to me.....He then said he wouldn't remake it because it smells like it...Huh..? I walked out in shock because, what? Out of all the boba spots that I have been to, never has anyone smelled my drink. In fact, I used to work at a boba shop and never has it occurred to me to smell a drink and not remake it for a customer. Like, I don't know what methods you use to confirm ingredients but you couldn't even take the drink to the back to smell it? You did it in front of my face? I don't ever ask for drinks to be remade unless it tastes nothing like I ordered, I just go about and let it be but this genuinely appalled me. I like what I like, just as others like what they like. So I wasn't sure what I was going to get stuck with. So on the way to the outskirts of Katy, we stopped in at Ding Tea. Let me tell you how busy this area was on a beautiful Sunday before lunar New Year. There wasn't a single parking space to be had in three different lots. There was traffic everywhere in people. Do not drive well when they're looking for a parking spot. People just stopped in the middle of the parking lot and didn't move. Waiting for someone to walk out of a building. Super annoying. Luckily, Ding Tea is located behind lot of the larger restaurants and the golf course and other super busy areas. There was a parking spot waiting for me out front and it was easy to get in and out. We ended up getting a tea to share, and two to go with us to the party. We also got an order of the popcorn chicken. I wish they would have it a little bit spicier on its own, without having to dip it into things. A little seasoning goes a long way! The staff were also super nowledgeable about the menu, courteous, and efficient. Will definitely be back, but not on lunar new year. So busy!!
