First time I ever had a chilli cheese burger! The next day I wanted another one! The flavor of the chilli (slightly spicy), and the freshness of the burger were an awesome combination. Have wanted to try this place for over a year it's just down from Costco so I drive by it weekly. Convinced my picky teen to try it out. When he heard there was truffle fries he was stoked. Restaurant is clean, big TVS to enjoy sports. Staff was great and very service oriented. We each ordered a burger and shared a basket of truffle fries. I was recommended to try Bill's burger and it did not disappoint. We ordered a kids meal to go for little brother and the position size was huge. I really love the consistency of Beck's Prime! I came for lunch and ordered the Mediterranean salad with rib eye add on. The ribeye was cooked as requested and the salad was full of crisp lettuce and so many veggies. Every time I come I get a fresh healthy meal. Service was good and plenty of seating options. It's Becks Prime. You'll pay triple the cost of any regular fast food but you won't feel screwed up after. Quality food. Prepare to bring about $20-30 per person to eat a full combo. With ID they offer first responder and military discount. However YMMV- it's managers discretion what they give to you as I've been here multiple times. No self serve refills and a lack of immediate napkins and utensils somewhere though. It s pseudo seat side service as you would expect from this chain. Internet is a tad slow as well. read more

Changing from a 3 to a 4. Very impressed. Last review, I wrote Rociela as the front server. It's Graciela, and her customer service and kindness is impeccable. So many can learn from her. Manager Carlos, hope I have his name right. I was very friendly as well and working along side his employees, very nice to see. I opted not to get any fries for the side as twice they were soggy and oily but some, very few, people like that. Burger, again was cooked perfectly and the ratio of condiments and burger were spot on. Environment is calm and friendly as it always has been. Price point is perfect for the quality of the burger and freshness as well as everything all around. I got the onion rings for the side and they were cooked to perfection, not greasy, not over or under cooked but absolutely perfect. If their fries get better they can easily slide to a 5. Great place....if in area and want a good burger or other meat fair, go here as you won't be disappointed. read more

Maybe I just never order the right thing but I always feel like their food is just fine. I've had salads and burgers and sandwiches and sides and nothing has ever been great. Actually, nothing has ever even been good. It's all average. My husband and I went here last night. We each got a burger and water and split parmesan fries - $41! HOW? That is absolutely insane for a place that literally has a drive-thru. If we each had ordered combos, that price might make sense (if the food was amazing). I ordered a hickory cheddar burger and it was not good. There is nothing on it besides cheese and sauce and all I could taste was the (not good) sauce. I've never had a burger (as an adult) that didn't have pickles, onions, lettuce, anything. And, as always, you have to walk up to the counter repeatedly for napkins, silverware, refills, etc. I'll never return unless someone I'm with really wants to go. Very tasty burger and a pretty good size. Ordered fried pickles (that were average taste but they sure give you a lot!) I love Becks so much. I really do!! Their food is good their fried potatoes are righteous but so overpriced that I no longer consider them as an option. We use to stop here often but they have raised their prices to a point that we rarely choose them over the many other reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Too bad. I loved this place. read more

The husband and I were getting tired of New Years leftovers and were wanting something completely different. We decided on a burger and initially considered the new CA franchise in Katy or TX's favorite fast food burger. Then we realized we didn't want either one and wanted something a bit better so we decided to give this Becks a second try - because while they have a drive through, I don't consider them a fast food restaurant. I can say they have definitely improved on the burger front. The burgers were not dwarfed by the bun, they weren't well done, they were juicy and not dry like last time. Unfortunately the fries weren't as crispy outside and kind of soggy. The jamocha shake was more of a chocolate shake. My burger was a tad bit overdone from how I ordered it. Otherwise it's a definite improvement from my initial visit and we agreed we could definitely see ourselves visiting this location more than just once a year. read more

I recently had a great experience here! It was my first time trying this location. I ordered a cheeseburger, and it was juicy & tender without being too greasy. The sweet potato fries were delicious! Our only complaint was that it was a bit expensive for a burger, which we knew before coming. What really stood out was the staff here. Short but sweet -- Beck's Prime continues to serve some of Texas' best burgers. ----- Beck's prime has evolved from being the small, but "prime" burger "stand" I grew up with. My dad and I would go to Beck's Prime as a treat every now and again down in Memorial Park. When my fiancée and I were just leaving Katy, we stopped in to eat but really the stop was to feed my nostalgia. I can't say I tried any of the more "restaurant" items like a steak or seared tuna but the burgers and fries are still solid. Very few things live up to memories but Beck's Prime definitely did. I do wish they had cherry coke on tap; that was a treat. Also I wish the soda fountain was not behind the bar since there doesn't seem to really be table service. These are small details though. The only thing I wouldn't get again was the shake. Honestly, it's an expensive frosty. Thinking about Hopdoddy, you guys need to step up your shake game. The interior decor is done beautifully. Lots of tvs with sports and news on. Ordered two burgers with fries and a side of onion rings. My husband and i split our burger and they even brought it to us already cut and I'm their own baskets. (Score!) the burger itself was cooked perfectly medium. I've been craving Beck's Kirby Salad and decided to make a trip to Katy to treat myself. I went through the drive through and ordered the salad with cheddar cheese instead of blue cheese. My husband told me to check my order once we got it and I decided not to. When we got home (20 mins away), I took my salad out and was extremely disappointed to not have any cheese at all. What a bummer! I checked my receipt and saw that the substitution was on the receipt, although not very clear so I can see why it was overlooked by the kitchen. They weren't busy at all, so I just wish they had taken a little more time to get the order correct. Needless to say, I'm still craving that Kirby Salad! read more

I drive by Beck's Prime frequently and it smells great, so finally stopped for lunch. Once inside, it smells even better. You wait in line to place your order, then find your seat. The server brings your meal when it's ready. The menu has plenty of options with about a dozen different types of burgers and sandwiches, plenty of salads, along with steaks and chicken. The line was about 15 minutes, so it gave me plenty of time to work through the options. The Pork Banh Mi jumped out at me, so I went for it with a side of fries and a drink. The meal was just under $20, which I feel is pretty steep. I found a table and waited until my meal arrived. For those that have had Pork Banh Mi, this was the burger version, which was very unique. I'm a big fan of the flavors of a typical Banh Mi, but don't prefer the typical bread. Beck's Prime serves the sandwich on a hamburger bun. The meat is a single slab of pork with great flavor. Overall, the sandwich is very good and the fries are tasty. Although my meal was good, it didn't live up to the nearly $20 pricing for the meal, so I'll have to take it down a star. read more

The food is great, no doubt! Burgers are really good using high quality meat. Ingredients are all super fresh. One drawback is the price. I wish the prices were a little lower. I would definitely go here more often if their prices weren't so high. The service was great too! I like that you don't have a server so you're not having to pay tip.
