She had asked for a scrambled egg on the side of her French toast and if you look at the photo it was a fried egg chopped up and the French toast was soggy. Only the kitchen to blame for that one. Now the impressive part, they acknowledged it right away and told us it would be taken off the bill, no worries and also served us a complementary dessert for the trouble. Now , that's how a situation should be handled. Hands on managers and making it right. I will give them that. They care about the customers. Shredded beef is better than the cubed beef that was in the arepa llanera which was a bit too chewy. Tequeburger is something new. It was good too, and heavy. I do not know if I would order this again and instead may just go for regular tequeños. It is an untraditional and creative novelty here, and for that reason it gets the attention and sells. Tequenos made into squarish shape instead of sticks are used in lieu of buns. Empanadas were perfectly crunchy on the outside and the filling was yummy, even the plain cheese.
